GGuest UserThe Junior Suite was wonderful, essentially a studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large windows, a private balcony seating area and extensive shelf space. The bathroom was very modern with a very nice tall shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, with a couch. Definitely a great place for both short and long stays.
There were a few small inconveniences in the room, but nothing that affected our stay (water seemed to leak over the door of the shower onto the shower mat; toilet seat was very stiff and loud to open/close; closets were very wide but oddly short to accommodate extra drawers, so too small to hang dresses in full length; the automatic lighting inside the closets did not turn off correctly; and our key card stopped working in the middle of our stay and had to be fixed at the reception). The hotel is very close to a tram stop, so it's easy to get into the city center, and it's also very close to the Cultural Center. It is a bit more of a trek to walk into the city, but still possible in 20 minutes or so. The hotel is located on a small street off the main road and the sidewalk leading up to it is very narrow and in disrepair. You would not guess that the inside of the hotel is so sleek and modern based on the older surrounding area.

KKMSI recently stayed at the Sofia Novotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a busy day. The beds were perfect—not too firm and not too soft, ensuring a great night’s sleep.
The hotel’s location is fantastic, situated just across the street from a shopping mall, which made it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day.
The only downside was the gym, which is quite small and lacks heavy free weights and a pull-up bar. While it’s fine for a basic workout, those looking for a more comprehensive fitness setup might be disappointed.
All in all, Sofia Novotel is a great choice for its location, comfort, and service, but fitness enthusiasts might find the gym facilities limited. I would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserGood hotel near student area . City centre and vitoshka boulevard about 10 to 15 min away in taxi . Some nice places to eat and drink nearby. Room was spacious with a balcony and big bathroom however the shower heads could do with a change . Bed was also comfortable and service on point . There is also a small swimming pool which is open till 9pm and a Greek restaurant next door .

ZzhenxingThe hotel is in the urban area, and it is a pedestrian street when you go out. There are many restaurants, and you can walk to the cathedral and other classics in about ten minutes.
The breakfast is ok, the room size is good, they are all relatively new in Sofia

GGuest UserA very unique hotel that combines hotel and co-working spaces into one. Room was very spacious, breakfast was good and an easy 15min ride from the airport. Noticed that check in can be done online but also upstairs where is the restaurant.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a little inconvenient for people without a car. The hotel is about 300 meters away from the subway terminal, but when I went to the subway station at 5 pm, I felt that there were few people inside and was a little scared. Opposite is Metro, but the front desk told me that I could not shop there without a membership card. I could only eat in the hotel restaurant, which tasted average but was quite expensive.
I had to travel early the next day, and the hotel prepared breakfast bags, which were very good.

GGuest UserI had a job at the hotel center, at the justice ministry, I could reach it in 10 minutes. When I arrived at 11 a.m., they asked for 30 euros for early check-in, although there were 7 rooms. The lamb meat products offered at breakfast were smoking, and when I asked the garçon there was no pig meat dendi.netlik. Turkish channels are not opened on TV. There are two towels, two shaving sets in the bathroom with cleaning products for hair and body.

Serdika Station is a transit station, so it's easy to get anywhere, and the metro makes it easy to get to the train station or express bus terminal. It's convenient for traveling to popular tourist destinations in Bulgaria. The hotel's central location makes it a great base for exploring Sofia. The main tourist attractions in Sofia are concentrated in the city center, making it very convenient. While the building is older, it's not as quiet as newer buildings, and the atmosphere is still pleasant, with a touch of old-world charm.
