"The furniture in the villa was obviously old, and the cupboards didn't open well. The location of the rooms is not convenient. If someone goes to the toilet, then you can only go from the nursery to the kitchen through the pool area.The lighting was quite dim, and there was no desk chair. The pool is clean, towels were changed every day and bottled water was provided. The breakfast is good. You could order a shuttle bus to the beach or the store for free. P.S. The bags that we left on the bedside table and planned to use for some reason, the cleaners made garbage bags. I believe that cleaners have the right to throw out only what is inside the trash can."

"Rated location a 5/5, not because it is just a doorstep away from popular night markets, or just beside a beach, or the steep slope up to the villa, but because of the amazing view point it provides and the quiet sanctuary we are looking for in a retreat! The resort does offer free shuttles to areas in coral cove and (our favourite) crystal bay, which is great. Service (receptionist through WhatsApp, and drivers, cleaning) was very prompt and fuss free. Room was spacious and comfortable, facilities (eg bathroom, jacuzzi) were clean. Will definitely visit again! Thanks for making our retreat an enjoyable one."

At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic.
"Great location by the beach with fantastic view of the sunset. The room and areas around the property are clean. Staff are friendly and the food in the restaurant is good with reasonable prices in the area. I had the breakfast package, the breakfast buffet is simple and adequate but would benefit from more choices. The downside is the room itself which is compact and basic, the mattress is a bit firm for me but you may like that. The bathroom has some design flaws but you can work around that like when showering, remove the toilet paper from the holder so it doesn’t get wet as the shower head points directly at it. All in all, a nice stay away from the noise of the popular areas. The picture is the view from the poolside."

"The room was fantastic — big, clean, with a good interior and great materials. However, the bathroom does not separate the wet and dry zones. There is a big bathtub attached to the toilet. You have to shower in the bathtub and everything gets wet The hotel seems to be short-staffed, which affects the overall service quality. The staff seemed too tired, which is why they were not very friendly. there was a lack of coordination between the breakfast area and the front desk staff. The parking area was quite limited and narrow Even though I requested special needs through the Trip App. I did not receive them."

"Loved my stay here, probably one of my favourite hotels in Thailand so far. The hotel is so beautiful, and surprisingly quiet given how close it is to the beach and main strip in Lamai. The on-site services were convenient and affordable. I didn't eat in the restaurant but there are so many restaurants nearby to choose from. The staff were super friendly and approachable. The pools are lovely, and the on-site gym has a good selection of equipment (for a hotel gym)."

"This is our second time staying at this hotel. We really love the family room; it's incredibly spacious. Housekeeping, however, leaves a bit to be desired. The floors aren't mopped, only swept, and if you're in the room during cleaning and ask them to come back later, there's no guarantee they will. The breakfasts are decent; we never went hungry. They offer eggs prepared in various ways, soup, noodles, rice, meat, 3-4 types of fruit, vegetables, cheese, cold cuts, and cereal. The location is very convenient."

"A wonderful hotel, one of the best I've ever visited in Thailand. A very spacious two-room house, with kitchens, where there is tiles, toaster, teapot, large refrigerator and chicken. Very comfortable large bed with good clothes , air conditioning everywhere, in the living room sofa and dining area with a family table, TV with the Internet. The veranda is huge with chairs, pillows, several tables. A decent clean pool next to the villa. Breakfasts are covered directly on the veranda or in the house, they are very weight-satisfactory, with decoration of flowers (all choose on the menu itself and the time of filing)."

"I spent two wonderful nights at this hostel. It was easy to find; it's marked on all popular maps. Check-in is at 3 PM, but there are lockers for small carry-on luggage. The central part of the hostel is the pool, which is quite popular. Secondly, at least four cats live in the hostel, and they clearly feel like they own the place. They will welcome guests at different times. Thirdly, there is a large lounge area with billiards, a bar, TV, and even a coworking space. It's pleasant to hang out in the evenings. The internet worked great one day, then intermittently the next. But people were using laptops. The dorm itself is small, for four people, but quite cozy. It's more pleasant to spend most of the time by the pool and in the lounge area. There is a restaurant nearby with expensive but very tasty breakfasts, and they also accept credit cards. And around 7 AM, several night markets open nearby. The sandy beach is a 15-minute walk away. I highly recommend this hostel! Amazing experience!"

"I really liked the hotel. The room is big enough, there is a safe. Bathrobes. The bathroom has everything you need. The hotel has a fairly large selection of different rooms. I bought a superior. I got a corner room on the first floor, it was very dark. Everything else: the atmosphere, the interior of the hotel, the pool, the helpfulness of the staff was great for me.the beach is right there, the sand is very fine, the only big minus is that it is right next to the port. The biggest downside of this hotel is the location. It's in a pretty bad area. Although there are shops, cafes, and McDonald's right there.if you have a car or motorbike, then you can safely take this hotel - its inner aura is very good. we had a very good time here"
