"Taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel cost around $60. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. The suite was very spacious and included a small kitchen. It's about 4-5km from the exhibition hall, and there's a convenient bus service that takes about half an hour with all the stops. There are plenty of shops nearby, all within walking distance."

"Facilities: As an old-school 5-star hotel in Chicago, the rooms are incredibly spacious! That's a huge plus! The gym is decent, but the pool is tiny, more like a kiddie pool. Cleanliness: The daily housekeeping was pretty good; I didn't notice any issues. Environment: The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk from Millennium Park and the museums. The restaurant on the second floor and the coffee bar on the first floor were both quite nice, and the food quality was good. Service: The service was very friendly, and both the front desk and reception staff were excellent."

"This was my first time to Chicago and I was not disappointed. This hotel was amazing and great service. I also enjoyed breakfast each day. You can choose from buffet or regular menu. I also enjoyed my Espresso Martini from the bar! This hotel is located to attractions like the Hop on Hop off bus, stop 1 near the riverwalk. You can also see the Chicago Theater which is just a few feet away. I also love that the train station, on State/Lake is just up the block to ride the red or brown line. The blue line is 4 minutes away so if you need transportation to the airport, you can take the blue line. I will definitely come back to this hotel again during the summer. Thank you for providing such good service."

"The hotel is at a great location. It’s near to the marathon start & finish lines. Close to cinema & musical venues. Near to trains as well. Amenities is basic: no slippers, bathrobes or tea bags. We needed to borrow a kettle to boil hot water. Room was very expensive as we stayed during the marathon dates. Since we are running the marathon, we have no choice but to pay the high room charges."
