It is the best place we have stayed in our Taiwan trip.My husband and I have enjoyed so much the time while we stay there. It is clean, and well decorated to make it as cozy and warm as possible.we were so relaxed and happy there.
Besides,we were really treated as honorable guests.Miss Wen and her brother are so kind and thoughtful, their breakfast & service is excellent. I strongly recommend it to all

Guest UserFrom the moment we checked in, we felt such warm and friendly hospitality ☺️. The room view was absolutely beautiful~ We especially loved the room's balcony, where we could listen to the birds, gaze at the lush tea plantations, and enjoy some wine with friends while waiting for dusk to arrive – it was incredibly relaxing ❤️❤️❤️. The room was very clean, and the bed was extra large and super comfortable~ Especially the breakfast included with the stay; it was a very traditional ********* congee that made us exclaim how much we missed it! It tasted just like Grandma's cooking from childhood~ Everything was so satisfying. Thank you to everyone at 'Palms Clap' and the staff ❤️❤️❤️ We will definitely be back!

享受人生的喜悦This is one of the few newly renovated, clean, and comfortable accommodations within the Alishan area. The location is unbeatable, the electric blankets are a thoughtful touch, and the service is friendly. They even offer a shuttle to the bus station. The poor soundproofing and the walk to breakfast are definite drawbacks, but for the convenience of watching the sunrise within the park, it's still highly recommended!

A very comfortable environment with a rich breakfast and a great view. Room 203 offers a direct view of the sunrise. Since we checked in quite late, the owner had already turned on the heater, which was a warm welcome into the room on a cold winter day. The tea forest trail behind the B&B offers panoramic views of the mountains and sea of clouds. We were even guided up the mountain by the B&B's dog, 'Xingxing,' who was super cute! ☺️

The location is inconvenient for travelers who don't drive, but the B&B owner is very good and can arrange to pick up guests at the station.
There are many trails outside the accommodation.
It's a pity that there are no restaurants nearby and the B&B owner has to take guests down the mountain for dinner.
The tea garden has beautiful scenery and clean rooms, but the lobby and lounge are messy, which is a pity.

We chose the triple room this time with our child. Self check-in was very convenient, and parking was also easy. The best part is there's a washing machine for laundry. The environment is pretty good, and it's not noisy at all. It's a great place to relax and unwind.

After reading other reviews, I was prepared for the worst, but it wasn't as bad as I expected. The pros are its excellent location, just a 5-7 minute walk to Alishan Railway Station. There's parking right in front, which is great for those driving. The breakfast restaurant they partner with is also really good! 👍👍👍 The downside is the poor soundproofing; you occasionally hear footsteps or people talking. However, since I was so tired, I fell asleep quickly, so it didn't bother me much. 🤣🤣🤣

Guest UserThe hotel's hygiene was pretty good; I didn't notice any dirty spots, and the duvet in the room was comfortable and warm. However, the soundproofing in the room was really bad. I could hear everything from the toilet flushing next door to people showering and even sneezing 😂. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way. It's situated lower down among a cluster of hotels and is the furthest from Alishan Station. Getting there involves walking down stairs or a slope, which means every time you go from the hotel to the station or out for a meal, you have to walk uphill, which is quite tiring 😂. Also, there's no elevator, and even though it's only three stories high, those with large luggage should be aware.

If you're driving and arriving late or are unfamiliar with the roads, it's advisable to park your car first and then walk a short distance to the accommodation for more convenience. The room provides basic amenities and does not have air conditioning. However, since it's located in a mountainous area, the temperatures are generally cool, so it's usually not stuffy. Be aware though, the indoor humidity is relatively high, so those sensitive to such conditions should consider this. The main reason for choosing this accommodation is its location halfway up Alishan, which offers convenient access for activities like watching the sunrise the next day or exploring the Alishan National Scenic Area.

Guest UserWe just stay here for 1night for a quick trip in Alishan. The staff is very friendly. She speaks english fluently. It’s clean and offer alishan tea . They have bath tub inside the cr. No bidey . The hotel location is accessible and minutes walk from the shopping center, to the food stall and it’s also minutes walk away to the trail. They do have breakfast but not in the hotel. They only give coupon and tell you where is the resto located for breakfast. The hotel only have shampoo, bath gel so make sure to bring your own personal hygiene kit or you can just buy there . There is a 7/11 nearby but if you want cheaper there is also a small store nearby.
