"The hostel is located in a nice area, with a park across the street and plenty to see. It's less than a 5-minute walk from the metro station, where you'll find shops and cafes. The hostel was clean, and I liked everything about it. Highly recommend!"

"## Review **Ambiance:** The environment is superb. It's not facing the main street, so it's relatively quiet. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the entire hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, is very clean and well-lit. **Cleanliness:** Excellent. There always seemed to be someone mopping the lobby. **Facilities:** The drain in the bathroom was absolutely frustrating. The water pressure was quite strong, so after a normal shower or hair wash, the bathroom would flood. The water would flow from the shower stall to the toilet area and even out into the room, soaking the floor. The first time, I didn't know, and my suitcase got soaked. The toilet flush was also very odd; the splash was too large. It would even auto-flush when I sat down, splashing onto me. **Service:** Overall good. They offered free laundry service, even delivering the clothes back to the room. Housekeeping was also very good, but for some reason, they kept throwing away my travel-sized products. Was it a misunderstanding? A brand-new, single-use makeup remover balm was thrown out, and so was my setting spray. This meant I had no makeup remover on my last night and had to go out and buy some. The front desk lady spoke English. I told her about the flooded bathroom, and she helped clean it up, which was great. The shower drain really impacted the stay experience. This isn't a 200-300 yuan per night room, so I hope it will be better on my next visit."

"If you're visiting Tashkent for a short trip, especially with family and children, this hotel is an excellent choice: 1. **Prime Location**: The hotel boasts an absolutely fantastic location. Just a 100-200 meter walk around the corner brings you to the subway entrance. A few stops will take you directly to the Astronaut Metro Station, a popular Instagrammable spot. It's only about 0.5 kilometers north to the Grand Mosque and 2 kilometers to the city's largest shopping mall. 2. **Excellent Accommodation and Service**: The hotel's accommodation is great, and the front desk staff and restaurant staff are all incredibly nice. A standout feature is the Chinese chef who makes noodles for breakfast – my wife and daughter each had a bowl every day during our two-day stay, accompanied by a perfectly fried egg. The variety of nuts available is also impressive; there's simply too much to try! 3. **Outstanding and Thoughtful Service**: What truly deserves special, special, special, special praise is the hotel's attentive service. Our 16-month-old second child, being quite active, slipped in the bathroom in the middle of the night and showed signs of unconsciousness. Aziz, the handsome front desk manager who had already completed his shift, immediately came to our aid. He accompanied us throughout the entire process, taking us to two hospitals, and then arranging an ambulance to the government public hospital for a pediatric neurological emergency. He helped us find doctors and nurses. We didn't feel at ease until after 3 AM when the CT scan was done. He stayed with us the whole time, showing incredible care and not a single complaint. 4. **Highly Recommended**: When you come to Tashkent, stay here. It's absolutely wonderful."

"When choosing this hotel, I noticed its excellent location online – truly convenient (close to the city center, airport, with the 'Tashkent' metro station nearby, and T. Shevchenko Street with its restaurants and cafes). The buffet breakfast was also a big plus, as was the staff's ability to speak Russian and English. The hotel accepted various payment methods (sums, rubles, dollars), and offered additional services, though we only used the pool with the jacuzzi function. The hotel is genuinely new, and we were among its first guests. The rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning, modern bathrooms, and cozy beds. The staff were very attentive and tried their best to meet guests' needs. The buffet breakfast had a local flavor, which was another added bonus. Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. I highly recommend it."

"Overall, it was pretty good. Since it's newly renovated, there was still a slight smell in the evenings when we came back. The breakfast was excellent, but the rooms aren't cleaned daily; you have to request cleaning for it to happen. For daily water, you need to ask the front desk to get it replenished. The transportation is quite convenient too, with a subway station not far from the exit. All in all, it's worth recommending."

"Our flight was delayed, and the nearest budget hotel was a 15-minute taxi ride away, costing 35,000 rubles each way. I booked it, and we arrived 20 minutes later, almost midnight. The guy was great, checked us in quickly, in two minutes, and he got all five stars. We slept for two hours and then headed to the airport. The beds weren't big, but they were comfortable. We didn't even know anything else after two hours of our stay."

"My stay at this hotel left an overwhelmingly positive impression!. To be honest, I arrived with some reservations, but in the end, I was absolutely delighted. It’s a beautiful and cozy hotel with stylish and comfortable rooms, and impeccable cleanliness throughout. I must especially highlight the breakfasts—they are simply superb! Delicious, diverse, with a great selection of dishes and fresh fruits. The restaurant where breakfast is served is beautiful and spacious, creating a wonderful atmosphere to start the day. I also want to thank all the hotel staff for their high level of service, attentiveness, and friendly attitude towards guests. Special thanks go to Azizbek. I arrived late at night, and he greeted me with genuine care, offered tea, helped me settle in, and was always ready to assist with any questions throughout my stay. He’s a very responsive, polite, and pleasant young man. I wish there were more employees like him in the hospitality industry! I believe such employees are a true asset to the hotel, and I would very much like the management to acknowledge and reward his work. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "The room was quiet; if you don't want to be disturbed, just hang the 'do not disturb' sign. Xusan and the front desk staff (both male and female) were very polite. They patiently listened to my questions and explained things clearly. They even helped with my luggage and didn't charge me for extras when I checked out (unlike some places that force you to pay for incidentals). The wardrobe was convenient, and the meals changed daily. I recommend bringing your own toiletries. The hot water was excellent. Overall, it's a friendly place."
