"The biggest highlight of this hotel is its excellent location, perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a leisurely, in-depth exploration of West Lake's core scenic area. Everything is just a short walk away. The free parking is also a huge plus; although it's a few minutes' walk to the hotel, the scenery along the way is beautiful, making it a pleasant stroll. It's truly rare to find free parking in the core scenic area, especially during a holiday like May Day, and there were always spaces available. The hotel's service level is also above average and absolutely faultless. There are some downsides, though. The biggest issue is that the fish tank in the hotel's central courtyard has become a popular photo spot, with people taking pictures from morning till night. My room opened directly onto the courtyard, so I felt a lack of privacy every time I opened my door to enter or exit. Also, the facilities in the room itself are a bit dated. Overall, it's a hotel with clear pros and cons, but I'd generally recommend it. It really depends on what you value most."

"Our stay was delightful from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Check-in was very efficient, and we were offered cold-brew Longjing tea as a welcome drink. They even gave a small toy to our child, so there was practically no waiting around. The room was stylish and very clean. Housekeeping service was super responsive after we checked in; any request we made was handled very quickly. The complimentary boat tour included in our package was also excellent value for money, allowing us to enjoy West Lake comfortably without the heat. Full marks for comfort throughout!"

"An absolutely fantastic experience! The campsite is surrounded by a lake on three sides, offering incredibly therapeutic views. We stayed in a lakeside RV, which was fully equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a refrigerator. The layout, with a large bed plus bunk beds, comfortably accommodated our family of three with plenty of space. Each RV has its own private yard with a barbecue grill, making it perfect for grilling skewers by the lake breeze in the evening. The park boasts excellent recreational facilities, including slides, trampolines, and a sandpit, allowing kids to burn off energy to their heart's content. There are also craft activities like bamboo weaving and plant printing. In the evening, open-air movies are shown on the lawn, and you can even get free popcorn, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The staff provided attentive service, and the shuttle bus was always available on call. The entire experience was very pleasant, and it's definitely on our list for a second visit!"

"This hotel is located within Dongmingshan Forest Park. We chose a cabin on the mountain, and each one is a stand-alone unit with a small loft. It has huge floor-to-ceiling windows, and when you open the curtains, you're greeted with a sea of green, the sound of birds chirping, and the gentle gurgle of a stream. It truly feels like stepping into a fairytale forest. There are shuttle buses for going up and down the mountain. Along the way, you'll find facilities within the forest park, such as a water play area and a forest adventure trail. If it's not too hot, walking down the mountain isn't too tiring either. Overall, it's a great escape from the world."

"We were traveling with our dog, so pet-friendliness was our top priority. We were very pleased. The next morning, the campsite was deserted, so we let our pups run free for a bit. The campsite facilities and sanitation could use some maintenance, given the humidity in the mountains. The service was especially commendable. We arrived a little after 8:30 pm, and the manager immediately turned on the air conditioning in our room. We also brought a bottle of wine but didn't have a corkscrew, so the manager opened it for us and brought a bucket of ice and three wine glasses back to our room! Thank you!"
