I booked this entire house for one night and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The home was spotless and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and in a convenient location in Hang Dong. I wished I could’ve stayed longer. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed stay. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!

The hotel is a small house. Separated, the parking lot is far away. Max is the best owner you can ever find! He goes above and beyond for all his customers. Although location is a little far from city, therefore, occasional difficulty getting a Grab but Max will be there to save the day by helping us arrange transportation. Wifi wasn’t the best from our room but overall had a very pleasant stay!

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai overall. Everything was clean and taken care of daily, there's a tiny convenience store on the property if you're lacking something. The only downside of the room is the bathroom with toilet downstairs, I bumped my head multiple times in the night getting there.

There is an outlet near the road, you can go shopping, there are many restaurants, there is a big imported supermarket is quite good. The room was clean, but we found a half-dead big cockroach and a small gecko in the bedroom. The ecological environment around the homestay is so good. . . The price of the homestay is OK, the main problem is remoteness. Hangdong was originally far from the city center, and spent a lot of money on taxis every day. The administrator has a good attitude and responds promptly. Suitable for families with many people and a long stay.

The hotel probably knew better days before COVID, and it is in need of some polishing. At the same time, I had a very pleasant stay: they provide free bicycles, the room is clean, rustic, and atmospheric. There is a road curving around the hotel but at least from where my house was located, I could not really hear any traffic. The village is very local, with great little eateries that serve delicious cheap meals. The Viewpoint in the 6fh floor of the main building indeed has a great view! Lady at the reception can speak a little English, and she helped me to arrange a taxi to the airport.
