I booked a deluxe three-room suite. The room was very elegantly decorated. There was a mahjong table, a coffee table and tea sets in the living room. The living room was very large, and the bedrooms were spacious and clean. There was a bathroom in the living room and one bathroom in each of the two bedrooms. The hotel is in a unique location, just around the corner of the tourist distribution center, 50 meters away. The hotel environment is very good and quiet, there are many parking spaces, and the corridor carpets are very nice. I would like to emphasize that the front desk receptionist was very good and warm, and there were many tips for tourists coming to Changbai Mountain, which is worthy of praise.

I took my family to Changbai Mountain for the first time and stayed at the Westin Hotel. The bed was large and comfortable, and the Westin Hotel bedding was of high quality. Every day when I woke up, the grass fragrance and warm air of the green mountains hit me. The hotel housekeeper, Manager Chen, was very enthusiastic. He took the initiative to add us on WeChat and sent us an introduction to the beautiful scenery of Changbai Mountain and the user rights of the resort. He would contact us on WeChat every day to care about our journey and feelings, and provide travel arrangement suggestions in a timely manner. During the stay, the hotel manager Xing helped solve the problem in a timely manner. The experience was particularly good. Looking forward to the next trip^-^

The room is very spacious. There is a Sinopec gas station next to the hotel. It is quiet. When we arrived, we went to the Perfume Fish Iron Pot Stew first. Booked late, there is a special room left, the window is in the corridor, to be honest, some noisy, do not consider this room type if you sleep well, but the health facilities and services are quite satisfactory! Eleven elsewhere crowded heads, here is a good scenery, Lushuihe Forest Park is particularly small, the scenery is particularly good.

It is a resort with good reviews relatively close to Changbai Mountain South Scenic Area. The booking process was bumpy. Ctrip actively coordinated and compromised to stay in a low-priced room.
The overall environment of the resort is OK, and the free parent-child project is enough for a whole day. The hot spring and off-road vehicle experience is good.
Location: 1.5 hours drive from Changbai Mountain Station; 20 minutes from Wanda Resort; 1.5 hours drive from South Scenic Area. Suitable for self-driving.
The only shortcoming is that the breakfast experience is not very good. The location is not big, there are too many people, and guests need to wait for seats by themselves. There are not many things. The hotel can consider improving it.

GGuest UserIt's a bit like a high-end version of Xuexiang, suitable for people who don't like the simple accommodation in Xuexiang. The room has floor heating, but only one room is hot. The living room needs to be heated by electricity. The kang is an electric kang. Remember to turn it off at night, otherwise you will feel cooked. It's a one-bedroom and one-living room room, but there is only one bathroom. It's a bit troublesome to take a shower with many people. One person has to wait for 20 minutes before the next person can take a shower. The overall hygiene is good, and the details cannot be investigated (there are melon seed shells from the previous or previous guest under the kang mat?), the location is a bit far from Luneng Town, you can't walk there, you can only wait for the shuttle bus, you can't get a taxi at the door, and Luneng takes a taxi back to the hotel for 20. Skiing is a little inconvenient, the breakfast is quite special and you can eat enough, and the ordering of the main meal is not bad, but it's a bit slow. The scenery is really good, and the photo is perfect.

AAdrian éżĺžˇThe Pullman resort is located 15 min car drive from the airport and 15mim from the Wanda resort, where the ski station is located. The resort is very big with many amenities. The rooms are big, clean and warm.
Things I specially liked:
- Breakfast buffet. Everything was really good and were many options, both chinese and western food. One of the best that I had in China.
- Swimming pool. There is a big swimming pool and a small one for children. The water is warm and all the amenities clean, like new. Remember to bring your own cap.
- There is also a place to play pool and games in the second floor.
- I was very satisfied with the service of the whole staff. From the receptionists to the people in the buffet. They also helped us calling the taxi to go to the ski slopes. They also helped is dropping us off at the airport.
We even had an amazing Korean barbecue dinner at 10:00pm.
I would say that this is a foreigner friendly place. And without any doubt would recommend staying in this resort.

Many thanks for Charles who communicated and arrange shuttle, share tips here for us before the journey, due to language barrier, we were really concerned about it, the check in service of Linda was very considered. She provided us the activity package and we have been enjoy it for those day. Winni was kind enough to meet our needs. But the facilities was old so it needs lots of maintenance works on it.
Last but not the least. Thank you all for the hospitality service and make our journey feel like home

GGuest UserThe hotel is really good. I like it. I donât know why there are so few people in such a good hotel. (Their western restaurant is really beautiful, I especially like this architectural style, because we ordered Western food that night, we enjoyed that western restaurant alone! ! !)
Miss Amy, the manager of the restaurant, is also very enthusiastic, and the arrangement for us is particularly comfortable đ (also introduced us to a lot of local culture) and the food is also very good! ! !
There was a young lady named Jin at the front desk who was also very nice, and she also cut carrots for us to feed the deer!

AAMAR ANWARSo if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick.
Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner)
The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that.
In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that.
The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too.
The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot.
There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road.
I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk.
And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much.
I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

KKyle Euan RossThis is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With itâs own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts.
The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more.
The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though.
Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used.
These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

The hot spring requires each person to pay a 10 yuan package of supplies (bath towels, toiletries, etc.), which does not provide free meals and drinks. You can use hand cards to pay when you go out. Service: Free upgrade to a family suite upon check-in, service with a smile throughout and help with luggage delivery to the room
Hygiene: I put hot water in the bathtub and ran it through it. I saw that there was still some dust accumulation, but otherwise it was very clean.
Facilities: WiFi needs to be turned on on the computer in the room before it can be used, and my laptop always says that this WiFi is not available, and in the end I didnât use WiFi.
Environment: The overall decoration is a bit like an old money manor. The atmosphere is very good and it is a good place for honeymoon.
