Mountain view Hotels in Koh Samui

I had an incredible 2-night stay at Best World Vision Villa in Koh Samui. The hospitality was superb from start to finish. The view from the villa was breathtaking, and the pool was sparkling clean. The rooms were beautifully done up and very comfortable. One highlight was the BBQ seafood dinner we requested. It was prepared with a classy table setting and featured more than 8 delicious dishes, just for the two of us. The whole team was exceptional, with Mr. Joey and Seyha coordinating our stay flawlessly. I highly recommend booking their villa’s driver, as he is very experienced with the challenging mountain roads. Driving there can be quite dangerous for someone unfamiliar with the area. For convenience, you can also order Grab food delivery, but be mindful to do so when it’s not raining, as the steep roads can be slippery for the riders. They also have an in-villa dining menu, which offers excellent service and delicious options. Despite being very affordable, this villa provides the best views and an outstanding overall experience. I can’t wait to return!

This hotel is an artistic retreat, far from the madding crowd, offering ultimate privacy. 🏨 The hotel's location offers breathtaking views of the entire bay. I stayed for two nights, and the hotel was incredibly thoughtful, decorating my room for my birthday 🎂. They even upgraded my room! ❤️❤️❤️ The decorations were so beautiful, I couldn't bear to take them down for two days. ❤️❤️❤️ We also received a room upgrade, allowing direct access to a private pool 🏊 with exceptional privacy, letting me soak in the stunning views. The food 🥘 at the hotel was also high-quality; I could enjoy delicious meals without even leaving the premises. The hotel also boasts a comprehensive range of facilities, such as a cinema 🎦, massage 💆‍♀️, and sauna 🧖 – truly everything you could ask for. Since the hotel is located halfway up a mountain, they offer a very convenient and quick car service. The hotel staff were also very welcoming and had bright smiles. What I appreciated most was finding a JBL speaker in the room! 📣 No music, no life! I could enjoy my favorite music even while swimming. I practically couldn't part with the speaker for 24 hours. The hotel also has a little dog 🐶, very cute and endearing.

Our stay at Napasai Residence Samui was absolutely flawless. If you fondly remember the peak Belmond era, the service here matches that legendary standard—and honestly, it might even surpass it. The staff is incredibly attentive and warm. The property itself is a stunning boutique gem. Its traditional wooden structures blend beautifully into the landscape, creating a naturally calming, peaceful atmosphere the moment you arrive. It is also impeccably well-maintained, which isn't always easy for a property right on the coast. The absolute highlight? The breakfast. The made-to-order menu ensures everything is prepared with fantastic freshness. It’s easily one of the best breakfast experiences we've had at any resort. If you want true relaxation and top-tier hospitality in Samui, this is it.

We were looking for affordable accommodation, and the huge plus was having a kitchen. We bought a lot of seafood from the market and cooked delicious meals. Overall, the place was convenient and pleasant. We rented scooters and rode them everywhere, parking them right outside our window on the complex grounds. Although the pool was meant for several rooms, we were pretty much the only ones using it actively. Having two bedrooms was a big bonus when traveling with a child. It's a very suitable option for a family.

I booked the Ocean Front Deluxe Room to have a quiet last day at the beach with ocean view. Unfortunately, loud constructions and a bar/restaurant with music made it impossible to be outside without noises. Apart from that the hotel is great. Service is good. I advice to doublecheck with the hotel regarding the construction and booking a cheaper room garden side of hotel to avoid the noise. Room was wonderful, clean and food was very good to. Breakfast had a nice selection. Transfer time to/from Airport is 10-15 minutes, thus perfect for arrival or departure day.

A very good hotel. We specifically looked for rooms with direct pool access and were lucky that this hotel offered this feature at a very good price. Friendly staff, delicious food. The only downside is how thin the walls are; one day, I couldn't figure out where a male Thai voice was coming from, sounding like a radio or TV was on. Turned out it was the neighbors' TV! But that's the only minus. There's a lovely local kitty on the premises that entertains guests with its cuteness :)

We stayed with our daughter for 10 days for her 21st birthday in a two bedroom villa with a plunge pool . The views were magnificent. We had a huge double bed  (which was very comfortable) and my daughter had two single beds in her room.  We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, the reception staff were lovely, the cleaners all very helpful and the location was perfect. It cost 150 Baht for a taxi to get to central Chaweng which is 5 minutes away. Sometimes we walked back from Chaweng along the beach which took about 30 minutes.  Thoroughly recommended!! Nice oasis out of Chaweng!!

Generally we really enjoyed our stay. There are only 2 things that weren’t good. 1. The sound isolation. On our last day the people above us decided to drink and listen to loud music. Since the rooms are basically not insulated we were able to hear everything and well then it is basically a gamble if you have silebt people or loud people around you. 2. We really disliked the bedsheets. At the end of the night they were always somewhere but not in the bed. I expecially didn’t like the one for the blanket. Otherwise we really liked our stay. They have a nice pool(appears bigger in the pictures than it is ) The breakfast was great The staff was very friendly There is a shortcut to the beach so like a 5-7min walk to the beach

The hotel is located in a fantastic place. The view from the rooms and restaurants are spectacular. The smwimming pools were clean. Some of amenities were out of work due to low season. The breakfast was limited too, but okay. You definitely need a car or a bike to reach restaurants, massage places an etc.

absolutely perfect location for chiang mai - the loveliest guy ever who was super accommodating and even had breakfast with him in the cafe which was 10/10 will be staying again next time i’m in chiang mai
