"The hotel looks good from the outside, but there is no sense of service. There may be a large reception team. As soon as I entered the elevator, it felt dusty, as if no one had ever cleaned it. The bed in the room was hard to describe. The mattress was hard and matched the old wooden bed frame. The bathroom was okay. Although the wet and dry parts were not separated, the design was good. , using hot water to wash your feet will not wet the toilet seat, and the amount of hot water is sufficient, but the bath towel does not seem to be used for bathing. It can be used casually for a night. I am tired from playing, and I can sleep well. The hotel did not provide breakfast. After walking around a lot, we finally set off hungry. "This time for my trip to Northern Xinjiang, my itinerary was Urumqi north to Tianchi Lake, then along the S21 highway to Ulungur Lake, staying overnight in Burqin. From Burqin, we headed north to Hemu Village, staying in the old village, and then visited Kanas the next day. This hotel is the eco-resort we chose in Kanas. First, let's talk about the facilities. The hotel's facilities are around a four-star level. It's located near the Jiadengyu Tourist Service Center, covering a large area, divided into over 20 two-story buildings, each with different room types. Cleanliness: Very clean, five-star standard. Environment: It's situated in a mountain basin, offering beautiful scenery similar to Hemu and Kanas, but without a river. Service: Hotel service in Xinjiang generally tends to be a bit lacking, possibly due to a lower service consciousness among the staff here. When we arrived, it was past 2:00 PM, and we were told our room wasn't ready yet, so we couldn't check-in. We had to wait for nearly an hour for the room to be cleaned, which disrupted our subsequent travel plans. I understand that during peak season, room cleaning might be delayed, but it still affected our itinerary, and the staff showed no apologies or regrets whatsoever. This was quite uncomfortable, and I hope they can improve in this area."

I really loved this academy; it was truly great value for money. The room was very clean, and I slept very well! It's right next to the river, and the riverside is beautiful, perfect for a stroll. Although there's no breakfast, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. There's a reading area downstairs, and the staff were very kind; they waited for us until almost 1 pm, thank you so much! I'll definitely go again next time!

I highly recommend this hotel – for its service, cleanliness, facilities, and convenient transportation. We were on a road trip with our child and just happened to discover there was a meteor shower over the next two days, so we booked a 'stargazing RV'. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive, worried that the RV might not be up to par. However, once we settled in, we found that despite its compact size, it was fully equipped and even had two air conditioners that could both cool and heat. **Facilities:** The hot water came on quickly, and there was a swinging chair where you could sit, enjoy the breeze, and take in the view. The ceiling above the large bed could open and close, featuring a glass dome that completely kept out mosquitoes and other insects. In the common area, there were 9 washing machines and 9 dryers. The washing machines finished in 30 minutes, while the dryers took two hours. We managed to get all our clothes sparkling clean and perfectly dry there. **Cleanliness:** The RV was very clean and well-maintained, with no unpleasant odors. **Environment:** This hotel is quite large, with one section for traditional hotel rooms and another for RVs. Next time, I think I'd try staying in the hotel rooms; one RV experience was enough. Our child absolutely loved it. **Service:** The service was absolutely outstanding. We had purchased two-day tickets, and parking at the attraction was very difficult. So, we pre-arranged for them to pick us up and drop us off, which they did very promptly and enthusiastically. Thanks to them, we were able to complete our early morning hike on the second day. The restaurant next door, called 'White Birch Kitchen' (Bai Hua Xiao Chu), was also delicious. It seemed to be their partner restaurant, and I found the food quite good, especially the scrambled eggs with tomatoes – our child ate three bowls of rice! The prices were also very reasonable, and the ambiance was great. After our dinner for three, they even gave us three breakfast vouchers. Breakfast was from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, which worked out perfectly for our early departure to the scenic area the next morning. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. After hearing our description, our family decided they'd definitely stay here on their next visit. **Facilities (A Small Suggestion):** Since we booked a 'stargazing RV' specifically to watch the stars, we noticed that a very large light, possibly for safety reasons, illuminated the entire RV area. This did slightly interfere with stargazing.

A leisure hotel surrounded by mountains and full of lush greenery. You can listen to the singing of cattle on the hillside in the morning and evening, and lie on the bed at night to watch the bright moon hanging by the window. It is comfortable. The room is not big but very clean. The white wall is matched with a small painting of snow scene, and the tone is good. The restaurant is bright and clean. The stir-fried black lamb and hand-pulled meat are delicious. After staying for two consecutive nights, I stayed for another night. The service of this hotel is warm and thoughtful. The front desk girl, restaurant staff, and cleaning aunt are all excellent.

Every hotel we've booked since starting our road trip has been great, but we arrived in Burqin late and booked this place after seeing it on Xiaohongshu – what a huge disappointment! **Hygiene**: The towels were incredibly stiff, like they'd been used by someone else and not washed. The slippers, when opened, were visibly filthy; it looked like they'd been worn by someone else, not cleaned, and just resealed in the bag?? The sheets and duvet cover were full of static electricity when I pulled them back. No new towels? No new slippers? Not even fresh sheets and duvet covers? **Environment**: Absolutely terrible. Overall, the experience was really bad. **Service**: I used points to book when I made the reservation. During check-in, I asked the front desk if breakfast was included, and they immediately said my booking didn't include it. After I got to the room, the front desk called again to say that since it was a points redemption, breakfast *was* included and would be packed and delivered to the room.

Reading the online reviews before checking into this hotel, I can confirm it lives up to its reputation; it's a truly great place. The location is excellent, but more importantly, my stay was incredibly satisfying. Parking outside the hotel is convenient, and the rooms inside are spacious with a lovely Russian-inspired decor. The experience here far surpassed my actual trip to Russia! It's beautiful, great value, and everything was spot on – that's how I genuinely feel. The breakfast was practical, with several refreshing cold dishes that hit the spot, and delicious congee and steamed buns. I think this is exactly the kind of affordable and satisfying breakfast people appreciate. Especially the steamed buns – it's rare to find such traditionally delicious ones anymore.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were excellent, and I had a great night’s sleep after a long day of traveling. The only downside was communication. The staff were friendly and willing to help, but they could not speak English, so checking in and asking for information was a bit difficult. Having a translation app is highly recommended. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. If you don’t mind the language barrier, this hotel is a great choice and offers good value for money.

Located in the core area of ​​Jiadengyu, the location is very good. If you want to eat, there are many choices within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The reason I gave it 4 points is that although it is equipped with an electric heater in winter, the air conditioner is actually turned off in some way. The remote control cannot turn on the air conditioner or make it heat. However, the power of the electric heater is not very large, and you will feel very cold when it snows. So I am not very satisfied with this. After all, the electricity bill for me to turn on the air conditioner for one night is only 12 or 13 yuan, and I have to cover myself with two layers of quilts in order to fall asleep successfully.
