GGuest UserThis hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Alhambra, which is a plus since it's right by the entrance to the attraction. Beyond that, there's not much to recommend. The breakfast wasn't good, and the service was just okay. Honestly, after experiencing this, I'd highly recommend staying at the Alhambra Palace Hotel instead, it's totally worth it. If they have availability, don't even hesitate. When I booked, the Alhambra Palace only had one night open. I wish I had known, I would have booked something in the city center for the second night. This hotel is up on the hill, which makes going out for meals inconvenient. There's also a tiny pool; I went up to look at the stars from there, but it was nothing special.

XXiaofeizhuThe hotel's location is unbeatable, right across from El Corte Inglés with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's convenient for visiting attractions. The rooms are spacious, perfect for both adults and children. Google Maps can be misleading when navigating to the hotel, often directing you down a very narrow alleyway when the hotel is actually on the main street. I recommend navigating to El Corte Inglés first, then driving across to the hotel. You can temporarily park at the hotel entrance to unload luggage, and they offer free valet parking. Overall, highly recommended.

GGuest UserJust locates nearby the La Alhambra but it takes some time to reach by riding the city bus. The room was spacious unexpectedly as it seemed small from the photo. Yet some of the small ants were found near the sink. Bleaches were used instantly from the housekeeper to solve the problems which reflect good service from the hotel staff. A good choice for guests who aim for going to the La Alhambra

SsdtkyThe room is good, two bedrooms, one living room and two bathrooms. Three or four people live relatively spacious. The hall has three balcony windows and a balcony window in the master bedroom.
Tableware and kitchenware are available and hygienic.
The lobby is also a restaurant, decorated in a variety of old furniture, new and beautiful.
The dining environment is good, the taste is average, and the plate is very delicate. The price is not low.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and well-equipped, right in the city center with parking. The fifth floor had a swimming pool and laundry facilities, and the view was stunning. You could see Amitābha and the snow-capped mountains, and both the sunrise and sunset were stunning! The only downside was that Room 2 was close to the road, which was noisy at night. The next day, I contacted the front desk, and they promptly moved me to a quieter room. Everyone, when checking in, asked the front desk to avoid rooms facing the road.

1. Only stairs are available in the main entrance , no guidance to use side entrance if you have heavy luggages. Staff are not even helping/ guiding you to use side entrance via car park. I only know it when I ask. And they can see us clearly carrying two big luggages.
2. Staff are not friendly, you won’t feel welcome at all. The room is just average. There are no restaurants/ supermarkets nearby.

LLeticia_87The hotel is huge, and we received excellent service from the reception staff, the dining room staff, and the cleaning staff.
The room was very spacious, with a main bedroom and a separate area with two additional beds. The only drawback was the soundproofing; we could hear the constant traffic on the avenue and people talking late at night.
The distance to the city center is about 15 minutes, but the walk is very pleasant.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
