My recent stay at Eldorโs villa in Koh Samui was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Eldorโs professionalism and warmth made us feel instantly welcome. He arranged a seamless airport transfer, ensuring we arrived safely at the villa without any hassle. Upon arrival, Eldor greeted us with genuine hospitality, even helping with our luggage.
The villa itself was **huge and fully equipped**โspacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed. We stayed in the **Honeymoon Villa** on the second floor, which offered breathtaking views and total privacy. Eldor took the time to thoroughly explain every facility in the villa, including the **fully functional kitchen** with a microwave, stovetop, and other cooking essentialsโperfect for preparing meals at home. The attention to detail was impressive: complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and toothbrushes), fresh towels, and even pool towels were provided.
The highlight was undoubtedly the **private infinity pool**โlarge, clean, and overlooking the sea. Whether swimming at sunrise or under the stars, the pool was pure bliss, with no disturbances and complete seclusion. The villaโs air conditioning was powerful (a lifesaver in the tropical heat!), and the floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the living room allowed us to admire the pool and ocean views while lounging indoors.
What amazed me most was the **flawless cleanliness**โnot a single insect in sight! The entire property was meticulously maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Eldorโs villa surpassed even high-end chain hotels in terms of quality, privacy, and value for money.
Without a doubt, this was my **best villa experience ever**, and Iโll enthusiastically recommend it to friends.

KKosborisovichOur stay at Napasai was a great experience! We were 5 nights there. Helpful and friendly staff (russian-spoken manager Alla), incredible hospitality, enchanting private villas with breathtaking sea view. Villas are fully equipped. Surrounding area is not full of cafes, massage salons or other facilities but it takes only about 15-20 minutes to get Fisherman village or 35-40 minutes to the Central Samui by Grab taxi. Not far from hotel you can have lunch or dinner at Neeโs restaurant. Two 7-11 stores within walking distance. Last evening we had dinner at the beach restaurant and I should say that meals and cocktails were delicious and not pricey for such place. Highly recommend Napasai!

The corner room we had on the first floor was amazing, very spacious with a lovely balcony you could sit out on.
The hot pastry I had for breakfast was scrummy and could be taken to my room.
The hotel is on a fairly busy road with a building site further up, you could hear work but this didn't bother us.
Bare in mind that the hotel is NOT staffed during the night!
Would recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserI booked the Ocean Front Deluxe Room to have a quiet last day at the beach with ocean view. Unfortunately, loud constructions and a bar/restaurant with music made it impossible to be outside without noises. Apart from that the hotel is great. Service is good. I advice to doublecheck with the hotel regarding the construction and booking a cheaper room garden side of hotel to avoid the noise. Room was wonderful, clean and food was very good to. Breakfast had a nice selection. Transfer time to/from Airport is 10-15 minutes, thus perfect for arrival or departure day.

The pools were clean and not crowded, though a smoother floor could be better. Notwithstanding the beach and the seaside could be improved with weeds removed and thinner sand laid.

- The view was truly breathtaking and fabulous.
- The family room was fantastic and met our needs.
- The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially the lady at the front desk who was always smiling and helpful.
- The breakfast was good and satisfying.
However, there were some areas that fell short of my 4-star expectations:
- The hotel's location was inconvenient, requiring a taxi ride to reach any beach.
- The rooms lacked a telephone, which was a notable omission.
- There was no bell boy or concierge service available.
- The swimming pool was not well-maintained, with dirty water that needed vacuuming and chlorination.
- The lack of a kids' area was noticeable, and the absence of laundry facilities was inconvenient.
- Due to the pool's condition, we requested a change or refund, but unfortunately, the hotel wasn't able to accommodate our request.

I recently stayed at Lotus Friendly Hotel in Chaweng with my wife and baby. The hotel boasts cleanliness and spaciousness, with daily room cleaning ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with valuable information.
One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant, which offered delicious Mediterranean-style cuisine. The restaurant staff were exceptional, making our dining experience truly memorable. They were also incredibly friendly and accommodating towards our baby, which made us feel even more welcome.
The hotel's location was convenient, with a Seven Eleven and several restaurants nearby, making it easy to access essentials and dining options. Additionally, the beach was just a 2-minute walk away, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful coastline effortlessly. While the city center was a bit further, a 20-minute walk provided an opportunity to explore more of Chaweng.
The only minor downside was the noise at night, which is perhaps typical of the vibrant atmosphere in Chaweng. However, this did not significantly detract from our overall experience, as the hotel's other amenities and exceptional service more than made up for it.
Overall, I highly recommend Lotus Friendly Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Chaweng. The combination of cleanliness, spaciousness, excellent service, and convenient location makes it a top choice for travelers. We look forward to returning in the future.
