The environment is great, the scenery is beautiful, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the facilities are also very good and new, including air conditioning, dehumidifier, and refrigerator. The owner is very warm and cheerful. Our group of four ate in the attached restaurant, enjoying individual hot pots. The ingredients were plentiful and delicious, and the portions were huge. We were very full. Next time we come to Alishan, we will definitely stay and dine at the Mountain Tea House again.

The check-in was slightly unpleasant stating i only book for two but I clearly indicated 3. All that sorted when I understand that it was all sorted. The view of this place is absolutely amazing! Crazy beaufiful. However, if you're accessing this place via public transport. It is a nightmare getting off Bus 7322 and walking up is too much to managed 😫 Wish the hotel would have provided the transport for pickup at least to make the price worth paying for as it was a bit steep. Nevertheless, the view can't compare and truly put you on cloud 9.

The overall environment is clean and comfortable for us, very comfortable at home, because the owner of the hotel does not live where but is thoughtful for the passengers

The service was exceptional! On the day my girlfriend and I were checking out, we wanted to spend a bit more time exploring Alishan National Scenic Area before catching our train down the mountain. Before we even had a chance to ask, the staff at the front desk proactively offered to deliver our luggage directly to the train station, saving us the trip back to the hotel. This level of service was incredibly thoughtful! The hotel's shuttle arrived at the station at 11:30 AM, just as we were returning from exploring Zhaoping Park. We were able to board our 11:50 AM train down the mountain effortlessly. We're truly grateful for the hotel staff's incredible help!

The lady owner was super lovely and accommodating. She was very welcoming and let us drop our luggage before check-in and gave us lots of good suggestions on where to go, what to do in Fenqihu and Alishan areas. She also gave some advices on the sunrise and sunset spots. We stayed in 4-people family room which as perfect and comfortable. There are all the facilities we needed and the breakfast was also very healthy and delicious. Highly recommended if you are making a trip to Alishan!

This time I stayed in a clean water molded room type. The price of booking with trip is very cheap; the overall CP value of the room is high, but the bathroom drainage is very slow, so it will be a bit flooded, and then there are many scale marks... The air conditioner should be central air conditioning, just the weather is cold to 28 degrees is useless, an hour later still 16 degrees... For breakfast, you can choose a random breakfast at 7 o'clock to the garage or give McDonald's breakfast roll to the ”designated” McDonald's the next day. It is recommended to provide a ”choice-choice combination” breakfast, which will not cause waste of food 🥲🥲

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and chatty. I almost missed the last train up the mountain, and with only ten minutes to spare, they even drove me to the station on a motorcycle! They were also very patient in answering all my questions. The hotel is located inside the park, and considering the park prices, it's quite acceptable. It's super convenient for watching the sunrise, hiking, and stargazing. Basic facilities are complete, and the single room is pretty much just a bed. The cleanliness is what I'd call 'camping level.' However, since I barely slept anyway because of stargazing and sunrise, it was acceptable. I'd consider staying at this hotel again next time.

It was the name of the F hotel Alishan Hall before. It has only recently been changed. So many places in the hotel still see the name of the F hotel. The service is not bad. There is a coffee machine and Xiaomei ice cream in the lobby. It has been eaten all day. The water in the toilet is very good. But the shower head is relatively small. The hair dryer is very easy to use. The toilet is not a toilet. There used to be grass skating and hot spring fish facilities but now there are no facilities. The foot bath area is still reserved but it is cold water, so I am not sure if the water has been changed, but the fish is still there. There are a lot of mosquitoes! Because the check-in time is normal, the breakfast buffet is not open, only the package is provided, it is a pity, it is cold, not very delicious, and there are very few items! In terms of price, I think it's not bad.

It seems impossible to find reasonably priced accommodation in the Alishan Scenic Area, which is why even ********* locals feel domestic tourism in Taiwan isn't worth the cost. The hotel provides basic facilities, and I didn't expect good soundproofing, so I have no complaints there. I saw many complaints in the comments section about the lack of a shower curtain, but the owner seems completely indifferent to guest feedback, not bothering to make even simple improvements. So the bathroom and toilet just get completely soaked. To be honest, Alishan isn't an absolute must-see, but the related tourism infrastructure and the hotel's value for money directly influence a traveler's final choice.
