It is the best place we have stayed in our Taiwan trip.My husband and I have enjoyed so much the time while we stay there.It is clean, and well decorated to make it as cozy and warm as possible.we were so relaxed and happy there. This sun-free homestay should be greatly recommended. It is a very high-quality and good environment. It is very convenient in all aspects of life. It is very like a warm home. The equipment is very complete, especially the hanger that can dry clothes indoors. The hook equipment is really invincible. I have more privacy in my bedroom, and I live in a comfortable, warm and comfortable place. As long as I have friends who need to stay in Chiayi, I will recommend this accommodation to be 100% comfortable.👍

Environment is peaceful and suitable for people who drive because it's quite far away from Taiping Bridge and not accessible by public transport. So we ended with plenty of time after arrival. So we engaged a private car to chauffeur us the next day for NT3500 from Minsu to Taiping Bridge (too misty to see anything), then had lunch at Fenqihu and finally stopped at Alishan hotel. We should have stuck to original plan to just go Fenqihu for NT1000 transport fare and stay there for a night because when we reached Alishan, it was near 3:30p.m., there's not much time for us to roam the place due to the gloomy weather and heavy mist.

A very comfortable environment with a rich breakfast and a great view. Room 203 offers a direct view of the sunrise. Since we checked in quite late, the owner had already turned on the heater, which was a warm welcome into the room on a cold winter day. The tea forest trail behind the B&B offers panoramic views of the mountains and sea of clouds. We were even guided up the mountain by the B&B's dog, 'Xingxing,' who was super cute! ☺️

The boss enthusiastically explained the surrounding attractions, where to find food at night and business hours, etc. Like it. The environment is clean. Parking is convenient next to the B&B. Recommended It is also very close to some popular attractions

The location is inconvenient for travelers who don't drive, but the B&B owner is very good and can arrange to pick up guests at the station. There are many trails outside the accommodation. It's a pity that there are no restaurants nearby and the B&B owner has to take guests down the mountain for dinner. The tea garden has beautiful scenery and clean rooms, but the lobby and lounge are messy, which is a pity.

I’ve been busy and don’t have time to comment. I have time today to tell my heart. The boss is really nice, warm to others, and feels really at home. Just like at home, I really saw it on the day when I drove us to see the sunrise! It is cloudy again and can't be seen. Although breakfast is simple, there are also many convenient porridges to choose from. Bread 🍞 delicious porridge is sesame paste and other self-made porridge to choose from. Friends dinner is healthy and delicious. The boss helped with the luggage when he left. He is really an internet celebrity and he is so nice! Everyone is welcome to experience it.

The hotel's hygiene was pretty good; I didn't notice any dirty spots, and the duvet in the room was comfortable and warm. However, the soundproofing in the room was really bad. I could hear everything from the toilet flushing next door to people showering and even sneezing 😂. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way. It's situated lower down among a cluster of hotels and is the furthest from Alishan Station. Getting there involves walking down stairs or a slope, which means every time you go from the hotel to the station or out for a meal, you have to walk uphill, which is quite tiring 😂. Also, there's no elevator, and even though it's only three stories high, those with large luggage should be aware.

If you're driving and arriving late or are unfamiliar with the roads, it's advisable to park your car first and then walk a short distance to the accommodation for more convenience. The room provides basic amenities and does not have air conditioning. However, since it's located in a mountainous area, the temperatures are generally cool, so it's usually not stuffy. Be aware though, the indoor humidity is relatively high, so those sensitive to such conditions should consider this. The main reason for choosing this accommodation is its location halfway up Alishan, which offers convenient access for activities like watching the sunrise the next day or exploring the Alishan National Scenic Area.

Not far from Alishan train station, it's very convenient to take the small train to see the sunrise in the morning. The complimentary breakfast, provided by their partner restaurant, was quite good. Although the rooms are a bit old, that's generally what you expect in a mountain area.
