"The hotel is clean with daily house keeping which is perfect.
The room was facing the main road so even I’m not sensitive to sound still can hear it quite clearly.
The hair dryer was missing and the house keeper aware of it when (s)he cleaned the room before we check-in. Kind of strange!
24 hours free shuttle bus to the airport is great.
A 10-minute walk from the Blue Line Cumberland Station is quite convenient. It would be very helpful if the hotel could provide walking directions from the station to the hotel. We were lucky to meet two locals early in the morning who guided us safely to the metro station. However, we saw three tourists struggling to cross the busy road and jaywalking to reach the hotel. It’s quite dangerous without any clear signs or directions for guests walking from the metro station.
There is no kettle in the room or hot flask on each floor so it’s troublesome to get hot water from the restaurant on ground floor."
