"Very friendly service,excellent location, walking distance to station 5min,direct train to airport for 0.80cents. Plenty restaurants and bars around. Room was basic but cleaned,coffee tea facility. Room got very hot but you can open the window, only downside was not hot food available for breakfast as bemmari was broken. Good selection of ham and cheese which was enough for us to start the day. Will be returning as location was the key for us. Regards, R&G"

"The location is excellent, with three metro lines just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, and very clean. The windows are highly soundproof, so outside noise is not an issue. The hotel also provides useful amenities, the lobby is welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a very good experience. The only downside was the housekeeping staff, who started talking loudly in the corridors early in the morning. Because the room doors are not well soundproofed, it sounded as though they were speaking right outside—or even inside—the room, which made it difficult to sleep. It would be much better if they communicated more quietly or found another way to coordinate instead of shouting in the hallways."

"As the poster on arrival says - you didn't come all this way to explore the hotel! The EasyHotel is basic but fulfills all needs - the bed is comfortable, the heating system is HOT (and the window opens). The shower was small but effective (although struggled to get warm in the morning), and that's about it for conveniences; there some luggage storage under the bed, a pair of coat hangers fixed to the wall and light switches/charging station next to the bed. The hotel is basic but clean and serviceable and absolutely all you need for the price."

"I enjoyed staying in Bla-bla hostel. The hostel is located in a very convenient place: close to subway, cafes, parks, monuments and wide boulevards. It is kept clean and tidy. Receptionists are nice and cleate welcoming atmosphere. There were a few hiccups during my check-in, but they all were resolved in my favor by the receptionist. I think it is very important The only problem for me was that the kitchen is closed in the early mornings. And opens only at 8.00"

The fully self-service check-in and check-out process is a real convenience. Our room was clean, and having a balcony was a wonderful bonus. Very close to the metro line from the airport, with tram stops nearby and the main stations within walking distance.  🔐 Security • Access Control: Access is managed via a key card.  • Safe: There is no safe deposit box in the room.  Final Verdict: ✔ Top Strength: The super comfortable bed combined with the excellent location near major transport links (metro, bus, train). ❌ Main Drawback: The service was inconsistent, particularly the minimal housekeeping (no coffee/tea refill) and the unenthusiastic staff at reception and the spa."

"In general, the hotel is very good, close to Vitosha blvd and city center and clean, Standard Double Room is spacious enough The continental breakfast is sufficent but is served in the lobby and it is very weird, also it is overpriced to my opinion (15 Euro/person) Hot water in the rooms on the higher floors starts after several minutes of waiting after opening the handle of the faucet I would rate it as good 3 star hotel rather than 4"

"The hotel overall is ok, clean and spacious . The night driver shuttle service guy who picked us up on 30 April is great. Very caring , called us to ensure we reach the airport. However this stay take the crown of the worst receptionist award . The lady is dark skin, with curly hair tied up hair and was on duty on 1 May between 8.30-9.40 am. We booked the shuttle service at 8.30 am but since we will be running late we called reception to cancel the booking. Her reply was it cannot be cancelled you need to take a taxi to airport. When we reached the reception at 8.55 am and asked again where is airport shuffle she said in a stern voice without any smile you must book via QRcode. we decided to wait at the main entrance for shuttle which did not show up. I went back to reception at 9.05 am and ask why did i missed the bus even though I was there at 8.55 am and she replied with a straight face it left at 9 am . I decided to book the shuttle bus via QR code at 9.30 am and waited at the main door. At 9.28 am there was no sign of bus, I went back to reception and she said wait for a few minutes. At 9.35 am , she was on the phone chatting but i saw 2 hotel guests going up the bus with their luggage on the side door(not main door) . I run to round up 4 other hotel guests to inform them the pick up is at side door and we quickly went up the bus. We found out that the receptionist told them to wait at the main entrance instead of the side entrance. so in the end we waited since 8.55 am till 9.35 am and missed the 9am shuttle bus and almost missed the 9.30am bus due to an extremely unhelpful receptionist who should not be in that role of hospitality if she feels that every query posed to her is a chore. Management of the office please review your service quality standards. This attitude is simply not acceptable and it is not a cheap hotel."

"A solid choice for a working nomad passing through the city. The location is the real highlight — right in the heart of Bristol, with everything you need within walking distance: cafes, restaurants, public transport, and the main attractions. As a solo traveler who needed a reliable base to work from and explore, it ticked all the boxes. The room was comfortable and clean, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the breakfast gave a good start to the day. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Nothing extraordinary, but a genuinely good stay with easy access to the city's best spots on foot."

"The hotel was opposite the train and bus stations, next to the metro and the bus station. The breakfast was good and they were kind enough to let me store my bag with them the next day. Good quality service."
