"This stay left a very good impression on me. The hotel team is not only hospitable, but also full of vitality; from check-in to check-out, every employee is as friendly as a friend, while remaining professional and always willing to take the initiative to assist. The breakfast selection is rich and delicious, whether it is mushroom toast or All day breakfast, it is very satisfying. The hotel is safe and convenient and can be parked, and it is very easy to go to whale watching or the town center. Especially commendable is that the hotel is very particular about every detail, and you can feel the intimate and thoughtful service everywhere. Very recommended."

"Hotel is centrally situated amidst shopping and eating streets. It is also a 3 min walk to the water front and boardwalk. Staff are good. However, amenities are only soap, shampoo and lotion. No showercap, bedroom slippers, robes, etc. Breakfast is simple but good."

"The room is a duplex, suitable for family booking. It is equipped with a kitchen (with a microwave). The room was large, and couples travelling was a little wasteful. Because in a shopping mall, all have three layers of security systems, and safety is guaranteed."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this place! The hosts are wonderful people! Natalie communicates with the guests every morning, interested as things. They are so pleasant, with them you feel like with old friends. The room is clean and very spacious and very airy, bed and pillows are comfortable. The location is excellent - 5-10 minutes before walking along the ocean. We would be happy to stop here again."

"The hotel is located conveniently only 5 mins from Ficks Pool and a short walk from the main shops. The hotel upgraded us to a balcony sea view room and we received complementary wine. The room was beautiful, very clean, with dstv and netflix services available. We also had a bathtub and a lovely balcony view. During load shedding the main lights remained on and the wifi was still active. The staff was also very kind and professional."

"Had a splendid 2 night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff made us feel so welcome. They are exceptionally polite and well informed on the surrounding area. We were provided with a map full of helpful suggestions, and a thorough introduction to the lodge and all it's facilities upon check-in. The lodge is located right next to Hermanus New Harbour and a few steps from the cliff path, which is well worth the walk. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. It opens onto a beautiful, well maintained garden area but a few steps from the pool. Breakfast was fantastic (reccommend the Full English!), and a lovely selection of breads, cereals, fruits, cold meats, yogurts etc at the buffet. Truly, no complaints. Would absolutely stay again."
