Stepping inside, you're greeted by a stunning view of the white birch forest and thick powder snow in the distance. Pure bliss! For breakfast, they offered both Western and Chinese options, and I tried both – absolutely delicious! The service was also top-notch. Staying here for just one night felt like visiting a close friend's home. 🥳

The waiters were all handsome men and beautiful women, kind, gentle and considerate; the daily afternoon tea, coffee and tea, exquisite and delicious snacks, and fresh fruits... Especially for ladies, there are unexpected gains. High-quality facial masks, essential oils, and moisturizing sprays are delivered every day, which are must-haves for beauty-loving ladies in Xinjiang. Thank you hotel for providing us with such perfect service!

Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, safe and secure environment, very delicious food at their restaurant, the staff are all amazing, kind and very helpful, A big Thank you to all the staff working there ( Shi Shi , Hanan . Sune Yue, all restaurant staff and waitress Hannan, and the guy who carved the delicious lamb meat and drove us to the bus station sorry forgot his name ) will see you guys again. Ssnow_spreadThis B&B is one of the best in Kanas Old Village. The clerk contacted us in advance to tell us how to take the bus and pick us up at the station to provide us with travel tips. The courtyard is beautiful and very artistic. From the location of our room, we can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. , the room facilities are complete, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the smart toilet towels are all provided with disposable cotton soft non-woven fabrics, clean and sanitary staff, the service is very warm and thoughtful, and the meals are delicious. Especially the large plate chicken is comparable to a star hotel.

Mmiamia0220The owner was really nice and upgraded our room. The view from the window was great. However, the neighboring guesthouse looked a bit messy, which detracted from the beautiful scenery.
The room was huge and even had a starlit ceiling. Unfortunately, the windows weren't working properly; one just wouldn't close. Since it was so early, around 5 AM, I didn't feel comfortable bothering the owner for help.
The hotel offers breakfast, which was good. The price wasn't expensive either, so it's pretty good value for money. It's also very convenient, only about 300m from the bus stop.
The bedding seemed clean, as I often get itchy at other guesthouses. Out of all the places I've stayed, including this one, only two haven't made me itch.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied! If you're wondering where to stay, I recommend this place. Though I feel guesthouses in Hemu are generally quite beautiful. Kanas was the worst, definitely not recommended! Go for either Baihaba or Hemu.

As a huge ski enthusiast, my stay at M hotel was absolutely divine, deserving a perfect score! The hotel's location, right in the west area of Geikieling Ski Resort, offers the ultimate ski-in/ski-out convenience. No need to lug heavy ski equipment around – you can literally ski right back to your room after a day on the slopes. For any skier, this setup is a dream come true, giving you an extra hour of skiing every day. Pure bliss!
The room was clean and comfortable, and the ski equipment storage area was spacious and dry, so no worries about gear getting damp. The most impressive part was the breakfast buffet; the variety was so extensive it was hard to choose! The freshly baked bread was crispy and delicious, the hot food section offered authentic local flavors, and there was a wide selection of fruits, yogurts, and Western cold dishes. Whether you're refueling after skiing or just grabbing a quick bite before hitting the slopes, you'll be incredibly satisfied.
I also have to praise the hotel's service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, from helping carry my skis during check-in to proactively informing me about the ski conditions and recommending the best times to ski. They were enthusiastic and thoughtful throughout. Any issues were addressed incredibly quickly, showing warmth and attention to detail in every interaction.
For ski lovers, M hotel is the ideal choice for your stay. Next time I come to Geikieling for skiing, I will definitely choose this place again!

GGuest UserFacilities: There's a washing machine, microwave, and a sterilizing cabinet. Cleanliness: Clean. The room comes with a small sofa and is decorated in a Kazakh style. The exterior of the room is wooden. It's not huge inside, but feels very cozy. There's also a sofa and a small table right outside the door. Environment: You can see snow-capped mountains in the distance, and there's a small garden by the door. The most convenient thing is the bus stop, which is only three meters from the room. When the bus arrives, you can just hop over the wooden fence and get right on! There's also a lazy little ginger cat that sunbathes at the bus stop every day. Service: The proprietress's service was out of this world! The owner personally picked us up from the transfer center and brought us to our room; it was truly refreshing. They had the warmth of the Chinese people, the Kazakh people, the Russian people, and the Mongolian people – I guess that's what you get when you're at the crossroads of four countries! Anyway, the owner smiled with every word they spoke. The best part was when the owner taught us how to say 'hello' in Kazakh!

GGuest UserThe hotel is ideally located right next to the Hemu Scenic Area. We arrived quite late on May 13th and opted to stay at this well-known hotel just outside the scenic area. Their service was incredibly attentive. That evening, we were checked in by a tall, handsome male manager (I regret not asking for his name). He was exceptionally helpful and provided us with a lot of assistance, for which we are very grateful. It was wonderful to meet such a friendly, warm-hearted, professional, and responsible manager so far from Shanghai, 3500 kilometers away in the Northwest. The hotel rooms were very comfortable, and from our balcony, we had a view of the Jikepulin International Ski Resort. We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

The only downsides were the very weak water pressure for showering and the very simple breakfast. Hemu itself is a strange place; there's not much to do, yet it's so crowded and expensive – I don't quite understand why.

It was very convenient for getting around and sightseeing, with a dedicated car pick-up and drop-off. We didn't even have to wait in line at the front desk; check-in was directly in our room. They patiently introduced us to local attractions and activities. The overall experience for dining, accommodation, and touring was fantastic.
