GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel feels quite new, with complete facilities, including an induction cooker, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a complete set of tableware. Friends who want to cook can choose this hotel. There is also a large dining table where you can eat directly after cooking. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The toilet is a separate small compartment next to the entrance, and the shower is next to the big bed. The big bed, sofa bed and dining table area can be separated into two spaces by a curtain. However, there may be a lot of facilities in the room. It feels crowded to spread out two boxes, but it should be spacious if only two people live there. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: There are large hotels around, and it feels like there are more cars on the road than people. It is the closest to Nice Saint August train station, and it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk. This train station has an elevator, which is quite friendly to dragging luggage, but it is open-air, and it may be more troublesome when it rains. Fortunately, we have been sunny all the time☀️. It is a little further away from the airport. Apple Maps is not accurate. I wanted to find a so-called supermarket on the map that seemed very close. A local resident who was parking his car told us that the map was wrong and we should search for carrefour and forget the other direction. Service: Very polite, free luggage storage and use of the toilet in the lobby.

GGuest UserGreat hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows: 1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do. 2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him. 3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it). 4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock. Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

GGuest UserThe hotel is situated very close to the Nice-ville train station and a short walk (around 15 min.) to the Place Massena, walking by the nice Avenue of Jean Medicin. I enjoyed the comfy bed and pillow. The complimentary snacks, tea, water, coffee were a nice touch and refillable too! The bath was super nice and good to soothe the muscles, also with good hairdryer. All the receptionists were very nice and helpful with everything. The pool table was fun too. One small thing was that one of the towels were not clean, so I used the other one. That does not take away from how good this place was though!

11302316****I've stayed at this hotel both times I've visited Nice. It's located near a church on a bustling main street in the city center. It's a bit of a walk to the beach and Old Town. There's a sort of tourist information desk in the lobby; last time, before I left, I asked the gentleman on duty about the tram station to the airport, and he was incredibly helpful, even walking me out to show me the way. I particularly love the breakfast here; they have large teapots so you can brew a pot of tea and leisurely enjoy your holiday. There's a big terrace on the second floor, and a bar and pool on the rooftop, so even if you don't want to leave the hotel, you can find a place to relax. I really enjoy the vacation vibe of this hotel.

SSyed Ali Abb@s RizviThe hostel was clean and neat, and the room size was quite good. However, my experience with the night female staff member was very disappointing. She was quite rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. It also seemed like her English was limited, which made communication difficult. She did not provide any basic information about the hostel. I had to ask everything myself—whether there was a kitchen, gym facilities, room directions, and even which floor my room was on. This was honestly very strange and not what you expect when checking in. She also did not give any information about nearby attractions or places to visit. On the positive side, the morning staff member was much more helpful and guided me about buses and trains, which I appreciated. I would like to request hostel management to pay attention to staff training. Hostels and hotels are important tourist points, and guests spend their hard-earned money to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff behavior and guidance play a big role in that.

You'll find a Carrefour and a McDonald's right outside the door. Plus, it's only about a 20-minute walk to both the old town and the beach, which is incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserBar not really cozy, also I think there was no manager for the catering part and if there was one.........well Ordered food on the terrace, no cutlery, no napkins with the food, Spumante not fresh..... Table next to us ordered 2 hamburgers, got 1, 2 the 10 minutes later..... We asked at the counter if we could eat at the pool above, NO, due to the bad weather no food on the 6th, around 4 pm we come swimming 6th floor, all tables are set, then we think we will quickly make a reservation, but no already fully booked. ????? All this was very well handled by a girl called Emanuela, who did her job well, for example with glass and with the bottle at the table pouring (worth 5 stars), Attention for our child (9 years) etc and 2 aperitifs on the house. But the damage was done....

MMargaritaThe hotel has got a prefect location in the Nice centre and offers some unique facility - roof swimming pool and seats for the tan. We had just a one serious problem in the bathroom - water have spread out from the douche pipe apart the main spray so we can not use it. We waited for 3 days since our claim while they fix it. Pity.
