(Just between us 🤫: My husband immediately said the hotel owner must know feng shui! The location is just perfect – a place where the wind is sheltered and energy gathers, surrounded by mountains and water. I'm not in good health and almost always have insomnia, but I slept incredibly soundly for the three days I stayed here!!) We originally only planned to stay one day, but the environment and energy were so good that we extended our stay for two more days! If we weren't rushing to catch up on our itinerary, we would have stayed a week, not wanting to go anywhere else, just staying in the hotel! After staying here, all I can say is: I'll be comparing all other hotels to this one from now on… I've stayed in many so-called luxury hotels, both domestic and international, but this owner is a rare example of someone with OCD! The attention to detail makes you feel sophisticated everywhere you go; their aesthetic sense is impeccable! The room decor and interior furnishings are truly meticulous (in a good way)! From a small kettle to a tissue box, everything is tastefully chosen, exuding a sense of luxury that you can see, touch, and feel comfortable using. The room has underfloor heating, so there's no need to turn on the air conditioning, and it's not dry at all. The slippers are always warm! I've stayed in many seemingly luxurious hotels, but the details are nowhere near as impressive as Cloud Palace Starry Sky… If it were during an economic boom, I think it would be incredibly successful!! The room views are absolutely stunning! Sky, clouds, mountains, trees, and water are all right in front of you. The overall environment, cleanliness, and service are impeccable! The private hot spring bath is on the balcony; soaking in the hot spring while breathing in the fresh air and enjoying the grassland view is so soothing! I even had the illusion of being back in New Zealand/Australia…so relaxing! The service and emotional value are off the charts! The butler is so considerate! He replies to messages instantly and even drives to pick us up every morning to go to the restaurant for breakfast (the walk is actually very short). But this feeling of being taken care of is a real plus. Breakfast offers four set menus to choose from, and they are very plentiful. We usually eat around 10:30 am, combining breakfast and lunch. I recommend ordering the steak and salmon set menus! For dinner, we ordered stir-fries at the restaurant. Their chef must have an extremely high culinary skill level! The stir-fries have a smoky, wood-fired flavor, so we ate dinner at the restaurant for three consecutive days! It was so delicious, and the dinner menu was very reasonably priced! By the way, you absolutely must try their braised pork belly and cat-tooth rice fried rice! Absolutely amazing! Who came up with that?! When we left, the butler and manager even gave us a gift bag and coffee! So thoughtful, I almost felt a little embarrassed 🥹 I'll definitely bring my family back for a second visit! I've never written such a long review before… But I highly recommend this place!

Awesome treasure hotel! The price is directly full of ✨ This stay experience really exceeded expectations, you must praise this hotel! The room is spacious and bright, the decoration is simple and warm style, the wooden elements are matched with clean soft decoration, and it feels particularly comfortable as soon as you enter the house. The two beds are moderately soft and hard, the bedding is clean and odorless, the view by the window is also good, and the lighting and ventilation are very good. The facilities in the room are very complete, the TV, air conditioning, etc. are fully equipped, the daily use is completely no problem, the details are taken care of very carefully. The public area is also super surprise! There is an outdoor area with a swimming pool and lounge chairs. It is especially pleasant to lie down and blow the hair when you are tired. The restaurant is clean and tidy, the tables and chairs are comfortable, and you can see the special wooden ginger-related displays, and you can feel the hotel's intentions. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out are very smooth, and the overall service experience is full. Whether it is a short trip or a long-term stay, it is very suitable, the price is super high, I have recommended it to my friends, I will choose this next time!

Staying at this hotel in Tengchong felt like stepping into a paradise! The hotel's hillside location offers amazing views and fresh air. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room were perfect for admiring the mountain scenery and stargazing – absolutely incredible! I woke up to the sound of birds chirping, then headed to the restaurant for a delicious bowl of rice noodles with minced pork sauce. It was such a delightful start to the day. The auntie serving us was so warm and welcoming, always encouraging us to have more if we wanted. After breakfast, you can feed the macaques, go horseback riding, or simply relax with a cup of coffee in the courtyard and soak up the sun. It's truly a healing experience, I didn't want to leave! I'll definitely be back for my next vacation.

Environment: The location is superb, convenient for getting anywhere. You can drive right to the door, it's only a 2-minute walk to the bar street, and there are cafes and milk tea shops nearby. It's also the best location in the heart of the ancient town. Service: The service is excellent, very attentive. The owner prepared tea, coffee, drinks, and fruit. You can relax and sunbathe in the courtyard. I even lost my hat outside, and the owner went out of their way to help me find it! Facilities: You get what you pay for, five-star hotel standards. The room has underfloor heating, which was incredibly warm and sunny in the mornings and evenings – no wonder it's a hotel carefully selected by Ren Zhengfei (a famous Chinese businessman). The room has a full set of APPELLES toiletries, and the shower water was very comfortable. Who would have thought you could find such a standard in an ancient town? It's truly captivating at first sight with its wabi-sabi aesthetic! The space design is meticulous, and the lighting is a stroke of genius. The interplay of light and shadow creates a wonderful atmosphere, perfectly embodying the relaxed elegance of wabi-sabi.

Had a wonderful experience. The butler, Xiao Jie, proactively asked about my needs beforehand. The most memorable parts were: 1. The spa was incredibly comfortable. The therapist used their elbows to precisely target my pain points and alleviate them. 2. The room had an essential oil diffuser, which created a lovely ambiance. When the oil ran out and needed refilling, the butler even asked me what scent I preferred – very thoughtful! I recommend the bergamot. 3. The room was truly spacious. The hot spring bath area also had a separate shower, which was perfect for washing before and after a soak without having to walk back and forth. 4. There was also a charming 'Dingfengbo' wild garden at the back with a gentle drizzle, small plants, and a stream – a delightful surprise!

We chose Bolian for a trip with my parents. It's a rare domestic brand that's doing well. My first stay at Bolian Chongqing was truly impressive. The staff at Heshun were very nice, but unfortunately, the management wasn't great. Breakfast was a semi-buffet, and although the venue wasn't crowded, one staff member was clearly struggling on the first day. The breakfast selection was limited, and the value wasn't great. However, being able to soak in the hot springs anytime was a plus. Also, the water in the room was expired—over six months. My family accidentally drank it for two days, but luckily, nothing happened. The staff promptly apologized and provided Mid-Autumn Festival gift boxes as souvenirs. It's a difficult journey for everyone. But I can't give it a perfect score. I hope the hotel manages well; building a brand isn't easy.

Location: Situated at the foot of Yunfeng Mountain, it's just a few minutes' ride on the hotel's shuttle directly into the scenic area. Surrounded by lush mountains, you can see the peak of Yunfeng Mountain from the hotel's public areas, shaped like a pen rack, with a Ming Dynasty Taoist temple on the central summit and the Queen Mother's Palace halfway up the mountain. The culinary skills at the Yinwu Restaurant are excellent, and we all left feeling very full. Cleanliness: The service staff were generally adequate, though occasionally requests took a while to be fulfilled. After checking in, some minor cleaning details had been missed. Facilities: Most facilities are quite new, and the smart features are well-implemented. However, to use the hot springs, you need to call the control room via the landline, but sometimes no one answers, though they do call back later. The water temperature might require changing the water a few times to maintain a sufficient heat. Service: Our butler, Xiao Yang, connected with us in advance. However, with many guests, it seems he couldn't always manage everything, for instance, when I asked for a comb, the attendant brought a different kind. So, more attention to detail is needed. Overall, there might be a slight disparity between the price and the experience.

The room was spacious and well-decorated. The hot spring pool in the courtyard was fun, and the breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel's overall design is beautiful, perfectly blending modern aesthetics with ethnic elements. The room windows offer stunning mountain and valley views. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, buggy service, and housekeeping were all quick and attentive. This hotel is located within the Atami scenic area. The price includes admission to Atami, access to the Beauty Pool, the hotel shuttle bus, breakfast, and evening porridge with sweet soup. It's an excellent value, and the food is delicious. If you want to visit the Bath Valley, it's only an additional 60 RMB. Thanks to its prime location, you can enjoy the hot springs when it's less crowded in the evenings and mornings. The Beauty Pool is exclusive to hotel guests and is not open to the general public, with fresh hot spring water (first run of the day) at 9:30 AM. The Bath Valley, however, is open to the public and tends to have many tour groups, with its first run of hot spring water starting at 9 AM. Also, the rooms are not as bad as some reviews suggest. While they don't have the modern decor of a new hotel, they are very comfortable and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it! P.S. A big thank you to the lady at the front desk and a gentleman there. My boyfriend sprained his ankle during a previous trip, and they provided us with Yunnan Baiyao (a traditional Chinese medicine for injuries) and even helped carry our luggage upstairs. Their service was incredibly warm and thoughtful 🙏

I made a lot of strategies before booking. This hotel has convenient transportation and the surrounding business districts are also very complete. It is very convenient to travel. The staff's service was also very thoughtful. I received a warm call before I checked in. The reminder was very meticulous. The security brother at the door of the store was very good. He helped carry luggage and moved things. It was very intimate. When checking in, the front desk sister was very good. The room was very warm and clean, the view was very good 👍, the breakfast was rich and very good. I will stay at this hotel again next time I go to Tengchong.
