Although this guesthouse is very new, its service level is comparable to that of a century-old establishment. First and foremost, the owners personally manage the guesthouse, which ensures a very thoughtful and attentive experience. All the staff, including the housekeepers, are incredibly warm, welcoming, and always greet you with a smile. Any request you have will be met and fulfilled here. They even offer complimentary rafting activities and local wild fruit tasting, which are unique local features and a rare find. The guesthouse also maintains excellent relationships with local businesses, providing convenient pick-up and drop-off services, which greatly enhanced our experience. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable, and the breakfast is elaborate. There's even a bonfire every evening, and the complimentary oranges and apple water at the front desk are delicious. Children can also enjoy fishing in the nearby lake; they provide fishing rods and bait. Even beginners can easily catch fish here. The fish you catch can even be prepared for dinner! The braised carp we caught was incredibly delicious, cooked by the master chef here with absolutely no fishy taste. After our rafting trip, we felt a bit under the weather, and the front desk thoughtfully prepared ginger tea for us.

They said they want to come back to this hotel specifically because of them next time. 3. The sofa by the window spans the entire length of the room, so we could neatly line up all our clothes, which was incredibly handy. 4. The front desk staff and butler were incredibly responsive and accommodating. 100 points! 5. Perhaps because of the bunk beds, I noticed there were always two cleaning staff members, which is a big plus. 6. The evening activities were fantastic every day. After skiing, we'd soak in the hot springs, and right after dinner, we'd catch the iron flower show. The iron flowers were even more beautiful than fireworks. 7. The instructor was excellent. My 6-year-old was able to ski on their own after just two hours of one-on-one lessons. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our trip to Changbai Mountain. We'll definitely be back next year!

The hotel is quite new, and the shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, making it very convenient to get to any of the attractions. The drivers are all very enthusiastic. The front desk also arranged a pick-up service to the station, which was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near the commercial street, where there are performances, bonfires, and even 'Da Tie Hua' (iron flower show) in the evening. The amenities are decent, though some fun activities, like live-action CS, require an additional fee. Overall, it's a very good place; the entire resort is quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast is also nice.

After the Mid-Autumn Festival here, the moon cakes were very sweet, and I saw the fireworks, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I brought my parents to live for 3 days and the whole family was very satisfied! In the homestay, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small yard at the door, and a small vegetable garden planted by the boss himself. It is very warm and clean. My parents can drink tea and sunbathe there every morning. The boss was very patient and helped us plan a slow tour route that was not in a hurry. The location was simply excellent and it was very close to our attractions. The room is quiet, the layout is warm and distinctive, the furniture in the comfortable room is not sharp corners, the hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the water temperature is also suitable for elders. The hygiene is done carefully, and there is no dust in the depths of the wardrobe. My parents said that it is more comfortable than living at home! No matter the facilities, sanitation, environment, and service are impeccable in all aspects, it is simply the best choice for travel!

I forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty. The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda. The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️

The twin room was spacious enough for two kids to run around! It even had a small balcony. The furnishings inside were clean and new, and the whole room was equipped with smart devices. Downstairs, there's also a washing machine and dryer. The ladies at the front desk were all incredibly nice! They answered every question we had. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so one of the lovely ladies at the front desk specifically helped us call a restaurant owner to arrange pick-up and drop-off to and from the hotel. The room also came with complimentary access to the nearby hot spring, which has both indoor and outdoor sections. It might be a bit small for adults, but it's still enough for a good soak. For kids, it's paradise – they had so much fun! Getting to Changbai Mountain is super convenient too; the West Slope scenic area is only about a 5-10 minute walk away. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The room was excellent. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the butlers, Joy and Eric, provided thoughtful service. The room had a great view, and I really enjoyed the hotel's outdoor hot springs. The indoor massage pool was also fantastic. I've stayed at other Park Hyatts before, but the Changbaishan Park Hyatt offers exceptional value for money.

Traveling solo this time, my stay at Wanda Realm Hotel was the warmest experience of my entire trip. A special thank you to Manager Zhang Qian. Even before I checked in, she patiently provided me with all sorts of information about the Wanda Resort, including attractions, important notes, and route planning. This saved me a lot of trouble as a first-time visitor and filled me with anticipation for my upcoming itinerary. I was also incredibly lucky to see the most beautiful Tianchi Lake! During my stay, Manager Zhang Qian provided incredibly thoughtful care. After learning about my travel plans, she proactively prepared breakfast for me. When I needed to extend my stay, she actively helped me coordinate to keep my original room, so I didn't have to switch rooms or go through any hassle. My entire check-in and stay experience was incredibly smooth. As a solo traveler, these seemingly small details made me feel like I was receiving care from family. What touched me even more was that after I had already left the Wanda Resort, the hotel staff contacted me immediately to inform me that I had left something behind at the hotel. They carefully kept it safe and actively helped me retrieve my lost item. This level of dedication, responsibility, and meticulousness deeply moved me and truly made me feel the Wanda Realm Hotel's commitment to every guest. Every staff member at Wanda Realm Hotel demonstrated what it means to make guests feel at home through their actions, leaving me with the most wonderful memories of my trip. My heartfelt thanks to Manager Zhang Qian and all the hotel staff for their hard work! Their professionalism and enthusiasm deserve to be recognized by more people. In the future, whether I return to Changbai Mountain myself or recommend it to friends and family, Wanda Realm Hotel will always be my top choice. I wish the hotel prosperous business and continued success, and I look forward to meeting again next time!

Absolutely loved the decor on the first, second, and seventh floors – so many magical elements and the landscaping was meticulously done. The magic-themed room was fantastic; the bed was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating two adults and one child. The breakfast buffet was also extensive, even satisfying my picky eater. The complimentary magic market was a real highlight, we had an immersive experience all evening. Our butler, Nana, was incredibly attentive, frequently checking in to see if we were enjoying ourselves. Highly recommend!

Beyond expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, proactively arranging pickup and providing thorough explanations and information during the journey – truly professional and attentive. Upon arrival, they helped with luggage and took it to the room. A small detail that really stood out was that the young man waited for me to close my door before he turned to leave after saying goodbye – very professional indeed! The pool is bright with high ceilings, and the 25-meter length made for a very pleasant swim. The changing rooms were also well-equipped. Hotel facilities and the room were excellent, quiet and clean. I particularly enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows and the unobstructed bathroom. The lobby has the standard resort hotel style and facilities, with a hint of Nordic wood design. There are sika deer in the courtyard that you can pet, which is great for kids. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients. For those who enjoy sleeping in, brunch is the most enjoyable part of the day. The hotel is surrounded by forest, truly living up to its reputation as a natural oxygen bar. The natural breeze from the room's AC was also refreshingly cool – a perfect place to escape the heat and find peace. Next time, I'll definitely choose Pullman Changbaishan again with my family to experience a slower pace of life, distinct from Shenyang.
