The bedding is comfortable and the service is warm and intimate, making people happy physically and mentally!

The hotel is really old, and the room is not equipped with slippers and toothbrushes. It took a few calls to deliver it. The service is average and the price is not cheap. A lot worse than the five-star domestic hotel

The hotel was very clean. Love the elevator level selection pad. The staff was extremely friendly. It’s easy to retrieve your vehicle from valet even when you’re going to return. Although, I suggest Waymo. Those things are everywhere and the hotel’s location is central to everything to do with the arts. The High Museum, The Fox Theatre, and The Shakespeare Tavern Theatre are must sees while you are there. And don’t forget to get breakfast at the hotel. It’s delicious! Ask for Tyler 😊, she’s amazing.

Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap. The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

The location is really good, across the street from the Centennial Olympic Park

I had a bad experience at one of the current locations.. I left there and came here .. Ashlee was soooo nice upon arrival.. the room was nice and clean I will be staying here again..

The stay was wonderfull and great the staff was friendly wish my family would of stay longer but  the trip was a one night trip  definitely next time we will come again.

The location of the hotel is very good, a few minutes walk from the Olympic Park and the Coca-Cola Museum. There is cleaning basically every day. After staying for five days, there was no cleaning on the fourth day... Generally speaking, it is not bad. There is a Chinese restaurant a few minutes' walk away.

I got is hotel in a really good deal and I'm so happy that I can check in early. The room was nice even a room is a little bit old style but they have a TV streaming I that's is the best for me.

The hotel is clean, there is breakfast, it is close to the airport, there are shuttle buses, but the driver is lazy and is not willing to send passengers to the international departure, only to the domestic departure Atlanta airport is more chaotic, if you are not familiar How it went between the two sites.
