Pullman properties in Sanya

The hotel's location is excellent; just across the street is the Coconut Dream Corridor, and Sanya Bay beach is gentle. We enjoyed watching the sea, the waves, and even a typhoon approaching. We booked a family room for two nights and happened to be there during Typhoon Maysak. The room flooded due to heavy rain overnight, but at 3 AM, they still managed to move us to a suite within an hour. Our child also had a great time in the play area. Despite the inconvenience, we were grateful for the genuine and responsive service from all the staff. My parents also highly praised the Pullman's service.

First time visiting Sanya and all I wanted was a hotel where I could just relax. I did a lot of research and read countless hotel reviews before my trip, so I actually didn't have high expectations, but this place genuinely exceeded them! The only issues I could think of were having to cross a road to get to the beach, spotting a gecko in the room, an outdated hairdryer, the 'afternoon tea for dad' included in the package was a bit simple, and breakfast wasn't particularly outstanding. Also, the air conditioning wasn't very powerful, and the fridge wasn't very cold. But besides all that, everything else was excellent! The staff were very responsive, the bed was huge, the hotel was beautiful, the room was clean, and the pool was also quite clean. The room offered great privacy, and you could hear birds chirping (not too loudly), making time feel like it slowed down. I will definitely be back to stay here again! On a final note, don't listen to Trip.com's promotions; **[hotel name/website]** allows for room upgrades, but Trip.com doesn't. Giving a negative review to Trip.com, I won't be booking through them again.
