A quiet and pleasant spot, a little out of the way, about 8 km from the center of Colombo – thankfully there are tuk-tuks! The house is charming, very comfortable, and very clean. A hostess is always there and very available to answer our questions. A green terrace with lovely succulents, perfect for relaxing after a day in Colombo. It's very restful.

AA.RoyThis rental is misrepresented. It's not a hotel but a ground-floor apartment with a security guard who checks you in. The entire vibe is suspicious from the start.
The room and bathroom are claustrophobically small, and there are zero amenities like a restaurant or lobby.
The only positive was the stunning view from the window, which was exactly as promised.
However, the staff were utterly unprofessional and hostile.
