在一個新開發的地段。所有設施都很新很智能（包括電燈按鈕/智能馬桶等）。四個枕頭似乎是不同的高度，很貼心很舒服。然後酒店附贈的礦泉水特別好喝。 吃飯方面酒店內部就有好幾家不錯的飯店。然後步行距離內還有很不錯的咖啡店和一個購物廣場。 稍微不喜歡的地方在於浴室放沐浴露的地方很矮？上一個住客完全可以踩在那裡洗澡 然後洗面奶再放這些地方感覺不是很衞生的樣子～其他都很好的。 如果不介意離迪士尼園區稍微遠點的話非常推薦這裏～

Haven’t been back to this hotel since it’s been renovated. It’s absolutely beautiful inside but a totally different vibe including the new pool And bar area. The service was great at the interior bar with delicious crafted drinks. We did have dinner in the restaurant and was greeted with a piano player. My husband got the filet which he thoroughly enjoyed and I got the roasted chicken, which was good but a little bland and dry. Overall, the stay was great and we look forward to returning.

The hotel was perfect. It's less than 20 minutes from the convention center, so transportation is decent. The breakfast was simple. The room was clean, and the stay was quiet. The price was too high during the exhibition, and there was a shortage of rooms. Luckily, I booked early for just over a thousand. They offer a free shuttle to the exhibition hall. Outlets are right next door, a 5-minute drive away. There are also a few restaurants nearby. For Cantonese Chinese food, you have to go to YH Seafood, a Michelin-starred restaurant that's always packed, so reservations are a must.

Convenient location close to the airport. Shuttle was fast and easy to find. The continental breakfast had a good variety of choices. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

There's a Starbucks and a souvenir shop in the lobby, and a convenience store in the basement. 4. Friendly staff 5. There is a shuttle bus to Disney (need to book) 6. Email reply is fast 7. Rooms are clean and tidy ＜ Cons: ＞ 1. I asked the front desk staff to add breakfast, but I used it because I just used it and paid later, but I had to tip the server who set the breakfast table. (Server asks you to check the price and tips) I was a little bad because I didn't add it for this. 2. The hotel site is large, so you have to take the shuttle bus to and from the parking lot and the hotel when you park yourself. 3. I checked in in the afternoon, but the front desk staff didn't provide and guide me when I checked in that I needed a bracelet even though the water park was available the next morning. 4. You may have to line up very long due to group guests such as conferences at dinner and check-out time. 5. Of course, everything is expensive 6. Shuttle is free but there is a hassle to book on the site, and there is no shuttle bus service often It's not good considering the price, but it's a good hotel if you want to heal and wander in the hotel all day! There was a regret in terms of guidance, but the staff are friendly and the sunset and water park restaurants ㅎㅎ It's a good hotel to feel like I'm in a resort ~ However, if you want to go to the amusement park, it would be nice to avoid that period and make a reservation!

Clean eveyday, fresh towels, good bed, really big room (king size with taras view). Coffee machine. Poor breakfast. Free gym 24h. Swimming pool. Laundry facilities for guests. Car park $25 a night. They vharge $250 deposit also they charge me some extra taxes on the top of the taxes with I paod already so check receipt at the end, as they stop amount from your deposit. Bit far from centrum 25 min walk to Disney Springs, 15 min to premium outlet.

The receptionist also responded politely! I didn't understand English and I was often worried, but the staff were very polite and kind. Even in situations where the language was difficult to understand, he explained with a smile and explained in an easy-to-understand manner, and I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. Thanks to my detailed concerns, I am really grateful to be able to stay comfortably. I would like to use it if I have another chance.

Our family of 6 had a good time. Breakfast was also different and rich every morning. However, it's good to go a little early because you have to queue after 8:30. There is also a shuttle to tourist attractions such as Sea World, so I had a comfortable stay.

This was a terrible experience. 1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation. 2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed. 3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day. 4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated. 5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night. 6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell… 7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one. You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website. I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.

There are amusement facilities which are great The waterslide is super fun If you check in early, it’s a good idea to play. There is also a food court inside, so you don’t have to worry about running out of food.
