Cleanliness: The room was clean and smelled fresh; the lobby was tastefully decorated. Amenities: The heating was excellent. Environment: Very close to the entrance of the West Slope Scenic Area, and there's an Eurasia Supermarket right next door, making it convenient to buy daily necessities and snacks. Service: I recommend the guesthouse's breakfast; it was delicious and plentiful, giving us plenty of energy for our morning hike up the West Slope! Finally, Tiezhu is so cute! ☺️

Our flight landed late at night, so we arrived at the hotel quite late. As we were struggling with our luggage at the entrance, we bumped into a staff member who had just finished his shift. He was incredibly helpful, taking our bags and escorting us in. Check-in was swiftly arranged, and we were even offered welcome fruits. The room was spacious, and the mattresses could actually be pushed together to form an extra-large bed. The facilities were comprehensive, and they even provided disposable towels, bath sheets, and toilet seat covers for germ-conscious guests – a truly thoughtful touch! Every corner of the hotel was designed with great taste, and they even had their own resident stray cats, which were adorable. Breakfast was an absolute highlight – it wasn't just beautifully presented, but every dish was delicious! Even our taxi driver mentioned that this guesthouse is one of the best around. Definitely worth the trip! You curious souls should absolutely come and experience it for yourselves!

Traveling with family, we weren't familiar with this hotel, but after checking in, we were pleasantly surprised by the Swiss-inspired views. We were very happy with both the room and the overall environment. The breakfast was quite extensive for the West Slope area, and the facilities were well-maintained. The two young men who checked us in on the 5th were very enthusiastic and helpful, giving us lots of information about our stay and local attractions. Overall, we were very satisfied.

After the Mid-Autumn Festival here, the moon cakes were very sweet, and I saw the fireworks, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I brought my parents to live for 3 days and the whole family was very satisfied! In the homestay, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small yard at the door, and a small vegetable garden planted by the boss himself. It is very warm and clean. My parents can drink tea and sunbathe there every morning. The boss was very patient and helped us plan a slow tour route that was not in a hurry. The location was simply excellent and it was very close to our attractions. The room is quiet, the layout is warm and distinctive, the furniture in the comfortable room is not sharp corners, the hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the water temperature is also suitable for elders. The hygiene is done carefully, and there is no dust in the depths of the wardrobe. My parents said that it is more comfortable than living at home! No matter the facilities, sanitation, environment, and service are impeccable in all aspects, it is simply the best choice for travel!

They said they want to come back to this hotel specifically because of them next time. 3. The sofa by the window spans the entire length of the room, so we could neatly line up all our clothes, which was incredibly handy. 4. The front desk staff and butler were incredibly responsive and accommodating. 100 points! 5. Perhaps because of the bunk beds, I noticed there were always two cleaning staff members, which is a big plus. 6. The evening activities were fantastic every day. After skiing, we'd soak in the hot springs, and right after dinner, we'd catch the iron flower show. The iron flowers were even more beautiful than fireworks. 7. The instructor was excellent. My 6-year-old was able to ski on their own after just two hours of one-on-one lessons. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our trip to Changbai Mountain. We'll definitely be back next year!

I forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty. The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda. The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️

The twin room was spacious enough for two kids to run around! It even had a small balcony. The furnishings inside were clean and new, and the whole room was equipped with smart devices. Downstairs, there's also a washing machine and dryer. The ladies at the front desk were all incredibly nice! They answered every question we had. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so one of the lovely ladies at the front desk specifically helped us call a restaurant owner to arrange pick-up and drop-off to and from the hotel. The room also came with complimentary access to the nearby hot spring, which has both indoor and outdoor sections. It might be a bit small for adults, but it's still enough for a good soak. For kids, it's paradise – they had so much fun! Getting to Changbai Mountain is super convenient too; the West Slope scenic area is only about a 5-10 minute walk away. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We chose the E-Hua Hotel for our trip to Changbai Mountain with the kids. Our butler, David, provided excellent service, and the hotel's cleanliness was good. However, the facilities are a bit old; the air conditioning was very loud when on, and the toilet showed its age. The laundry room was convenient to use, and breakfast offered a wide variety. We arrived on the 15th and luckily caught the fireworks festival, then successfully hiked to the West Slope to see the Heavenly Lake on the 16th – it all felt so worth it! Taxis are readily available right outside the hotel, making it super easy to get around. We also highly recommend Qiaopopo Restaurant, which the hotel suggested; the food was delicious, prices were reasonable, and they even offer a shuttle service! Definitely a great find!

This hotel offers great value for money, and my kids absolutely loved it. We spent the first two nights in the Jinhua Suite, and the difference was quite noticeable. The service at Momoland was much better than at the Jinhua Suite. Manager Jake was very enthusiastic, and the breakfast here was also tastier. However, the location is a bit out of the way; it's about a twenty-minute walk to the tourist town. There's also a mini-train you can take, but it gets incredibly crowded. We basically ate breakfast and then went out to explore, only returning in the evening. The only minor flaw was when I shook the duvet, I saw dust motes dancing in the light.

Communication was incredibly smooth, and her problem-solving skills are top-notch! 👍 She also thoughtfully adjusted our package and arranged hotel activities, allowing us to fully experience the joy of a family-friendly hotel. My sincere thanks! Environment: Located at the foot of Changbai Mountain, the environment speaks for itself. However, the location is a bit remote, and there are no other amenities nearby. Facilities: The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and there are even three deer, which captivated the children. I suggest adding washing machines, as they are essential for longer trips. Hygiene: There were some cobwebs in the corners of the door. Considering it's a mountain house, it's understandable – a minor issue that was completely overshadowed by the excellent service. 😊
