SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

My Deluxe room was incredibly spacious, big, and super comfy, with a plush bed and sleek marble bathroom. The staff, were warm and attentive, making every moment seamless. Pet-friendly perks and a fair-trade espresso machine added a special touch. This elegant, modern haven is a Riviera gem—I’m already dreaming of my next visit! 🤩

GGuest UserThe hotel is situated very close to the Nice-ville train station and a short walk (around 15 min.) to the Place Massena, walking by the nice Avenue of Jean Medicin. I enjoyed the comfy bed and pillow. The complimentary snacks, tea, water, coffee were a nice touch and refillable too! The bath was super nice and good to soothe the muscles, also with good hairdryer. All the receptionists were very nice and helpful with everything. The pool table was fun too. One small thing was that one of the towels were not clean, so I used the other one. That does not take away from how good this place was though!

GGuest UserIf you just stay there for closer to the airport for one night, perfect, otherwise no. You can’t go anywhere but eat at their expensive and salty restaurant. You don’t see much except the airport and some ocean on the roof, but not nice culture.

11302316****I've stayed at this hotel both times I've visited Nice. It's located near a church on a bustling main street in the city center. It's a bit of a walk to the beach and Old Town. There's a sort of tourist information desk in the lobby; last time, before I left, I asked the gentleman on duty about the tram station to the airport, and he was incredibly helpful, even walking me out to show me the way. I particularly love the breakfast here; they have large teapots so you can brew a pot of tea and leisurely enjoy your holiday. There's a big terrace on the second floor, and a bar and pool on the rooftop, so even if you don't want to leave the hotel, you can find a place to relax. I really enjoy the vacation vibe of this hotel.

SSyed Ali Abb@s RizviThe hostel was clean and neat, and the room size was quite good. However, my experience with the night female staff member was very disappointing. She was quite rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. It also seemed like her English was limited, which made communication difficult. She did not provide any basic information about the hostel. I had to ask everything myself—whether there was a kitchen, gym facilities, room directions, and even which floor my room was on. This was honestly very strange and not what you expect when checking in. She also did not give any information about nearby attractions or places to visit. On the positive side, the morning staff member was much more helpful and guided me about buses and trains, which I appreciated. I would like to request hostel management to pay attention to staff training. Hostels and hotels are important tourist points, and guests spend their hard-earned money to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff behavior and guidance play a big role in that.

GGuest UserThis place offers great value for money in Nice. It's conveniently located close to Riquier train station, with a Carrefour supermarket directly across the street. The room itself was pretty standard, but the microwave and fridge were a definite plus for making simple meals. Overall, I'd say it falls somewhere between a 3-star and 4-star property.

GGuest UserBar not really cozy, also I think there was no manager for the catering part and if there was one.........well Ordered food on the terrace, no cutlery, no napkins with the food, Spumante not fresh..... Table next to us ordered 2 hamburgers, got 1, 2 the 10 minutes later..... We asked at the counter if we could eat at the pool above, NO, due to the bad weather no food on the 6th, around 4 pm we come swimming 6th floor, all tables are set, then we think we will quickly make a reservation, but no already fully booked. ????? All this was very well handled by a girl called Emanuela, who did her job well, for example with glass and with the bottle at the table pouring (worth 5 stars), Attention for our child (9 years) etc and 2 aperitifs on the house. But the damage was done....

ZZhaoyikuThe location is about 1.5 kilometers from the beach. There is a road under construction in front of the door, which is a bit messy. There is a supermarket not far away. Parking is in a parking building across the road. You need to go to the front desk to get a barcode before driving over. You have to scan the barcode twice to enter and exit the parking building, which is a test of thinking and action ability. To put it bluntly, it is a bit confusing. The hotel facilities are not bad, but it is a bit old. I don’t know if it’s the water pipes or some equipment that occasionally starts at night, it’s a bit noisy. It’s just like that if you pass by and stay for one night.

MMargaritaThe hotel has got a prefect location in the Nice centre and offers some unique facility - roof swimming pool and seats for the tan. We had just a one serious problem in the bathroom - water have spread out from the douche pipe apart the main spray so we can not use it. We waited for 3 days since our claim while they fix it. Pity.
