I recently booked a room at this hotel for my parents, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their experience. From the moment they arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my parents were comfortable and well taken care of. The service was truly outstanding. The room was booked for one night and included breakfast the following morning, which my parents thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel also has a restaurant where guests can purchase extra meals at any time, which was very convenient. The availability of a car park made their stay even more hassle-free. My parents were very satisfied with every aspect of their visit, and I’m grateful to the hotel crew for making their stay so enjoyable. Thank you for your exceptional service! Loved the place . Place has good ambience and you can spend time in the property. You can read books , play indoor games and a 24x7 swimming pool for access. Staff were also nice.. will definitely recommend this place! Also beach is nearby to the hotel so it's very convenient to explore nearby areas by walking.

I stayed there for a night and extended the stay for one more night. There's a kettle, water, glasses and cups, coffee and tea, a fridge, bottles of shampoo/conditioner and lotion. You can have breakfast on the sixth floor, and there's a great café called Grind nearby. Two supermarkets - Spar and another one - within 5-10 minutes on foot. The towels had tone cream spots on them, and they don't seem to clean every day (on the second day, i called to ask for some water and toiletries, but only got water). Besides, i heard the noise of the vacuum cleaner in the hall at 9:30 pm - i requested a quiet room and was trying to fall asleep, so that was disappointing.

The outside is warmly furnished. The interior environment is clean. There is a private bathroom and efficient air conditioning in the room. The sea is right outside the hotel. And there is a good café and iconic train there. The reception and owner were friendly and helpful. It was morning when I transferred over. The owner helped me check in early when the room was full, which was very decent and reasonable. All in all, whether it's a trip or a stopover, this hotel is bang for the buck. 👍🏻

Berjaya Hotel is a grand entrance. Feels like premium hotel and is best for the people who want to explore the beach. The view from the hotel was very serene, waking up to the sight of beach is amazing. The train passes by every few minutes which might be a nuance if you like absolute quiet environments. There are restraunts and bars nearby on the beach which is a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It was strange to find a lack of amenities in the room like toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. I had a walk a couple of kilometres to find a shop to buy slippers before I could take a shower and relax after a long flight. The staff was very helpful during the checkin and checkout process helping me carry my luggage even at 4am in the morning. The complimentary breakfast was also delightfully diverse with a mix of Desi, Continental and Srilankan dishes. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I hope the hotel management can add to the amenities so the international travellers can have a more comfortable stay.
