It’s a lovely place to stay. The receptionist is very professional and kind. The food is excellent and great. All the staff are helpful and caring. House keepers are very respectful and work with passion.

As i was attending a funeral of a dear family member, I was very pleased with the location and more importantly the cleanlines and stress free stay at the orchard hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was above par and well deserved. a trip to Nottingham would definatly warrant a further stay at this hotel. 5 star for definate and would certainly stay again. Having never stayed over in Nottingham we wanted somewhere central and St James BW Premier was excellent in our view. We chose an executive room which had everything we wanted and was bigger than we expected. Breakfast was in a tasteful and warmly decorated room which was perfect for our Xmas market weekend “feel”. My husband said the breakfast was the best he had had during a hotel break stay. The service was excellent too with a clean well stocked room and a friendly receptionist. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would definitely come back if staying over in Nottingham again!

Took advantage of the scenic walking trails within the estate for a peaceful stroll. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna for relaxation and fitness. savoured meals at the on-site restaurant and unwinded at the bar, offering a range of dishes and beverages.

優點是房間大，停車免費，服務員有幫提行李到房間。缺點是房間裝太修老舊沒有空調，沒有電梯，有些房間窗户不能不開，空氣不能對流，酒店總共也沒有幾個房間，酒店後面雖然有河，但是水質很差長滿了水生物，而且根本沒有路供你散步！窗户上全是蜘蛛！

Superb staff, great parking. Very clean. Lovely bed. Only issue was no bathroom fan and I don't like the overhead showers as I don't like my head & hair getting drenched unless I choose to.

the breakfast and service was very good the room was clean with a good bathroom,however the parking advertised as FREE is not free and when i qustioned the management team they were adamant i had to pay £8 to park my car no exceptions,i told him that it said FREE he said it does not say free and pay now i did pay and 24 hours later they did agree to repay me the £8,this could have been a good review i will not stay there again.
