Spa Hotels in Tashkent

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is a brand-new hotel, and everything was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality! 😊

Overall a decent option for a short stay. The room: I liked that they have rooms for solo travellers, but the room layout felt slightly disingenuous with a single bed pushed against the wall and then a pillar right next to it. The renovation and furnitures have a bit of 90s style so even though it’s supposed to be quite a new hotel, it gave off a bit “dark” and “old” vibes. The towel rack in my room was also half falling off - but the housekeeping was very well done and clean. The lights in the hallway leading to the rooms are sensor-based, so they tend to be completely dark at night, which is slightly scary when you first step off the lift/want to get water in the hallway at night. Breakfast: Decent variety, there’s an outdoor terrace as well but the whole place didn’t feel as well maintained. Location: In a quiet alley 5 minutes away from Novza, convenient to get everywhere in Tashkent. Front Desk: Decent service, staff just did the basic check in and check out, service wasn’t that memorable.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. For its price, it's an excellent option. The hotel is located close to the airport, which is very convenient, especially if you arrive late in the evening or have an early flight. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-suited for resting after a journey. I'd particularly like to commend the staff – they were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their attitude makes you feel like a valued guest. The breakfasts were delicious and a pleasant start to the day. Overall, it's a great option with good value for money.

Хороший отель: чисто, в номере есть туалетные принадлежности (щетка, паста, гель, шампунь), чайный набор, 2 бутылки воды, пополняемые ежедневно. Мини бар платный. Сауна платная, мы не ходили. Персонал говорит на русском, приятный в общении и готовый помочь. В ресторане под заказ готовили на завтрак каши: рисовая, манная, овсяная. Завтраки разнообразные: блины, яйца жареные, омлеты, овощи жареные, пицца, шарлотка…

The hotel's decor is very grand, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. The staff are all very polite, and the breakfast spread is generous. I do have one suggestion for improvement: the mini-fridge in the room only has a refrigeration function, not a freezer. In a hot city like Tashkent, a freezer would be really useful for keeping ice cream readily available.

A clean and beautiful hotel. The staff were also very kind. The room comes equipped with bottled water, instant coffee, tea, a kettle, and a safety box. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was a bit small, but we were seated without having to wait.

1) Location: Close to the airport but far from the city center. 2) Cleanliness: Although it's a 4-star hotel, the cleanliness isn't quite up to the standard of an ACCOR brand property. After an extended stay, I noticed that the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly every day. A: The bedding wasn't changed. B: The cleaning appeared decent on the surface, but upon closer inspection, dust and particles remained. C: Even after housekeeping, there was still hair on the bathroom floor. 3) Service: For my stay of over two weeks, I was upgraded to a Junior Suite. This thoughtful gesture was so impressive that it overshadowed all the aforementioned shortcomings. 4) Facilities: The sauna offers both a hammam and a dry sauna. Sometimes the hammam isn't working, which can be disappointing. It's often inconvenient to have to ask the spa staff to check it every time it's not functioning. Overall: As a loyal ACCOR brand customer, I sincerely hope that Mercure Tashkent North, where I stayed, will significantly improve its quality. I am confident that if the issues I mentioned are addressed, it will become a much better hotel.

The hotel isn't located in the heart of Tashkent, but it's close to the airport and high-speed rail station, about a 10-minute drive away. Surrounded by residential areas, it's relatively quiet at night. The room wasn't large, but it was clean and tidy. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and disposable toiletries were provided. Overall, it was a good value.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Tashkent Station. It's also right on a street with many restaurants, so even though we checked in close to 10 PM, we were still able to grab some dinner afterward. The front desk staff were very helpful and assisted us in confirming the high-speed train station for the next day. However, there was what sounded like a DJ party somewhere from around 2 AM until 7 AM. We couldn't tell if it was in the room next door, and we were too tired to call the front desk, so we just endured it until morning. The late-night DJ was a bit of a mystery, but despite that, I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Uzbekistan.

Very nice hotel for our last day in Uzbekistan. Good breakfast. Great and very clean pool. We are leaving late in the evening for the airport, so we could wait with check out until 2pm because it is low season, and after checking out we can stay in the pool area until it closes at 9 pm. There are showers etc. by the pool, so we can get ready for flying home. Very friendly staff.
