"I stayed for 7 days. The location is excellent, and I felt at ease knowing that English was spoken.✨ **Location:** It's within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and Avenue des Champs-Élysées, meaning there are tons of train and bus lines available! You can even get to the Eiffel Tower and Disneyland without any transfers. Access to Charles de Gaulle Airport is also good, taking about 50 minutes by train or 35 minutes by car. I also went to Orly Airport for one night to visit Nice. You can get to the airport line (CDG, ORLY) with just one transfer, so the location is truly fantastic. **Amenities:** Water and potato chips were provided daily. Tea and a kettle were also available, which was a nice touch. There are no toothbrushes, pajamas, or slippers. I brought my own slippers to use in the room. I never quite figured out why some days there were no chips or water (lol). **Cleanliness:** Bed making was done meticulously every day. It seems towels are only replaced if left on the floor; they weren't replaced on days I left them on the shelf."

"We chose this place for its great price and excellent location, and it did not disappoint. Everything was within walking distance, making it easy to explore, enjoy nights out, and try the many nearby restaurants and bars. The 24-hour reception was a big plus, with staff who were consistently friendly and efficient during both check-in and check-out. Traveling as a group of three friends, we found it perfectly suited to our needs and would happily stay here again."

"There are coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby! The supermarket is huge and the prices are great. The hotel itself is long and narrow, so you might have a bit of a walk. The elevators are a bit small, and the layout isn't ideal. The restaurant is very spacious, and the garden is a nice spot to sit, chat, and smoke. The rooms are decent enough. There are also some street-side shops nearby, a delicious French restaurant, and the Picasso Museum."

"Room was nice even tough no elevator and we were in 3rd floor but the hotel staff helped us all the way. The staff also speak english and helpful. The room was clean and has AC. Location is good."

"This hotel is located in the quiet 16th arrondissement, with very few people around, so you won't have cars pulling up right at the entrance. It's actually quite suitable for wedding photoshoots or for wearing formal gowns. The hotel has a hot stone sauna and a small pool on the basement level, making it perfect for those who prefer a more relaxed pace of travel. Oh, and definitely try the fries – they are genuinely delicious, super delicious, so incredibly good! The minibar prices are also quite reasonable, so there's no need to worry about that at all."

"We had a wonderful stay at Relais Spa Chessy Val d’Europe as a family. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff provided good service throughout our stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the RER station, with plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and a supermarket nearby. La Vallée Village outlet is also within walking distance, which is very convenient for shopping. We especially appreciated the swimming pool and, most importantly, the free shuttle service to Disneyland Paris, which made our trip much easier. One point worth mentioning is that during our stay, a car was parked directly in front of the hotel’s main entrance. We asked the driver whether it was the hotel shuttle to Disneyland, and he said yes. He then drove us via a longer route and eventually informed us that it was a taxi, charging us EUR 21. To avoid similar incidents for other guests, the hotel could provide clearer information about the official shuttle and prevent unauthorized taxis from waiting directly at the main entrance. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would gladly stay here again when visiting Disneyland Paris."

"The hotel is located on a relatively quiet street. The room wasn't huge, with two single beds pushed together. Breakfast was decent, and the juice was delicious. We only found out on our second day that there's a water dispenser on the first floor, and I especially loved the iced sparkling water. The location is super convenient, with the metro and train station just a few minutes' walk away. We visited Disneyland, Versailles, and Fontainebleau, all easily accessible by public transport. Galeries Lafayette and Printemps are also very close. We even walked back to the hotel after seeing a show at the Opera Garnier. The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic and friendly, spoke excellent English, and patiently answered all our questions."

"Overall, we had a very good stay at TOO Hotel. The hotel offers modern facilities, quiet and comfortable rooms, and an outstanding rooftop restaurant with breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. Whether for breakfast, dinner, or a drink, the rooftop is definitely one of the highlights. The location is also convenient, with excellent public transport connections. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by an unexpected water leak from an upper floor, which flooded our bathroom. As a result, several of our personal belongings became wet and were damaged beyond use. The reception team handled the situation exceptionally well by responding immediately and arranging a new room for us without delay. However, we were disappointed that the hotel management never followed up. There was no personal apology, no inquiry about the damaged belongings, and no offer of compensation or assistance. For a hotel of this standard, we expected a more proactive and customer-focused response. Despite this unfortunate incident, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend TOO Hotel for its excellent facilities, peaceful rooms, and exceptional rooftop experience. With stronger management follow-up in situations like this, the guest experience would be truly outstanding."
