"The location is fantastic, right on the Magnificent Mile, directly across from the Harry Potter store. Starbucks' flagship store is just a short walk away, and there are Japanese ramen restaurants nearby, with a supermarket not far either. The room is a bit small, but still perfectly adequate. Housekeeping was fine. The front desk service varied; on the first day, they offered water proactively, but on the second day, when I asked for water, the other staff member had a bit of an attitude. After that, I just bought my own water from the supermarket."

The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing. The free Wi-Fi is stable, and there's a well-equipped indoor pool and gym. The front desk staff are warm and efficient, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It offers fantastic value for money. Overall, it's quiet and safe with thoughtful service, making it perfect for exploring, dining, and sightseeing. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Chicago!"

"The facilities inside were quite good, but there were a lot of homeless people right outside the door. The shampoo provided didn't lather up well. The room was spacious and all beds had lockers; you need to bring your own padlock or go down to the front desk to buy one – it's a large locker, so a bigger padlock is needed. I stayed in a 10-person dorm. The shared bathrooms are outside the room; there are two toilets and two showers, one of which is quite spacious. They are separated by gender. It's quite close to the city center, so getting anywhere is easy, with subway or bus access readily available."

"The room was incredibly spacious, more like a suite. As soon as you walked in, there was a sofa, dining table, and TV, like a small living room. Further inside, there was a separate bathroom with a wet/dry area. Across from that, there was a dedicated wet bar area with a microwave and refrigerator. The innermost part was the bedroom, which also had another TV. While I probably wouldn't turn them on much, it's definitely worth mentioning that the room has two TVs. The location is very convenient, with a famous deep-dish pizza place right downstairs (though I personally didn't find it tasty). The hotel gym is also very well-equipped. The only downside was that there was no complimentary bottled water in the room, but that's typical for most hotels in the US."

"The location is great, with a CVS and a Jewel Osco nearby, and it's within walking distance to the Magnificent Mile and Millennium Park. The facilities are a bit old, especially the carpet which looked quite dirty. Housekeeping started knocking on our door at 8 AM every morning 😮💨, yet when we returned to the hotel in the evening, the room hadn't been cleaned. Upon check-in, I noticed the bottled water was priced at $3 a bottle, free for members. So I didn't drink any of the hotel's water. However, after checking out, my credit card was charged $6 for water. It's not a lot of money, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Thankfully, Trip.com customer service was very helpful and negotiated with the hotel for a refund, which I'm still waiting to receive."

"The hotel is quite close to the exhibition center, about a 30-minute walk. There's a park nearby, and it's not far from the lake either. However, the hotel staff had a poor attitude; they were unwilling to provide disposable toiletries, though the guy who helped with luggage storage was good. The room facilities are old, soundproofing is bad, and the bathroom has no extractor fan – the alarm even went off after a shower if the door wasn't closed. It's definitely not worth $350 a night."
