Romantic Hotels in Turpan

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. It is in a useful location where it's very easy to get taxis to Turpan's main sites. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. The lifts are slow and a bit outdated and the carpets and aircon on our floor (5th) weren't as clean or worked as well as we felt in other floors. The fact that it has a free laundry room for guests is very convenient and the breakfast was good enough. We found our room comfortable and we would happily stay here again if we visit Turpan in the future.

The hotel is a brand under the group, the software and hardware are guaranteed, the front desk customer service is warm and courteous, according to the guests' accommodation preferences, arranged a quiet non-smoking room, and sent a breakfast coupon, very warm. The laundry staff also helped to put the washed clothes in the dryer to dry in time. It was very thoughtful and gave a big compliment. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the stay was good. If the check-in time and efficiency are faster, it will become a plus.

It is said that it is a government reception, the environment is very good, and it is about 20 minutes' walk from Grape Valley. It's just that the service makes people feel that it doesn't match the environment: the triple room we booked should be the kind with a sofa, but when checking in, the two beautiful girls at the front desk were chatting and asked me if it was a triple room. I clearly said it was, but when I got to the room, I found that it was a double room. How can three people sleep? I called and said that they made a mistake and changed us to a room on the same floor. OK, but when I went in, I found that there was no sofa. It was basically a triple room changed from a double room. There was only one bedside table, shared by two beds, and there was only one charging socket on it. The other bed had no bedside table and no charger to use! ! I raised questions at the time and asked us to wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, there was no news. We were so tired from driving and wanted to lie down, and we still had a trip! So I called and said that I would not change it. Then I didn't want to get water from the car, so I thought about asking the waiter to send 3 bottles of water. The front desk said it was okay. After a while, I called again and said that each bottle would cost 2 yuan because there were already three bottles of water in the room. Why didn't you say it directly when you answered the phone? Are you not proficient in business? Moreover, we traveled all the way in southern Xinjiang, and the hotels we stayed in gave us 3 extra bottles of water. It's not that we have to pay for extra water. From the beginning, we were assigned the wrong room, the wrong room type, and then the waiting... the surprise we had when we saw the hotel environment before was gone. It was disappointing! The hotel facilities are also a bit old. They said it was their newest building. I hope they can improve their service and live up to their good reputation and good environment!

The hotel is located within the Folk Culture Park scenic area, and access is by room key. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was too simple; although the grapes weren't ripe yet, apricots, watermelons, and cantaloupes were already in season. As a fruit-producing region and a hotel under the Xinjiang Culture and Tourism Bureau, it should offer more distinctive and appealing breakfasts to attract tourists. The parking lot is large, and there were many tourists, especially in the hot weather; it would be advisable to provide more drinking water in the rooms.

Hygiene: Very clean. The sheets, duvet covers, pillows, sofa, and tables were all carefully cleaned and maintained. Service: The front desk staff and other hotel staff were very welcoming. We made some requests during check-in, and they patiently worked to find solutions for us, ultimately achieving our goals happily. The hotel even thoughtfully provided us with a fruit platter. Transportation: This is located in the city center, with many night markets nearby, including the Xiyou Night Market downstairs. There were plenty of things to eat and shop for, which was quite nice. Aside from the hot weather, walking around the night markets made us sweat a lot, but everything else was great. There was a Xinjiang Girl dried fruit stall where the prices were cheaper than in Urumqi, and the quality was good. Facilities were complete.

This hotel is located in Turpan city, and it's very convenient for driving with plenty of parking spaces right downstairs. The room is spacious, and the service is excellent. There's also a breakfast restaurant on the first floor. I'll definitely come back again.

It was amazing! The rooms were very unique and the service was excellent. The wine barrel-style rooms even had a small courtyard for barbecuing and camping. There were still a lot of grapes on the vines when we went. Turpan grapes are really sweet. My parents were reluctant to leave.

This order for the small peak of tourism is very cost-effective compared to living in Turpan City. After driving, you will be very satisfied when you enter the lobby. The spacious and gorgeous lobby and high-quality front desk service are very satisfying. The room is remodeled, big enough and relatively new! Outside the window is the river bridge view that is very comfortable and comfortable. There are parking spaces in front and behind the building, and there are enough parking spaces.

The hotel is in a good location, with many restaurants nearby. It's quite clean. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, not too soft. I originally planned to stay for one night, but I wanted to have a good rest on the comfortable bed so I stayed another night. The room was too messy, so I won't take pictures. The hospitality and abundance of Xinjiang people are fully reflected in this B&B. As soon as we parked, the young men helped us with our luggage and checked us in. The B&B has two floors, and my mom and I stayed in the family room with our two children. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Haier Little Prodigy washing machine. The facilities were all new and elegant, blending ethnic and modern styles. We had dinner directly at the hotel at 9 pm, and every dish was to our liking. I'll definitely choose this place again!
