I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were professional and welcoming. I would especially like to thank 小邱 for being very friendly and helpful, particularly in guiding me through the procedure to collect my parcels. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is 300 meters from the ancient city, making it a great choice for those visiting Changting Ancient City. Parking is available, and you can walk to the ancient city. Upon check-in, the front desk will provide some tips and itineraries to help you avoid detours. There's also a laundry service. Most importantly, the breakfast is spotlessly clean and hygienic. There's a wide variety of options, so a full stomach won't tire you out while exploring the ancient city. Electric scooters are available for rental at the hotel entrance. If you're hungry at night, order their local specialty, pickled pork kidneys, and a robot will deliver them to your door—very convenient.

Beautifully designed and renovated earth building! It was nice to get to stay in one of the tulous itself. We rented the whole building of 6 rooms for our family. All rooms are on the 2nd floor. 5 out of 6 rooms have a bathroom that is on a separated floor from the bedroom. There’s only one room that has bathroom on the same level as the bedroom. So, it may not be ideal for the elders. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. There’s a small stream of river flowing in front of the house throughout the village. Very serene. We got to see locals living their usual lives, farming and picking crops. However, it’s a bit far from any main tulou sights. The staff were very nice, but lack knowledge of the attraction sights.

The hotel is in a good location. There is a bus not far from the high-speed rail station, which takes about 10 minutes. The hotel front desk service attitude is very good. The hotel room was clean and tidy.

The environment of Shanhai Four Seasons Garden is good, and the service attitude is also very good. They are always responsive to all requests. The most praiseworthy thing is that the hotel garden is very comfortable. It happens that my room is directly connected to the hotel garden. Although the room is a bit small, afternoon tea and buffet are provided. Breakfast, so it’s more worthwhile and I’ve already introduced it to my friends. The parking lot is also very close to the B&B. Just walk in the direction of the parking lot. The front desk is at the bottom. It would be more perfect if there was a clear sign at the back door in the direction of the front desk. We walked two or three times before looking for the front desk. Because I saw the label with the words ”Shan Hai Four Seasons”, and then I saw a passage and room, I didn't expect that the front desk would be at the end of the garden.

Great hotel 5 minutes or so from the train station. Close to rural villages with incredible culture, amazing hotpot, less commercial (and fully real and functional) tulou, friendly staff. Be sure to grab some local tea while in town. The hotel is clean, friendly, comfortable and quiet.

The hotel facilities are not very new, because it is understandable a few years ago, the sanitation is still clean and tidy, there is a free parking lot, the most thoughtful part of the hotel is an iron rack for drying clothes, and people who go out to travel have to wash clothes every day, maybe domestic hotels Generally, there is no place to dry clothes. I really can't figure it out, especially when we travel for more than ten days. Clothes racks are necessary for life. The hotel is not bad, and breakfast is also available.
