Excellent
It is the best place we have stayed in our Taiwan trip.My husband and I have enjoyed so much the time while we stay there.It is clean, and well decorated to make it as cozy and warm as possible.we were so relaxed and happy there. Besides,we were really treated as honorable guests.Miss Wen and her brother are so kind and thoughtful,their breakfast & service is excellent. I strongly recommend it to all

Outstanding
Quaint little place up on a hill on the way to Alishan. The service provided was extremely good with them waiting up to 12 midnight for our arrival. Breakfast was such a treat with an excellent view! Our stay was almost perfect except that we encountered a really big 15cm spider in our bathroom, but it is hard to avoid nature’s visit 😛

Very Good
We had a mixed but memorable stay here. The vibes and decor are lovely, and the restaurant view is truly breathtaking—it’s easily the highlight of the property. Having breakfast and dinner overlooking the mountains was a beautiful experience. However, there are a few things to keep in mind: • The Room: Our room was very small and the layout had some design choices that felt like a falling hazard (tripping risks). • Location: The property is very remote. For foreign tourists, it is quite inconvenient to navigate because the hotel does not offer any shuttle or tour services to help guests explore the area. • Duration: The food is decent, but because of the size of the rooms and the remote nature, we felt one night was more than enough to enjoy the view and moving on.

Very Good
This is the ideal hotel for Alishan hikers! The staff is incredibly helpful and provided us with a complete itinerary for the area. We were particularly impressed when they called every room to announce the updated schedule for the first Alishan railway run to catch the sunrise. While the room is small, this is understandable given the National Park setting.

Looks newly renovated, the whole environment looks fresh and clean. Toilet was nice too, all my families member like it a lot. They can also help book some of the tour or ride, just need to check with the receptionist. The hotel also include breakfast but it is not near to hotel, its partnering with the restaurant on the other side near train station.

Clean and tidy room and common area. The bosses are pretty nice. They are quite helpful and sincere in arranging any support to us. This is the second time I am stationing here for my Alishan holidays with friends and family.

Great location and lovely staff, but underwhelming for the price. The location is excellent, and the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. That said, for the price, I expected more. The room felt very basic—almost clinical—with just two bags of tea and a couple of IKEA-style cups. No extra touches or decorative effort. Breakfast was disappointing as well; everything was already cold, and the selection was minimal. The day before, we stayed somewhere for half the price and had a breakfast that was twice as good. Nothing was bad per se, but overall it didn’t feel like good value, and we likely won’t book again.

The hotel has ample parking spaces, and the deluxe quadruple room we stayed in was decorated in a new style. The room is spacious, and the shower and toilet are separated, so there is no need to fight in a group, which is quite ok 👍 There are simple restaurants nearby. This time I went to the South Campus of the Forbidden City. Xingang Fengtian Palace, Pinhuang Coffee Factory, and Dongshi Fishing Port are not far away. If the price is reasonable, I will consider staying here again next time.

Simple hotel inside the national park, overall good enough for the overnight stay in the park. The facilities are a bit outdated, but the room and the hotel service are satisfactory. A bit expensive for the quality, but it's already among the cheapest in Alishan. They provide a voucher for breakfast that can be used in a nearby restaurant.
