Ddaisy90****Location: The Ritz-Carlton's location is always excellent, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, next to Pavilion KL and several other malls, with tons of restaurants around, so you'll never struggle to find food. It's a bit of a walk to the Petronas Towers, but transportation is quite convenient.
Service: The front desk staff were incredibly patient and explained everything thoroughly. All the staff we encountered in the elevators were very enthusiastic and would greet us proactively. The room was also very clean, and they even walked us through all the kitchen facilities when we checked in. On our check-out day, our car was delayed, and we were waiting with our luggage by the entrance. The staff at the door helped us note down the license plate and told us to wait inside while he kept an eye out. If the car arrived, he would come in and let us know – they truly made us feel at home.
Facilities: Although the facilities are a bit dated, this three-bedroom suite is truly massive! Over 200 square meters! The kids had a blast playing hide-and-seek.
Dining: The breakfast selection was average, but the taste was decent.

The hotel offers a clean, modern, and comfortable environment, with excellent facilities and great attention to detail.
Its location is unbeatable — just a short walk to Pavilion Mall and very close to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers.
Transportation is extremely convenient, making it easy to explore the city whether for shopping, dining, or sightseeing.
Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional value. I would definitely choose Sleeping Lion Suites again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur!

GGuest UserI am a regular customer at this hotel, and I always stay here whenever I return from overseas. However, this is the first time I have felt unhappy, uncomfortable, and disappointed with the hotel.
I checked in around midnight and planned to sleep in the next morning. Early in the morning, someone kept ringing the doorbell and said, “Delivery.” When I opened the door, two men informed me that they were there to service the smoke detector. I was not informed of any scheduled maintenance in advance, and I had no idea how long the servicing would take.
I called the front desk to confirm whether they had sent anyone to service the smoke detector, and they said yes. I am puzzled as to why I was assigned this room if the hotel was already aware that maintenance would be carried out early in the morning.
This incident unfortunately disturbed my rest and affected my overall stay experience. I sincerely hope that better communication and scheduling can be implemented in the future to avoid similar inconveniences for guests.

CCongyousubingIt was quite late when I arrived at the hotel, but the front desk staff was very welcoming. I specifically requested a quieter room on a higher floor because I have trouble sleeping, and they were happy to accommodate. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. The only downside was the noise from racers on motorcycles outside every night past 1 AM. Overall, it was a decent stay.

GGuest UserI stayed at Oasia Suites from 25th to 28th. I arrived around 12 PM, but since check-in is at 3 PM, I requested early check-in. They allowed it but charged 200 RM, which I paid. Unfortunately, no staff assisted me on the way to the room.
After one day, I found water leaking in both rooms from the AC units, which was very disappointing given the price. Service cleaned it up, but it shouldn’t have happened.
The location is good, but the breakfast was average—about 40 RM, with limited food and variety. Overall, not a satisfying experience for the cost.

NNina 妮娜The best location, the best view, the staff let us keep our bags in their storage before and after checks. The only problem was charging phones🤭 there are different shape of plugs. the gym and swimming pool are free, the pool is very clean and view is amazing from there.

The pros: The view from the window is great. If I had to pick one thing to suggest, it's about the 'Chinese courtesy' they offer; why isn't there a single front desk staff member who speaks Chinese?
Conveniently located near a subway station and a convenience store downstairs, with a 7-Eleven right across the street.
The hardware is clean, and hygiene is good, although the bathroom floor tiles are a bit slippery.
