Home Boutique Hotel

Immediately after booking, I received a messenger registration request from their phone number, and they responded promptly and courteously. I spoke to the front desk staff in English and was able to communicate well. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed, shower, and toilet were all comfortable to use. As I was leaving early in the morning, I was unable to have breakfast, so it is not eligible for review. This is a recommended hotel as it is close to the airport and Tashkent North Station.

I chose this hotel to be close to the airport for a morning flight. It's not so centrally located but great for my purposes. Everything was clean, the manager was there to greet me upon arrival and they even arranged a takeaway breakfast as I left too early to stay for the hotel breakfast. Would recommend.

A wonderful display of hospitality. They welcomed me like family, and the breakfast was delicious. It's a great option for a long layover. The bathroom is shared among several rooms. The bed is huge; I slept like a star.

The hotel is located near Seul Moon, a lively part of the city, and you can walk across the bridge in 15-20 minutes. It's a very quiet place with a garden and flowers in the hotel courtyard. Birds sing in the morning, and you can't hear any construction, making it pleasant to sit on the terrace. The room is clean and has everything you need. The mattress isn't too firm, which is often the case in Uzbekistan. There's a kettle, tea, coffee, water, a fridge, and slippers in the room, and an ironing board and iron in the hallway on the floor. The breakfast is varied with a wide selection; even at 9:30 AM, I didn't go hungry. I loved the feeling of living in a forest; it's nice to go out into the garden with swings and benches everywhere, and there's a river and a restaurant nearby. The staff work quietly and with a smile; no one speaks loudly. It’s such a pleasant oasis in the heart of the capital. Highly recommend!

The hotel isn't in the city center, but it's a 10-minute walk from the metro. It's very clean, with a large bed, slippers, bathrobes, and all the usual amenities. The breakfasts are perfect, with a wide selection of European dishes and a few with local flavor, plus a great variety of fruits. The woman working in the breakfast cafe is incredibly attentive – a real asset to the hotel. However, the front desk staff were unfriendly and gloomy. We had an early arrival, and I think they could have offered us breakfast at the hotel for an extra charge while we waited for our room. They also couldn't tell us where to exchange money.

Within walking distance of the airport. Very cozy, felt just like home. It was like staying at grandma's house in the countryside or at a dacha. The room was large, en-suite, and clean. There's a kitchen with everything you need. The host was friendly and welcoming. There are even parrots in the yard! Highly recommend.

At the beginning, the hotel address was automatically translated online, and it had to be replaced with local navigation before it arrived. There is water on the bathroom floor, hope to improve

Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless. The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages. Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made. Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around. The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day. I believe most who stayed usually 1-night. The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights. My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit. However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended. I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

The room was incredibly run-down. While the price wasn't high and the photos seemed accurate, the reality was quite dismal. The walls desperately need a fresh coat of paint, and the bathroom requires a complete refresh; the shower head and hose were worn out, and there wasn't even a bath mat. The duvet for the double bed was too small, and the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed. Soundproofing was a major issue; neighbors checked in at 1 AM, banging doors and yelling until 2:30 AM. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, the front desk staff were friendly, and there was free parking available nearby.
