Pullman properties in Sanya

Location is great and the hotel has direct access to Coconut Corridor. Room is ok except that the room temperature dont seem to be adjustable. The sound proofing of the room isn't the best could hear the loud slams of the neighbours' doors and in the morning could hear the cleaners cleaning the rooms. Was hoping for a bigger heated pool however the pool that is heated is small and crowded with kids. A shout out to Libby for her awesome service through our stay.

Facilities: The facilities all feel very new and well-maintained. You really can't tell it's an older hotel at all. The gym, especially, is very well-equipped. Compared to more expensive, similarly themed Southeast Asian hotels, the Mandarin Oriental's gym equipment is far superior. Ambiance: It's really great, and the courtyard design is excellent. Some areas were under maintenance or being cleaned, which made taking photos a bit inconvenient, but it's surrounded by all sorts of luxury hotels, so it's easy to go to other hotels for photos and sightseeing. Service: I originally booked a pool-view room, but it wasn't available, so they upgraded us directly to a villa! The villa room type is truly amazing! The in-room facilities and flow can only be described as perfect! Every moment spent in the room felt like living within a beautiful landscape, very comfortable. The value for money is the best among all the surrounding luxury hotels! Influencer Photoshoot & 15-second Video: The service was excellent. Getting styled there was also very affordable and the results were great. Costumes were provided free of charge, and the photographer was very patient, guiding poses and shooting for a long time. The photos turned out beautifully!
