"This time for my trip to Northern Xinjiang, my itinerary was Urumqi north to Tianchi Lake, then along the S21 highway to Ulungur Lake, staying overnight in Burqin. From Burqin, we headed north to Hemu Village, staying in the old village, and then visited Kanas the next day. This hotel is the eco-resort we chose in Kanas. First, let's talk about the facilities. The hotel's facilities are around a four-star level. It's located near the Jiadengyu Tourist Service Center, covering a large area, divided into over 20 two-story buildings, each with different room types. Cleanliness: Very clean, five-star standard. Environment: It's situated in a mountain basin, offering beautiful scenery similar to Hemu and Kanas, but without a river. Service: Hotel service in Xinjiang generally tends to be a bit lacking, possibly due to a lower service consciousness among the staff here. When we arrived, it was past 2:00 PM, and we were told our room wasn't ready yet, so we couldn't check-in. We had to wait for nearly an hour for the room to be cleaned, which disrupted our subsequent travel plans. I understand that during peak season, room cleaning might be delayed, but it still affected our itinerary, and the staff showed no apologies or regrets whatsoever. This was quite uncomfortable, and I hope they can improve in this area."

"This was by far the best in-park accommodation during my entire Altay trip. It's right next to Kanas Lake, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel to the lakeside boardwalk. From there, it's about a 30-minute hike to the Truluke Rock Paintings, where you get a fantastic 180° view of Kanas Lake. Lakeside accommodations are incredibly rare, and with almost no light pollution, the hotel offers superb stargazing conditions. The rooms with balconies are very convenient for stepping out at night, but do be careful of wildlife. For transportation, you can arrange business vans or bus transfers. Expect potential waits during peak times for dining and check-in/check-out. Breakfast is served at the Golden Lotus Hotel in the old village, but it's pretty mediocre, so there's no real need to bother with it."

"The room was spotless, and the location in the old village is perfect. It's right by the Hemu Bridge, just off the Qiaotou station. You can see the Hemu River from the window and hear the sound of the flowing water, which was incredibly convenient for catching the morning mist at Haden (the second picture was taken right outside the room). They also have a restaurant, and I highly recommend their fried rice noodles, stir-fried noodles with shredded pork, baked buns, and spicy roasted naan – all delicious! The prices were quite reasonable for a scenic area. Finally, a huge thank you to the hotel manager and the Hemu Scenic Area staff! After leaving the scenic area and heading onto the Ahe Highway, I realized my bag was missing, and my ID was inside. I urgently contacted the hotel manager, who helped me find it. Then, the scenic area staff connected me with someone who brought it to the visitor center, allowing me to catch my flight! I'm truly, truly grateful!"

The room featured large French windows, and relaxing by them in our free time was incredibly therapeutic. Service was heartwarming throughout our stay. We checked in past midnight, and the staff helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room, making a fantastic first impression. The housekeeping staff cleaned meticulously, proactively replenishing amenities. Any small requests to the front desk were addressed within minutes, with sincere and friendly attitudes, without feeling like rigid procedures. Breakfast was abundant and fresh, and the freshly made beef noodles were delicious. Overall, the value for money exceeded our expectations. The attentive service, comfortable environment, and thoughtful details meant there were no downsides. It truly felt like a safe harbor during our journey, and we were reluctant to leave. I've already recommended it to friends traveling with me and will definitely be returning in winter. I sincerely recommend it to anyone planning their accommodations! Finally, I'd like to extend another special thank you to their hotel manager, Mr. Li Jinlong. When we checked in past 1 AM, he learned that our child hadn't eaten and immediately brought us instant noodles and naan bread. We were incredibly touched and it truly made us feel at home while traveling. Thank you very much! "While most hotels in the scenic area share a similar architectural style, this one really excels in the details. The room's amenities are excellent; obvious perks like a Dyson hairdryer are there, but the Bluetooth speaker and projector were particularly outstanding, greatly enhancing the experience. The cleanliness was top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay. The biggest surprise was the coffee – far better than I expected, even surpassing many professional coffee shops. The downside is that many tourists will mistakenly think that the cabin is a public attraction, and they will be curious to knock on the door to open it. You will add WeChat one day in advance, and the scenic bus will arrange pick-up after arriving at the station. 4. The accommodation conditions themselves are a bunk bed similar to a student dormitory. The upper bed is slightly short. The housekeeper contacted me in advance, provided transfer directions, picked us up smoothly, and brought us to the guesthouse. I was absolutely amazed – quiet, clean, comfortable, peaceful, and excellent value for money. The amenities are complete, the bed is comfortable with cushions, and the room is large and well-proportioned. They even provided an air cooler and floor heating, better equipped than typical hotels. The shower uses a 60-liter electric water heater, enough for one person. If I ever get the chance to visit again, I'd definitely stay here."
