"The hotel is situated very close to the Nice-ville train station and a short walk (around 15 min.) to the Place Massena, walking by the nice Avenue of Jean Medicin. I enjoyed the comfy bed and pillow. The complimentary snacks, tea, water, coffee were a nice touch and refillable too! The bath was super nice and good to soothe the muscles, also with good hairdryer. All the receptionists were very nice and helpful with everything. The pool table was fun too. One small thing was that one of the towels were not clean, so I used the other one. That does not take away from how good this place was though!"

"The hotel was amazing, despite various reviews, it was clean, modern, the staff was really kind and the deposit was returned after a few days. Amazing window view and a pool with view of airport runway. Just wow for the price!"

"The location was very central to key attractions. The reception was very friendly and we kept our bags to store room after we checked out. The room was tidy and comfortable. Only down side was there was no water bottle and no proper shampoo. Would recommend it and hope to stay again."

"The location is convenient – about a 10-minute walk to Nice Riquier train station, and 20-25 minutes on foot to Place Masséna. Tram #1 runs nearby, and a bit further, from Place Garibaldi, you can catch tram #2 to the airport and tram #3. Across the street from the hotel is a shopping center with a Carrefour that we visited daily. The room has almost everything you need for a stay, including a well-equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine (we don't drink coffee, so didn't use it), refrigerator, and dishwasher (with a few tablets provided). There was also dish soap, but no sponge (we had to buy one ourselves). There was also no cutting board (we bought one too). All necessary utensils are available (though for knives, there's only a small one for vegetables and a bread knife; a larger, all-purpose knife would have been nice). For those who care, there were no cooking essentials like salt, sugar, or spices, which are usually present in apartments of this type. As warned beforehand, there's no cleaning service during your stay (there's a vacuum cleaner in the closet). You have to take out the trash yourself, and towels are not changed (there's a heated towel rail in the bathroom, which is very convenient; you can wash something and it dries quickly). The bathroom has liquid soap and shower gel, a bathtub, and a shower hose. An ironing board is available (I don't recall an iron as it wasn't needed). There's also a safe. Our stay was quite satisfying, and we would book again."

"We absolutely loved staying here 😁 Rose was so helpful from the start, meeting us at the apartment and talking us through everything. The second morning she even bought us umbrellas as it was starting to rain 😊 The apartment itself was very clean and plenty of space for our family of 5. With comfortable beds. There is 3 supermarkets within walking distance, with the apartment equipped for cooking. Near to the train station. We walked each day and found plenty of places to eat nearby. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Nice. 10 out of 10. Thank you for having us"

"The location is excellent, very close to Promenade des Anglais, and a 5-6 minute walk to Nice Beach. There's an induction cooker and microwave, and other cookware and tableware are also provided. A bowl of hot noodle soup in the morning is enough to soothe a Chinese stomach after eating white food every day. Remember to bring your own condiments. Check-in and check-out are completely self-service; I didn't see a single staff member during my three nights. There are free umbrellas, beach mats, and beach towels available for rent in the hallway, which is very convenient. There's nothing more authentic than taking your own gear and enjoying Nice Beach."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the airport, and practically right outside the Line 2 station. It's also just a 10-minute walk from Saint Augustine train station, making transportation very convenient for getting anywhere. The only downside is the service, which is a bit disappointing. Oh, and it's also very easy to get to the Promenade des Anglais (Angel's Bay)."

"Great studio room, lovely little balcony spotlessly clean. Great location. We stayed April so it wasn't hot weather thankfully as the air conditioning didn't work very well in our room. Which had it been summer I think would of been a problem. I would recommend and stay again very good value for money. The roof terrace is brilliant but would be better with more chairs etc."
