"Pros: The location is excellent, and the breakfasts are varied and delicious. The rooms are clean. Prices for everything in the lobby are reasonable. Cons: The room smelled damp, which I believe was coming from the bathroom. The view was of an inner courtyard, so there was no view at all; you didn't even need to go near the window. It's hard to call the fitness room a fitness room: there's one bench, 4-5 pairs of dumbbells, mats, a couple of treadmills, and that's it. No pull-up bar, no weight bench, no barbells โ€“ a lot is missing. We didn't go to the spa, so I can't comment on it. It was my wife's birthday, and we hoped for a small gift from the hotel, but there wasn't one. It's not a big deal, of course, but that kind of attention makes you want to return to such places. Overall: Not bad, but it could have been better!"

There was a high level of noise in the room (renovation work was being carried out on the fourth floor during our stay). 4. The shower in the bathroom wasn't working (we reported it, and they immediately replaced it with another broken one)."

"I rated the service highly because the guys at the reception were very helpful. I'm giving the hotel a high rating just because of them. As for cleanliness, it wasn't great. There was hair on the floor in the room, and the plumbing wasn't in very good condition. The mattress was a real disappointment... When one person turns over, the other 'rocks on the waves'. The food was delicious, and the interior is very beautiful. The hotel itself is stunning. Suggestions for improvement: better mattresses, non-leaky faucets, and a working hammam. (We happened to be there on a day when it was apparently broken... the steam generator was running non-stop. We told the reception, and the next day the hammam wasn't working, presumably being repaired. I hope it's fixed now). Thanks to the staff for their responsiveness and help ๐ŸŒบ"

"First off, the in-room Wi-Fi was terrible, almost unusable. We checked in on Chinese New Year's Eve, hoping to watch the Spring Festival Gala, but the CCTV4 signal was poor and then cut out completely. The breakfast offered a good variety, but it was a bit cold and not particularly tasty. However, the staff member there was quite enthusiastic. There's an ATM in the lobby for cash withdrawals, which accepts Visa, but UnionPay cards didn't work. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a metro station and the Uzbekistan Hotel. When we checked out, an older gentleman was charmingly playing the piano in the lobby bar, all smiles~"

The luggage storage service is also very reliable, allowing you to securely leave your belongings while exploring other areas. Staff Friendliness: I felt a 'warmth like home' during my stay. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and proactive in resolving any minor issues or requests in the room. Breakfast: The breakfast spread, including fruits and cakes, is excellent."

"We were very happy with the hotel!! 1. The location is super!!! You can walk to Tashkent City, Navruz Park, and the market in just 7 minutes. There are several parks nearby for walks!! Shops and a shopping center with great prices! There's a bank next door and three mobile operators directly opposite, which is very convenient for those who need to get a SIM card. The hotel has a large swimming pool. There are rarely more than 4 people, so it's perfect for unwinding after a day of walking. Several metro stations are also nearby!! Every room has an umbrella in case of rain!! The breakfasts are excellent! Room service is magical!! The rooms are large with sofas and a coffee machine, and the toiletries in the bathroom are very high quality. The only downside is the outdated wardrobes, BUT the bedding, towels, and bathrobes are luxurious. A special thank you for the linen spray!! The positives outweigh this minor wardrobe issue by 1000 percent. Well done, keep up the great work ๐Ÿ‘ We will definitely be back. ๐Ÿซถ"

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The room is exceptionally spacious, and while the decor is a bit dated, it's acceptable, and the cleanliness is good. The hotel has several Chinese staff members, so if you encounter any communication issues, you can always find someone to help. The breakfast is Chinese-style, which is a big plus for travelers who've been eating local cuisine. The Wi-Fi is also decent. Now for some downsides. Firstly, the room I stayed in this time was odd. There was a beam by the bed that was less than 1.7 meters high. This means if you get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and forget about the low beam, you'll undoubtedly bump your head. I suggest they get a designer to reconfigure the room layout slightly. Secondly, there's no desk or chair in the room, making it impossible to work. Thirdly, the fourth floor frequently experiences water outages, while the first and second floors are fine, suggesting a water pressure issue. I had to go to the public restroom on B1 to use the toilet and wash up in the mornings. A Chinese tour guide complained to the front desk, stating this had been happening for two days and her guests wanted to check out and move rooms. The front desk staff just shrugged, saying there was nothing they could do. Finally, I stayed for several days, but at check-out, the small receipt only showed one day (even though I had been in the country for a week). The front desk claimed the system was down. I politely asked if they could provide an alternative document to prove I was registered, as I needed it for customs. I wasn't pushy, but the front desk staff seemed impatient and said they couldn't give me anything since the system was broken. Fortunately, there was a long queue at immigration when I left, and the border control didn't check."

"Overall, I really liked the hotel. It's perfectly located on a quiet street, yet everything you need is nearby, and it's convenient and affordable to get to any part of the city. The staff at reception were all very welcoming; the lovely girl, Esoza, was particularly pleasant, and all the male staff were polite and attentive. You can approach them with any request ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š. The standard room is quite small, making it difficult for two people to move around freely ๐Ÿ˜, but it has everything you need: slippers, excellent soft towels, and in the bathroom, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, and a comfortable shower with good drainage (no water pooling on the floor) and multiple settings. It's convenient that there are full-length mirrors on the room door and in the bathroom. The plumbing is excellent, and the room's interior is well-chosen. The bed and pillows are comfortable and soft. A thoughtful touch is the direct phone charging capability in the outlets, no adapter needed ๐Ÿ‘. There's also a kettle, cups, coffee, and tea. We found there weren't enough hangers for clothes โ€“ only two. But we asked reception, and they brought us two more!) Breakfasts were decent, though sometimes there was no hot food (except scrambled eggs), or no jam or yogurt, or the coffee machine wasn't working. I was surprised that during cherry and apricot season, the only fruits available at breakfast were sliced oranges, apples, and pears, which were clearly imported and quite tasteless. Nevertheless, the staff definitely try their best, and you certainly won't go hungry ๐Ÿ˜Š. Kudos for having dried apricots and walnuts!๐Ÿ‘ By the way, we read reviews about the Chinese restaurant nearby (next door). We went for dinner and really regretted it. Only one waitress understood Russian, and she recommended a dish of chopped chicken pieces โ€“ it was a total disaster, mystery chicken parts with lots of tiny bones, and incredibly spicy. For something more recognizable, we also ordered potato slices, supposedly like Korean carrots, but they turned out half-stewed, half-raw. For two dishes and green tea, only managing to eat half, we paid 400,000 Sum. We'll remember it like a nightmare ๐Ÿ˜”. Thankfully, we later found perfectly acceptable eateries ๐Ÿ‘.
