An excellent experience with a level of comfort and service befitting a high-end hotel. One of the main highlights is the quality of its facilities. The room is modern, spacious, and very well-equipped with comfortable bedding and impeccable cleanliness. The staff offers a very warm and professional welcome. The pool, spa, and gym are a definite plus after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast is excellent, offering a vast selection to suit all tastes. The hotel is located in the business district, a bit far from the city center, which requires using the metro or a taxi to visit Sofia. Despite its slightly off-center location, the quality of the services makes it a sure bet, and I would gladly return on a future trip to Sofia.

Very spacious room with a small kitchenette and provides a dish washer and an electric cook. The bathroom is provided with all amenities, except for toothbrushes and toothpaste.

The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, which made it easy to rest after work. Staff were professional and helpful, and the overall service was smooth and efficient. Stayed at InterContinental Sofia during a business trip and had a great experience. The hotel is in an excellent location in the center of Sofia, close to major landmarks, restaurants, and business areas. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were professional and attentive, and the overall service quality was impressive. Breakfast was also excellent with a good variety of choices. A very comfortable and reliable option when staying in Sofia.

Perfect location, luxurious room and amenities. The maid entered our room at 6 in the morning, while we were sleeping. I complained at the reception and the answer was “sorry, it happens”. We are never going there again.

For the transition hotel to the airport the next day, drive to the airport for 15 minutes, parking is available, there are no restaurants nearby, there is a lido supermarket, breakfast is relatively simple.

Awesome garden with trees and flowers, maintained with details. You can enjoy birds songs early morning.

Alright hotel. Strange decorations. It used to be a Sofia classic, built by a famous Japanese architect. They still kept tye nice Japanese garden. The restaurants are nice too. Breakfast was adequate, thought not copious. Close to the metro, nice views.
