"Chose this hotel for a skiing trip during the Chinese New Year. Apart from the higher prices, everything else was great. The front desk service was excellent. On check-out day, since we were still skiing in the morning, they kindly allowed us to check out at 1 PM after we communicated, giving us time to freshen up. The hotel breakfast was decent, and its location right by the resort's commercial street was perfect. They also offered a lot of complimentary benefits. The resort itself is really fun and interesting. The underfloor heating in the room was fantastic. I heard the room types are similar to those in Switzerland, and the hotel's architectural style also resembles Switzerland. There are shuttle buses within the scenic area, as well as pick-up and drop-off services to and from the station."

"Five-star praise. First of all, I got off the plane at 11 o'clock that night, and my boss even drove to pick me up. The lady boss is also very nice, enthusiastic, down-to-earth and talkative. Since Tianchi is not open, we are going to go rafting. After knowing where we wanted to go rafting, the landlady arranged discount tickets for us and asked his son to pick us up and drop us off throughout the trip, saving us more than a hundred dollars. There is a snowmobile and horse riding farm next to the hotel. After rafting, the two of us took a horse ride. The landlady also gave us a discounted price, which was dozens of dollars cheaper. I also recommend their Guobao Pork, which is particularly delicious, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. "This is our second time staying at Jinhua Suite Hotel this snow season! Manager Tang Xiaohan from the hotel called and messaged us on WeChat beforehand to understand all our needs in detail. During our stay, she'd remind us about the weather every day and even proactively offered hand warmers when it was cold. I especially want to thank Manager Tang for her exceptional dedication in helping us arrange a ski instructor for our child. When one day's ski lesson couldn't be booked, Manager Tang tirelessly helped me refresh the mini-program every day to see if there were any available instructors. It truly touched this old mother's heart! The hotel's location is super convenient for skiing; the ski center and restaurants are right downstairs. The hotel also has its own laundry room, which is a great plus. See you next snow season!"

"After the Mid-Autumn Festival here, the moon cakes were very sweet, and I saw the fireworks, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I brought my parents to live for 3 days and the whole family was very satisfied! In the homestay, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small yard at the door, and a small vegetable garden planted by the boss himself. It is very warm and clean. My parents can drink tea and sunbathe there every morning. The boss was very patient and helped us plan a slow tour route that was not in a hurry. The location was simply excellent and it was very close to our attractions. The room is quiet, the layout is warm and distinctive, the furniture in the comfortable room is not sharp corners, the hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the water temperature is also suitable for elders. The hygiene is done carefully, and there is no dust in the depths of the wardrobe. My parents said that it is more comfortable than living at home! No matter the facilities, sanitation, environment, and service are impeccable in all aspects, it is simply the best choice for travel!"

"This guesthouse is brand new, with an elegant style and fully equipped, smart facilities. The special elevator is a great touch, making it easy to move even large luggage. "This is my third stay, and every time I come, it feels like coming home! The owner remembers my favorite floor and specially reserved a specific room for me this time. The room is fully smart and even has a high-definition projector. Sometimes on snowy days, I can lie in bed, watch a movie, and enjoy the beautiful view outside the window—the atmosphere is very comfortable, like having a private cinema while traveling. I'm a light sleeper, and the hotel's soundproofing is excellent! There's almost no noise from next door or in the hallway. The hotel also provides a bathtub; after watching a show, a bath makes for a particularly good night's sleep. They also offer cooking and laundry services. I usually spend a few months traveling each year and worry about laundry, but the owner has everything arranged for me. These thoughtful details are so touching for long-term guests."

"There were seven of us in total – six adults and one child – and we had a great stay. The place was clean, the furnishings were new, and it was super convenient for getting around. It was also very close to the transfer center, just across the street. Unfortunately, we couldn't go up the mountain as it was closed for several days. We thought we were lucky to grab tickets, but then the official account announced the day before that the mountain would remain closed until August 2nd. What a shame! However, the guesthouse itself was excellent. Even though we missed out on the mountain this time, we'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to make up for it."
