I recently stayed at Skype Beach Hotel in Koh Samui from 13-16 November 2025 with three of my girlfriends, and I could not be more impressed with the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. A special shout-out to Lee, the manager, who went above and beyond to help organize a surprise birthday celebration for two of my friends in our villa. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the event was a huge success, thanks to Lee and his team. Their thoughtful touches and seamless execution made the experience unforgettable. Throughout our stay, we were consistently impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. Nitty and Ross were particularly outstanding, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring our every need was met. Their hospitality truly set this property apart and made us feel like VIPs. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating more than four people. We especially loved the theatre room, which had two beds and could comfortably accommodate an additional four guests—perfect for relaxing together as a group. As for the food, we were delighted with the breakfast options offered each morning. The Thai Rice Soup and American Breakfast Set were just a few of the delicious choices that started our days off perfectly. Overall, I highly recommend Skype Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Koh Samui. The service is top-notch, the staff is genuinely caring, and the atmosphere is one of warmth and relaxation. This trip was made even more special because of the outstanding efforts from Lee, Nitty, Ross, and the entire team. I will definitely be coming back for future trips and will be recommending this place to anyone I know visiting the island. Thank you agin to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable!!

EEmily Rose L- Great location at the end of Lamai beach with a lovely view of both sand and beautiful boulders. -There is a little beach bar just beside the hotel that provides spots to sit on a giant boulder, which is a great perch in the evening or for sunrise. It looks like there are paddle boards and snorkels for use at the hotel. It’s near to the Grandmother/father rocks and Lamai beach is perfect for swimming and walking. - We loved the breakfasts, especially the delicious homemade croissants and pain au chocolate, along with fresh fruits changed daily and eggs to order. The Thai lunch options were also very good. -Win and Naing were kind and warm and helped us with what we needed. - The pool and frangipani tree, along with a variety of spots for lounging, including big covered round beds, created a chill atmosphere: so comfortable that were much lazier than we thought we’d be because we were so relaxed. Tip: The rooms have only partial views and the best view is #8. Note: Our room was a bit stuffy and the bathroom was a little dark and a little smelly, but definitely not too bad. The alley just outside the hotel is unlit and foul smelling, but a short walk away from some massage places and a few restaurants and bars. In general, the property is well maintained but shows a bit of wear, including stained patio cushions and umbrellas and things like that, but just a touch of aesthetic upgrades are needed- it’s still a great beach resort, a very good value, and we’d be back again. VViktorLocation: you need to immediately understand that you will need transport. There are a couple of cafes within walking distance, but we didn’t go to them, there weren’t many people there either, except that a couple of times we saw a few farangs having breakfast. Report offers delivery to and from the beach during certain hours. I don’t remember the price: either free, or for a symbolic fee, very low. They also offered to order breakfast and have it delivered to your villa: it’s certainly more expensive than in a regular cafe, but still affordable. We did not use this service, since we would have to plan breakfast time in advance (why?). The beach... we stayed during the daytime low tides, so I can’t say anything good about the sea, but the beach itself is clean and almost deserted. Surprises: we booked a villa with three bedrooms and a living room + a swimming pool. When looking at the photos of the rooms (at the time of booking), I could not understand the location of the room and also could not understand the privacy of the pool. Will the pool be ours alone or will it have to be shared with guests from some other villa. I even looked around on Google Maps, but still didn’t fully understand it. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised that this very villa consists of two separate houses between which there is a swimming pool (not small, but medium in size). One house consists of two bedrooms with separate entrances and separate bathrooms, and the other house consists of a huge living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom + 2 bathrooms. Grandiose! Another patio. Of the minuses: not very stable wi-fi, TV is brooding. That's all. Air conditioners also do not cool as quickly as we would like, but this is the fault of the building design. A huge area of glazing which is made of single wood. If in the future we install normal aluminum structures with double-glazed windows, it will be possible to achieve a better effect from air conditioners + save on electricity and improve sound insulation. However, air conditioners do their job quite well. It was almost always quiet. Overall everything is ok. This place is worth the money. The owner, Lana, is very friendly and speaks perfect Russian.

Extremely friendly staff that always went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. We had a very clean and comfortable room and we really enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast dining room was very nice with a good selection of foods to choose from. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when my travels happen to return me to the island of Samui.

Beautiful resort and excellent price. Little confusion over spa treatments due to language barrier and to be honest, not the best massage. I’m Also called reception for around 20 minutes at around 2am with no luck. Had it been an emergency I would have been stuck. Promised 24hr reception presence when we checked in. Lovely staff and service.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were genuinely impressed by the level of service throughout our visit. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is another major highlight is it is right on the beach, making it incredibly convenient for morning swims and sunset strolls. The hotel itself was comfortable and well maintained, providing a relaxing base for our trip. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service in a beachside location.
