"Overall, we had a very good stay at TOO Hotel. The hotel offers modern facilities, quiet and comfortable rooms, and an outstanding rooftop restaurant with breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. Whether for breakfast, dinner, or a drink, the rooftop is definitely one of the highlights. The location is also convenient, with excellent public transport connections. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by an unexpected water leak from an upper floor, which flooded our bathroom. As a result, several of our personal belongings became wet and were damaged beyond use. The reception team handled the situation exceptionally well by responding immediately and arranging a new room for us without delay. However, we were disappointed that the hotel management never followed up. There was no personal apology, no inquiry about the damaged belongings, and no offer of compensation or assistance. For a hotel of this standard, we expected a more proactive and customer-focused response. Despite this unfortunate incident, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend TOO Hotel for its excellent facilities, peaceful rooms, and exceptional rooftop experience. With stronger management follow-up in situations like this, the guest experience would be truly outstanding."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location on a relatively quiet and safe street. It's just a 500-meter walk to the Arc de Triomphe and 450 meters to the metro station, offering lines 1, 3, 6, and RER A with direct access to Disneyland. My three-night stay was very pleasant; the room had air conditioning and windows that could be opened wide. While the room was indeed compact, it had everything I needed. My room type comfortably accommodated two 28-inch suitcases. The bathroom provided toiletries, but there were no disposable slippers or dental kits. There was also no refrigerator. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing, which was a bit lacking – I could hear other guests opening and closing doors and the sound of water being used next door. However, these noises didn't significantly affect my sleep. Those who are light sleepers might want to consider this. Overall, it's still highly recommended."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location right on Place de la Concorde, within walking distance of many places. The hotel interior is luxurious, elegant, and sophisticated, with a particularly beautiful lobby and public areas, and the restaurant and bar are also highlights. All the staff were very friendly; however, the breakfast selection was limited, with no buffet and entirely à la carte."

"Such a lovely hotel, great room and room service. Such a comfortable bed, Beautiful bathroom. Friendly bartender and free welcome drink. I loved this quiet hotel. Nearest Metro 10 minutes walk Charonne station, the Luke cafe was sweet and also liked the other one, the Belle something … around the corner from hotel. It’s a very lively area near hospital, many cafe & restaurants."

"There are coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby! The supermarket is huge and the prices are great. The hotel itself is long and narrow, so you might have a bit of a walk. The elevators are a bit small, and the layout isn't ideal. The restaurant is very spacious, and the garden is a nice spot to sit, chat, and smoke. The rooms are decent enough. There are also some street-side shops nearby, a delicious French restaurant, and the Picasso Museum."

"We booked a Pana Suite for three people. The room was not big, but the service was very good. We also added a bed for free, which was just enough for us. The breakfast was also good, it was a la carte and of good quality. The snacks in the room were free and replenished every day. The service of the hotel was excellent, caring and enthusiastic. The location of the hotel was very good, right next to the Madeleine Church and within walking distance of the surrounding attractions. There were many Chinese restaurants around, and the price/performance ratio was not bad. The only bad thing about the hotel was that the shower and shampoo were not used well, which needs to be improved. In short, it is worth recommending."
