MM620664****The hygiene is excellent, the service is great, and the facilities are complete. The location is a bit out of the way, but that's actually a plus – it's quiet and peaceful. I can't imagine what this place would be like if it were in the middle of town. For a scenic area, the price is normal; you'd never find a slightly larger brand hotel with this level of service and environment at this price.

There was a lingering renovation smell in the hotel corridors, but the room itself wasn't too bad, and opening the window helped air it out. A special thanks to the maintenance technician; the underfloor heating wasn't working, so he brought a portable heater and spent over an hour fixing the issue.

XXiaoyatouEnvironment: The environment is excellent, very clean and comfortable. Service: The owner is a beautiful and gentle lady. She's very helpful, offering advice on everything from sightseeing to clothing. Even if you wake up early or late, she always prepares hot breakfasts with delicious combinations. She'll also help you with your luggage to your room. Facilities: The facilities are new and clean. The accommodation is very comfortable, and it's only a 5-minute walk from Tianchi Scenic Area. Highly recommended. A great hotel with a great owner; highly recommended guesthouse.

__WeChat268104****Location: Needless to say, it's very close to the ski resort, with a shuttle bus service every ten minutes. It's also very near the entertainment plaza, which is excellent. Facilities: Surprisingly good! The room was spacious, and the wooden-style furniture was very comfortable. What really exceeded expectations was the inclusion of a microwave, induction hob, and washing machine! Service: The front desk service was on point. The lobby staff, especially those at the entrance, were very attentive. Besides greeting guests, opening doors, and helping with luggage, they even assisted with snow removal for vehicles, which deserves a big thumbs up! Additionally, the welcome drinks were a thoughtful touch. While a few cans of drinks aren't worth much, such gestures really enhance the experience, especially after skiing and soaking in the hot springs – a cold drink is just what you need! Breakfast: The buffet offered a wide selection, and there were no issues other than having to walk outdoors for five or six minutes. Benefits: The skiing benefits are a core competitive advantage. The hot springs are great, and the other included activities are a nice bonus. Overall, very good. In summary, I highly recommend this place and would choose it again for my next visit. Suggestions: Upgrading the TV's casting capabilities would be great. Also, perhaps consider enhancing the lobby's aroma diffuser and sound system.

NNina_QuPark Hyatt Changbaishan | The Pros and Cons of a Family Ski Trip We recently took our two kids to Park Hyatt Changbaishan, and were warmly welcomed right from check-in – the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a main building room with an extra bed, understanding our family's needs, which saved us a lot of hassle! The outdoor balcony of our suite was a hidden gem, offering incredible views. We watched the sunrise over the snowy mountains with clouds rolling in, and during the day, we could see people skiing on the slopes – truly immersing us in the snowy atmosphere. The hotel amenities were also very convenient; we could rent ski equipment right downstairs at the snow house, and there was even a mini Bognar counter to browse. Being so close to the ski resort was a huge plus. However, there were a few minor issues. The direct ski-out slope was better suited for beginner snowboarders. As dual-boarders, we had to walk down to the mountain base, and then trudge back in heavy ski boots after skiing, adding an extra 30 minutes of 'cardio workout' – which really detracted from the experience. The outdoor hot springs were definitely a lifesaver in winter, but our slippers kept getting lost. Walking barefoot on the freezing ground was quite unpleasant! Calling for service also took a long time to get a response, which was disappointing. The room facilities also showed some 'signs of age.' The iron screw on the wooden door next to the bathtub was rusted and detached. When we reported it to housekeeping, we were simply told to 'leave it as is.' The sharp corners of the table by the sofa in the living room led to our child accidentally scratching their leg. Staff only symbolically put on corner protectors after the incident, showing a lack of attention to detail. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and many dishes had to be ordered à la carte. This could affect dining efficiency, especially when rushing to get the kids to ski early. Overall, the hotel's location and basic services are commendable, but there's significant room for improvement in terms of facility maintenance and detailed service. We hope for a better experience next time.

This stay far exceeded my expectations, making me truly understand what ”a home away from home” feels like – and this is all thanks to the dedication of the management and all team members. From the warm smiles of the front desk staff during check-in to the thoughtfully prepared bunny details in the room; the various decorations and ornaments in the elevator corridors, and the patient assistance with my inquiries, whether early in the morning or late at night... every single aspect showed professionalism and genuine care. The room has great natural light and is quiet, making it very comfortable to stay in. The owner was even more warm and thoughtful, not only helping us plan our itinerary but also kindly reminding us about temperature changes in the mountains, which made us feel especially cared for. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Changbai Mountain!

SshanAs an old five-star hotel, apart from the manager at the lobby entrance who had a good attitude, the rest of the staff were really disappointing. The person who checked us in immediately changed their expression when they saw we were only staying one night. They didn't bother to tell us anything about breakfast or how to arrange skiing. The person handling the ski passes seemed to be in a bad mood, perhaps on their period, and was very unfriendly. In comparison, the breakfast service was the best. We understand that your hotel has been open for a long time and some facilities are a bit old, so we won't quibble about that. However, the balcony door and window don't close properly, and with temperatures at -30 degrees Celsius, the wind seeped through the cracks all night, making it chilly. The room temperature barely reached 18 degrees Celsius, which, thankfully, was still somewhat manageable for us southerners who are used to damp and cold weather 🤭. For an international five-star hotel costing almost 3000 a night, this is quite embarrassing.

Upon arrival, I was pleased to find the environment was excellent, the room warm, and everything very clean. The front desk attendant was incredibly friendly and provided great service – I was very satisfied. Most of the attractions are within 2km, and the concierge arranged everything for me in advance, plus the prices were really good. Highly recommend! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Changbai Mountain.
