Elsa at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I'd added her on WeChat back in the winter, and when I was planning this trip, I casually asked her about the current situation. To my surprise, she meticulously and thoughtfully provided all the relevant details, including nearby attractions and itineraries I hadn't even considered. This really sealed the deal for me, and I decided to head straight to Holiday Inn. If it weren't for her thoughtful introductions, I, being someone who's both lazy and prone to fatigue, likely wouldn't have made the five- or six-hour drive. I also want to commend Xiao Liu from the restaurant. Seeing him greet me instantly brought back memories of how he quietly looked after me in the restaurant last winter. My sincere thanks again to both of them for their care! The attached photos show the view from my room and the complimentary cable car scenery that came with the stay.

The cabin is lovely and well-equipped, with spacious, clean, and tidy rooms. Its location is very close to the scenic area station, about a 5-minute walk to catch the shuttle bus, allowing you to enjoy the area until past 11 PM. Luggage pick-up and drop-off service is provided, which is very thoughtful. We had dinner and breakfast here, and the food was delicious. You can also take a one-stop bus ride to the food street for more options. Staying in the cabin is peaceful and quiet at night, yet you can experience the lively village atmosphere during the day, which truly lifts your spirits!

Staying at Hemu Yijing was an amazing experience! The guesthouse is in a superb location, right by Qiaotou Station, making it super convenient for dining and shopping, yet it's still quiet and peaceful. The room facilities are complete and exactly as pictured on the platform – it even had a Dyson hairdryer, a projector, and a Bluetooth speaker. The toiletries were plentiful, and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. Highly recommended!

This B&B is one of the best in Kanas Old Village. The clerk contacted us in advance to tell us how to take the bus and pick us up at the station to provide us with travel tips. The courtyard is beautiful and very artistic. From the location of our room, we can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. , the room facilities are complete, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the smart toilet towels are all provided with disposable cotton soft non-woven fabrics, clean and sanitary staff, the service is very warm and thoughtful, and the meals are delicious. Especially the large plate chicken is comparable to a star hotel.

My stay at Hemu Hilton was very comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Yiyi at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and friendly, processed my check-in efficiently, and even thoughtfully provided information about local attractions. The only minor drawback is that the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle service to and from the Hemu Tourist Center, which is a bit inconvenient for solo travelers. It would be perfect if they could add a shuttle service in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an incredible stay at Zarat Kanas Homestay. The host was incredibly personable and friendly. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and that we had an enjoyable stay. The location of the cabin is perfect in the New Village, right in front of the #5 bus stop. The cabin was roomy and spacious, comfortable, and clean. The radiant floor heating kept us warm when it was below freezing outside. We stayed here 2 nights with my family and couldn't ask for anything more. If you are considering a home stay in Kanas, I highly recommend staying with Zarat!

The whole family was very satisfied! The grounds are spacious, so both adults and children can move around freely. The room facilities are well-maintained, and all kinds of daily necessities are fully stocked. The breakfast selection is rich, catering to both northern and southern tastes. The staff are genuinely friendly and even offer thoughtful travel tips. Choosing this place for a family trip made things very easy and stress-free.

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and we received a free room upgrade. The service was warm and attentive. It was very convenient for getting around and sightseeing, with a dedicated car pick-up and drop-off. We didn't even have to wait in line at the front desk; check-in was directly in our room. They patiently introduced us to local attractions and activities. The overall experience for dining, accommodation, and touring was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I truly recommend it to everyone!

The room was huge, located in Xincun. There were bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, but they had a strong odor; they really should add some air fresheners. Breakfast offered about a dozen items. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Hemu Villa, and the driver was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle drops you off about 300 meters away. The front desk staff, however, were very cold and lacked any service awareness. They wouldn't respond to my WeChat messages about anything other than checking in. It was quite frustrating, to be honest. To get to the old village, you need to take the scenic area shuttle for three stops. The old village is much livelier and has more dining options.
