"Baixiang Hotel is one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at recently. It seems to be the tallest building in Longyan, and the lobby is very grand. The rooms are spacious, and the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming. I especially want to commend a lady with a somewhat complex surname and glasses; she was very professional and deserves high praise. There's a claw machine on the first floor, and the staff member there even gave my two children a few extra game tokens, which they loved. All the other staff also provided excellent service. In the evening, when the technician came to fix the TV, he rang the doorbell and, after I opened the door, repeatedly confirmed if it was convenient for him to enter before coming in, which was very professional. The breakfast was quite good; the Fuding meat slices and noodles were exceptional. The coffee was a bit subpar, and there weren't many drink options, but there was enough to eat. The prices are usually very affordable, and they didn't raise them much during the ***** New Year. The suite was large, which I really liked. I'll definitely be back."

"Spending a night at Changdi Inn, nestled in the heart of the historic Hongkeng Tulou Cluster, was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of my Xiamen trip. The inn is located within a centuries old Hakka earthen building, and the moment you step inside, you will be instantly transported back in time. The stay offers an immersive look into traditional Hakka culture and architecture, surrounded by thick earthen walls, wooden beams, and antique details that speak volumes of the past. What mak it extra special was meeting the friendly innkeeper, a 6th generation descendant of the family that built and preserved this Tulou. He shared stories and local insights making the whole experience even more meaningful. The room was simple yet clean and comfortable, blending rustic charm with basic modern comforts. I got to enjoy authentic Hakka meals, lovingly prepared and bursting with homestyle flavor, perfect after a day of exploring. Waking up in the peaceful village setting, watching the locals go about their daily lives, and hearing the birds chirping outside, it's a rare, soulful escape from the city."

"This hotel is a beautifully converted tulou, offering a modern and polished take on a traditional structure. While it may lack some of the original lived-in charm you might expect from such heritage buildings, it still provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The service was a standout, staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, which really enhanced the overall experience. As for the room design, we were initially impressed by the split-level layout, with the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom and toilet below. However, this became a bit inconvenient, especially for older guests needing to use the bathroom during the night. The shower setup was another slight drawback, as there’s no space to hang clothes or towels inside. This means you have to change outside the shower area, making it difficult for others to use the lower level at the same time. These were minor inconveniences rather than major issues, and they didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay."

"This guesthouse is right at the entrance of the Fujian Tulou Prince Scenic Area. We visited during road construction, but parking was available right outside. The guesthouse itself is a converted Tulou, and the rooms are well-equipped and very comfortable. It's truly impressive how well a 500-year-old Tulou has been renovated. In the evenings, there were Hakka cultural and art performances. The service was excellent, and breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, a very satisfying stay during our road trip."

"Very good hotel. Lobby reception probably not so experienced with foreigners but always polite and helpful. Clean room and comfortable. All facilities were excellent. Didn't eat at the hotel, but noticed it was always very busy which is always a good indication. Certainly can recommend to visitors to Longyan. Close to train station (about 15 minutes by car)."

"I chose this mountain forest house with the object for a long time, completely exceeding expectations, too suitable for couples to escape for a short trip! The whole cabin is hidden in the whole forest, the black wood building and the greenery of the mountains are just right, and all the fatigue is removed instantly when you walk into the room along the wooden ladder. The large alien floor-to-ceiling windows face the mountains and forests, lying on the bed full of healing green, awakened by the breeze in the forest in the morning, the atmosphere is directly full. The terrace private soup is our favorite surprise. In the evening, accompanied by the mountain forest fog bubble soup, there is a tea set next to it to chat, quiet and quiet, there is a sound of insects, romantic and private. The interior logs are soft and simple, the layout is clean and tidy, the details are attentive, the tea set by the window, the healing reading book, and the casual shot is a large film of a couple's atmosphere. The park is one step at a time, and the koi waterfall and terraced lawn can be visited everywhere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and there is no noisy crowd. The whole process is super private, the butler service is intimate and thoughtful, quiet and not disturbed. Two days of hiding in the mountains and forests alone with your lover, slow down to drink tea, walk, soak in private soup, and put aside all trivial things. It is the relaxation romance of our two people. It has been included in the second brush list. It is highly recommended for couples to empty it!"

"The location is convenient, and the hotel has a great design aesthetic. They offer a free shuttle service to the train station, and the driver was really nice. The popular beef offal noodle shop next door is delicious and affordable. Just a small heads-up: the water pressure in the shower is really strong; I'd suggest either changing the showerhead or adjusting the pressure."

"The room was great value for money. The room wasn't very big, the bed was a bit far from the window, and the natural light wasn't great. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the light switch was very sticky and difficult to use. I chose the side of the room closest to the parking lot, so there wasn't much of a view from the window, and the soundproofing wasn't very good either; the noise from the traffic still reached me while I was sleeping."
