"We are a family from Italy with a young daughter and we stayed 3 nights in this wonderful Tibetan-style hotel. Fantastic experience! It's a 3-minute walk from the entrance of Labrang Monastery. The rooms are spotless and beautiful. Spacious, with heating and hot water 24/7. The real added value is the couple who run it; they are wonderful people, incredibly helpful and attentive to every need. They treated us like family. Highly recommended!!!"

"This time I stayed at this newly opened hotel and the overall experience was very satisfactory. The hotel environment is brand new and clean, the decoration style is modern and elegant, from the spacious and bright lobby to the comfortable and quiet rooms, every place is spotless, the bedding is white and soft, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry and clean, and there is no dust in the corner. What is even more rare is that there is no pungent smell of new decoration at all, and the stay is particularly safe. The service is also remarkable, the front desk staff is warm and efficient, not only quickly when checking in, but also introduced the surrounding food and play routes in detail; The room attendant cleaned it in time every day, replenishing mineral water and toiletries was unambiguous; when checking out, the staff specially sent two bottles of water to drink on the road, and sincerely asked about the accommodation experience, the details made people feel warm. "If you’re considering staying here, just book it. After four years living in China, this was my farewell trip, and I was incredibly excited to experience ******* culture. I could not have chosen a better place. The family is simply wonderful. They arranged airport pick-up, helped me organize trips around the area, changed my breakfast so I could try authentic local food, prepared homemade yogurt for me every evening, and even introduced me to friends who spoke English. Their hospitality was beyond anything I could have expected. I have travelled extensively all over the world, and without a doubt this family has made this one of the best trips of my life. They even invited me to watch a movie projected onto the courtyard wall with them one evening – a memory I will always cherish. As for the hotel itself, it is spotless. I’m very particular about cleanliness, and everything was impeccable. The quality of the towels, bedding and furnishings was exceptional, and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. I stayed for five nights and was never bored. Xiahe has so much more to offer than many people realise. I honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough. "The guesthouse is decorated in a strong ******* style, with complete facilities, cleanliness, and hygiene. They even provide traditional ******* clothing for guests to wear and take photos for free at the hotel. Most importantly, the owners are incredibly hospitable and provide exceptional service. They helped with our luggage upon arrival; when my child had an upset stomach in the middle of the night (around 2 AM), the owners drove us there and helped find a doctor, running around for over an hour; and when we returned home, our elderly relative suffered from severe altitude sickness, so they brought us local altitude sickness prevention food… We were so touched.
