The downside is that the surrounding facilities are seriously insufficient and the dining is inconvenient; The so-called waste industrial style of hotel decoration is explained well, but I personally feel that because the occupancy rate is not high, the funds are not in place, I obviously see the unrenovated part. To add, the quality of decoration hardware, drinks, toiletries and other quality is still OK.

Facilities: The room didn't come with a comb, shower gel, shampoo, and other toiletries. Cleanliness: There were still uncleaned fingerprints on the table, and the bathroom wasn't separated into wet and dry areas. The shower floor was very slippery, and there was even packaging left by a previous guest that suddenly washed out from under the anti-slip mat while I was showering. When I was looking for my bracelet in the morning, I also noticed a thick layer of dust under the bed. Environment: The location is great, making it convenient to go to a nearby town for meals. The resort environment is also fantastic. Service: The front desk staff (a young man) was very responsive to all requests and even recommended going to the nearby town for more affordable dining options, as eating at the resort is quite expensive.

Beyond five-star! I was traveling with my child and mother, and we ultimately chose this place. What a delightful surprise! The environment is fantastic, and my child had a wonderful time. Manager Coco especially deserves 200 points for this trip. She was incredibly enthusiastic and helped coordinate everything. Manager Coco was warm, patient, and provided thoughtful arrangements throughout our stay. Her travel tips and suggestions were super practical, and she responded instantly to any questions. She's both gentle and professional. The hotel environment is comfortable, the scenery is beautiful, and the stay experience was excellent. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely look for Manager Coco on my next visit!

Staying at the E-Hwa Hotel on Changbai Mountain was definitely a great choice. The hotel has a wonderfully peaceful and calming environment, and the rooms offer beautiful views of the mountains and forest. The public lounge areas also have a fantastic atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. A special thank you goes out to Manager David. His service was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and efficient, always with a good sense of discretion. He took great care of us throughout our stay, and his gentle and attentive service really added a lot of joy to our trip. Highly recommended!

An excellent stay experience. The environment is tranquil and secluded, a perfect escape for a holiday. From post-booking follow-ups, airport transfers, room cleanliness, bedding, toiletries, and turn-down service, everything reflects Park Hyatt's high quality and personalized service. The hotel staff are wonderful, especially Joy and Eric, who were meticulous, thoughtful, and highly professional. The breakfast offers a rich variety, with both buffet and à la carte options. The noodles and pastries were particularly delicious. Afternoon tea and dinner each have their unique charms, catering to diverse guest preferences. The hotel package includes benefits provided by Wanda Resort, making it ideal for families. Looking forward to returning during ski season.

Upon arrival, they helped with luggage and took it to the room. A small detail that really stood out was that the young man waited for me to close my door before he turned to leave after saying goodbye – very professional indeed! The pool is bright with high ceilings, and the 25-meter length made for a very pleasant swim. The changing rooms were also well-equipped. Hotel facilities and the room were excellent, quiet and clean. I particularly enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows and the unobstructed bathroom. The lobby has the standard resort hotel style and facilities, with a hint of Nordic wood design. There are sika deer in the courtyard that you can pet, which is great for kids. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients. For those who enjoy sleeping in, brunch is the most enjoyable part of the day. The hotel is surrounded by forest, truly living up to its reputation as a natural oxygen bar. The natural breeze from the room's AC was also refreshingly cool – a perfect place to escape the heat and find peace. Next time, I'll definitely choose Pullman Changbaishan again with my family to experience a slower pace of life, distinct from Shenyang.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right on a street full of restaurants, and very close to all the attractions within the resort. The service was excellent; the room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the breakfast was plentiful. It's suitable for solo travelers, friends, or families with children. The only minor drawback is that the hotel's facilities and decor are quite old. However, this seems to be a common issue with most hotels in this resort, as they were built a long time ago. Overall, though, its good points far outweigh this minor flaw.

Cleanliness: The rooms were very clean, and everything was neatly arranged, which was very pleasant. Although there were footprints in the lobby, they were quickly wiped clean each time. Environment: Not too crowded; the environment was clean and quiet, very comfortable. Service: The hotel receptionists were very responsible, and the driver who took us to the resort was also very friendly.
