The doorman, cleaning lady, and restaurant staff were all very friendly. I've also seen several complaints about the front desk on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). It hasn't improved after all this time; maybe the front desk staff are all people with connections.

The room's cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was soft and fluffy, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, hot water was consistent and plentiful, and the amenities were clean and well-stocked. Every detail showed great care. I had a last-minute request during my stay, and the staff responded quickly with service that was just right – enthusiastic without being intrusive. The location is excellent, the facilities are top-notch, and the service is genuinely warm and authentic, not at all perfunctory. Next time I'm in the area, this will definitely be my first choice again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all fellow travelers!
