"Baixiang Hotel is one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at recently. It seems to be the tallest building in Longyan, and the lobby is very grand. The rooms are spacious, and the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming. I especially want to commend a lady with a somewhat complex surname and glasses; she was very professional and deserves high praise. There's a claw machine on the first floor, and the staff member there even gave my two children a few extra game tokens, which they loved. All the other staff also provided excellent service. In the evening, when the technician came to fix the TV, he rang the doorbell and, after I opened the door, repeatedly confirmed if it was convenient for him to enter before coming in, which was very professional. The breakfast was quite good; the Fuding meat slices and noodles were exceptional. The coffee was a bit subpar, and there weren't many drink options, but there was enough to eat. The prices are usually very affordable, and they didn't raise them much during the ***** New Year. The suite was large, which I really liked. I'll definitely be back."

"The hotel room was quite spacious and very clean, and parking was convenient. The front desk staff were lovely and the engineering team had an excellent work attitude. It was a very satisfying stay, and I highly recommend it. The hotel also provided two complimentary breakfasts; while the variety wasn't extensive, the food was delicious. Overall, a very satisfactory stay. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is a beautifully converted tulou, offering a modern and polished take on a traditional structure. While it may lack some of the original lived-in charm you might expect from such heritage buildings, it still provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The service was a standout, staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, which really enhanced the overall experience.
As for the room design, we were initially impressed by the split-level layout, with the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom and toilet below. However, this became a bit inconvenient, especially for older guests needing to use the bathroom during the night. The shower setup was another slight drawback, as there’s no space to hang clothes or towels inside. This means you have to change outside the shower area, making it difficult for others to use the lower level at the same time.
These were minor inconveniences rather than major issues, and they didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in the bustling city center, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding great food. The facilities are comprehensive and quite new, ensuring a comfortable stay. Longyan serves as a convenient transit point for visiting the Yongding Tulou and Changting, and my one-night stay here left a very positive impression."

"The location of the Berna Hotel (Longyan Marlborough Plaza) is superb, more than ten kilometers away from the high-speed rail station and ten minutes away. There are three commercial cities around, which are super convenient for eating and shopping. The staff has a good service attitude and the room is large and comfortable. The only small regret is that there is a charge for cable TV. It is not convenient to watch the news, but it does not affect the overall experience. It would be more perfect if the TV could be watched for free!"

"The service details of this hotel are so intimate! The taxi fare at Longyan Station can be reimbursed, and the process is smooth and not delayed. This must be praised. There is a self-service coffee in the lobby bar to drink. Although I didn't have time to drink, the options provided were quite rich. In the evening, there is a warm heart buffet supper, porridge and side dishes are matched properly, suitable for late guests to cushion their stomachs. The room facilities are well maintained, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is unexpectedly good. The fitness equipment is complete and can meet the basic exercise needs. The overall stay experience exceeded expectations, whether it is business travel or leisure vacation is worth recommending."

"The room was great value for money.
The room wasn't very big, the bed was a bit far from the window, and the natural light wasn't great.
The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the light switch was very sticky and difficult to use.
I chose the side of the room closest to the parking lot, so there wasn't much of a view from the window, and the soundproofing wasn't very good either; the noise from the traffic still reached me while I was sleeping."

The popular beef offal noodle shop next door is delicious and affordable. Just a small heads-up: the water pressure in the shower is really strong; I'd suggest either changing the showerhead or adjusting the pressure."
