Nice Apartments

We had a wonderful stay at Maison des Barons. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful French décor, and the location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and a great bakery. The room was very clean and comfortable, but the best part was the staff, who were so welcoming and friendly. We loved every minute and would definitely go back. Highly recommended!

Pros: Location (4/5): Conveniently located with a balcony offering a standard street-view. Cons & Dealbreakers: Inflexible Service (2/5): The in-room amenities provided were extremely insufficient. For a 4-day (3-night) stay with double occupancy, only 2 packets of instant coffee were provided. My request for an additional 2 packets at the front desk was explicitly denied, resulting in a poor customer service experience. Hygienic and Pest Issues (3/5): There was noticeable insect activity in the room. During my 3-day stay, I found and killed a total of 5 mosquitoes and 2 ants in the room, indicating that basic pest control and cleanliness standards were not met. Ineffective Facilities (3/5): The in-room dishwasher was practically useless, failing to clean dishes at all. After running a full cycle, the dishwasher tablet was only half dissolved, suggesting a logical flaw in the equipment, such as insufficient water temperature or a faulty water circulation system.

Very convenient location of the hotel. Friendly staff, the first day there was no hot water, we contacted the reception and our problem was solved in 30 minutes. If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your things in the storage room and go to the embankment to sit in a cafe. We will definitely come back again.

It's a family-run place, so if you're concerned about security or safety, make sure to use it It was a very, very kind place. The apartments are very conveniently located! The reception staff is wonderful and very responsive! The breakfasts are very modest; you could probably skip buying them. The only downside is the limited hot water supply per day. You won't be able to shower in both the morning and evening! Or you'd really have to conserve it for two people. On our first evening, we ran out of hot water because it had all been used during the day.

Хорошее студенческое общежитие, но и как о ель очень классный, чисто, хороший район, все рядом, прекрасно провели в нем время, заселение бесконтактное нудно заранее связаться с отелем чтобы было письмо на почте с номером вашей комнаты.

Excellent solution for this stay in Nice, warm welcome, functional studio, strategic location with tram line at the foot of the residence, unbeatable value for money.

The room offers all the amenities for independent living, with shops and cafes nearby. The sea is a 10-minute walk along a wide, clean avenue. The only drawback is the reception opening hours: 11 a.m. during the day and 3 a.m. to 7 a.m. in the afternoon.

The hotel facilities are showing their age, and the bed wasn't exactly new. On the plus side, the room was clean. As it's an apartment-style room, it comes with a stove and utensils, ideal for guests who enjoy making their own breakfast. A major plus is the spacious balcony, which offers views of the beach – conveniently just across the road. This really helps to compensate for the room's older condition.
