Kuaile@mushiThe environment here is absolutely amazing! Surrounded by lush green forests, it's so secluded and private. Strolling along the shaded paths in the morning, with the gentle breeze, the delightful chirping of birds, and the soft gurgle of the stream, it truly helps you escape the city's hustle and bustle and find inner peace. It's the perfect choice for a vacation!
The room decor is sophisticated and minimalist, creating a warm and healing ambiance. The blend of traditional Chinese architecture with Western interior design is seamless. The facilities are comprehensive, and many small, easily overlooked details have been thoughtfully taken care of. The dishes at the Republic of China restaurant are delicious, and the breakfast spread is abundant!
The butler's thoughtful and meticulous service truly enhanced our stay (for example, they helped us buy watermelons and other fruits when we were thirsty in the heat, and transported our luggage to our next destination after we checked out). The entire stay was worry-free, attentive, and relaxing, offering great value for money. We'll definitely choose this place for our next trip and recommend it to our friends!

Guest UserI brought my 1.5-year-old son to Qiandao Lake and chose the International Minghao Hotel, and our experience was absolutely fantastic! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
📍 **Excellent Facilities:** The room was spacious and equipped with a bed rail. The toiletries were Bvlgari, and there was even a children's sink and small slippers – full marks for attention to detail! The 3,000-square-meter kids' play area was a paradise for little ones; my son didn't want to leave the ball pit and soft slides.
🍼 **Great Dining:** The breakfast featured a dedicated baby food section with soft and delicious pastries. The staff proactively provided baby utensils. In the evening, there was a water curtain show and a fish feeding activity, which kept my little one happy throughout.
💁♀️ **Warm Service:** Our butler, Ella, was incredibly attentive and always ready to help. All the staff members smiled and greeted my son, and there were no hidden charges whatsoever. The experience was excellent. They even offered a travel photo session, helping us capture precious parent-child moments.
In short, this is an absolutely amazing hotel, perfect for families with young children. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Qiandao Lake! Highly recommended!

Guest UserThe environment is absolutely stunning, small but beautiful, with picturesque views at every turn. The free drinks on the first basement level and the oden in the evening were both delicious. Traveling with kids, they had a blast playing in the courtyard's water features. I just wish there were more diverse parent-child activities. Also, the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy; I had to wear earplugs to sleep at night.

Guest UserThe hotel design is beautiful and well-maintained.
**Xianshan Oxygen Hiking Tour:** The guided tour was a great experience.
**Swan Garden Feeding Experience:** The environment was excellent, not too crowded, making for a fantastic summer holiday experience.
**Environment:** A superb environment, very suitable for self-driving tours.
It's very suitable for family travel as it offers many extra services specifically for children, including a variety of breakfast dishes and bed rails for sleeping.
For business travelers, thoughtful amenities like nail clippers are provided, which are rarely found in other hotels.
I experienced some deep healing services, such as the morning Baduanjin stretching for awakening and the deep sleep therapy before bed.
My child also had an art photoshoot.
Water park tickets were also included.
Areas for improvement: The room lighting was too dim, making it impossible for children to do their homework.
The room ventilation system wasn't great, especially the bathroom, which lacked a separate extractor fan.
Overall, it was excellent value for money.

Guest UserThis hotel is nestled by the water, surrounded by abundant natural beauty. Its design cleverly blends nature and a sense of divinity, with lakeside rooms offering incredible tranquility, perfect for a relaxing and healing getaway. The overall style is modern and chic, and the rooms are warmly furnished with excellent natural light. The specially designed lighting and color palette create a comfortable ambiance. The butler service is meticulous, with thoughtful arrangements before and after check-in, and they are always available when needed. They are very attentive, warm, and friendly. We were traveling with our child, and the butler got along wonderfully with our baby, so I highly recommend it for families. The service is efficient and problems during our stay were promptly resolved. They also offer wellness programs and activities like sound healing, spa treatments, and afternoon tea. The hotel's cuisine is vegetarian, with exquisite and delicious dishes. In short, I highly, highly recommend it! It's a charming hotel I'd definitely visit again.

Guest UserThe hotel was great. We originally booked for the 9th to the 11th, but saw that a typhoon was coming with heavy rain expected on the 9th. So, we discussed with the hotel to move our stay forward to the 5th, checking out on the 7th instead. Since our original room type was fully booked, they graciously upgraded us for free to a Deluxe Mountain View Room. The room was spacious at 50 square meters, had a huge balcony, and a smart toilet. The highlight for me was the walk-in closet, which perfectly fit our two suitcases.
The hotel service was excellent. We could get as much bottled water as we needed. The front desk staff personally showed us to our room, helped with our luggage, and even took us to the Tianmu Ancient Kiln Art Museum. Their service was very thoughtful and left us extremely satisfied.

Guest UserI originally booked this hotel for the convenience of taking my child to Rotten Apple Park (which is directly opposite the hotel, and Hangzhou Paradise is even closer, just across the road). However, the hotel's service was a wonderful surprise, especially the butler, Ranran. She was so enthusiastic, adding me on WeChat beforehand to greet me. Upon check-in, she escorted me to my room, introducing the hotel's features along the way (she had already prepared the child's bed rail and potty that I requested in the room). She responded promptly to all my WeChat requests (providing bath bags, refilling bottled water, etc.). She even thoughtfully reminded me of meal times and locations before dinner and had a deer-shaped cart ready for my child when we went downstairs (my child absolutely loved it).
The First World Hotel is a hotel with a strong tropical feel (in a Southeast Asian style). It's very large and has a domed garden with many tropical plants (the hotel upgraded our room to one with a terrace, which opens directly to this garden. It rained on our first day, but there was no rain noise at all in the room). The hotel also has the Yunman Hot Springs, which I didn't get to try this time as I didn't bring a bathrobe, but it looked great, and I plan to come back for it! There's ample parking. I arrived by high-speed rail, and the front desk even proactively asked if I drove and if I needed a parking voucher.
Overall, as a family-friendly hotel, it made me, a first-time solo parent traveling with a young child, feel incredibly well taken care of. I will definitely be back! The hotel offers packages that include park tickets, and guests can get a discount on amusement park tickets (I forgot the exact price, but you can ask the hotel).

Elevemm52I specifically chose the Brettonwood Resort for my trip to Qiandao Lake this time, and the overall stay exceeded my expectations – it was absolutely fantastic! Our butler, Mei Mei, was incredibly attentive and deserves a special shout-out!
The hotel's location is excellent; I could enjoy the stunning lake and mountain views right from my window. In the mornings, there was a beautiful mist, and in the evenings, gorgeous sunsets. The scenery was truly breathtaking.
The front desk staff were warm and patient, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Any requests were handled promptly. The resort grounds are serene and elegant, with lush greenery and even a petting zoo. The kids absolutely loved feeding the peacocks, ducks, bunnies, foxes, raccoons, and piglets. It's also very pet-friendly.
The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, especially the noodle and vermicelli station with a wide selection of condiments. They even had homemade chili and ginger, which was a real treat for spice lovers. Parking for self-drivers is convenient, and it's particularly well-suited for family vacations. This will be my top choice for Qiandao Lake; I'll definitely be back!

I read a lot of negative reviews before coming, so my expectations weren't very high. Naturally, every experience and feeling exceeded them.
First, regarding the complaints about poor hygiene and facilities, I didn't experience that at all. The room had both air conditioning and underfloor heating, so it was very warm as soon as I entered. Everywhere I went was also very clean (perhaps because Phase 3 is newer). I also didn't find the service to be poor; in fact, I felt that every staff member I encountered was very polite. As for the hot springs, the pools in Phases 2 and 3 are a bit spread out and require a shuttle bus. Aside from the most popular influencer-heavy pool, the water quality in the other pools was quite good.
Objective issues: We arrived late for dinner and could only be seated in the outdoor makeshift dining area. Although there were heaters and windbreaks, it couldn't be fully enclosed, and with a slight breeze in January, it still felt a bit chilly. (Our breakfast and dinner were buffets included in the package, and the food was really mediocre. If it's not part of your package, I wouldn't recommend paying for it; there are many restaurants nearby.) Also, walking between the hot springs can be quite cold (even though the shuttle buses have curtains).
Overall, my family was very satisfied, and I hope to have such a good experience again next time.

Guest UserOverall stay was nice in the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast had many western and Chinese options, which were good. Our package included indoor hot-spring experience which was suitable considering the cold weather outside.
Only disappointment was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' which was included in the package while booking from trip.com. In trip.com under package details it was mentioned that it was a scenic stop/park and we thought entry to that place is free but additional rides are payable. This information was absolutely misleading as after wasting lot of time, the information we received (after calling the provided contact number, talking with Hotel staff) was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' was not located in or nearby the hotel but was in a totally far-off place. No clear information was provided by calling the contact number on how to use the offer as mentioned in trip.com booked package description.
Either trip.com should remove that offer or provide a clear description about the location of that place, with pictures if possible, otherwise people will feel lucrative about the offer and go for the booking which actually is misleading.
