Nice Hotels with Rooftop Pools

"Nothing good is meter if I didn't get my deposit refund of 180 euro. I was asking to pay deposit by cash so I can get it back when chacking out , but they insist to pay deposit by card. When we were checking out everything was fine, reception lady told me that my money will refund tomorrow. After eight days no one respond to e mails and money has gone, without explanations."

"The environment and location are both excellent! It's very close to the train station, and attractions are easily accessible. The room is spacious, and the L'Occitane toiletries were a nice touch. A little incident: around 4 PM, while resting in the room with my child after a long day of sightseeing, someone actually opened our door, even though the room had already been cleaned earlier that day. Overall, it was still a decent stay."

"The location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around."

"Good location close to the Promenade and Jean Medecin. Good amenities and I had got to relax. I had a balcony in my room. Room service food was not the best as it was precooked and was not heated evenly that the risotto was stuck together and looked like it was still frozen. It was not what I had expected."

"The hotel has got a prefect location in the Nice centre and offers some unique facility - roof swimming pool and seats for the tan. We had just a one serious problem in the bathroom - water have spread out from the douche pipe apart the main spray so we can not use it. We waited for 3 days since our claim while they fix it. Pity."

"If you just stay there for closer to the airport for one night, perfect, otherwise no. You can’t go anywhere but eat at their expensive and salty restaurant. You don’t see much except the airport and some ocean on the roof, but not nice culture."

If you want to live near the airport, there are many choices. Room: For the room type, please note that some are not square, of course, it is also because of the appearance of this hotel. If you don’t like it, you can change the room. The room has a large wardrobe, which makes the room look smaller. It should be noted that the hotel does not provide drinking water and slippers. If you call the front desk, they will not be available. The rest of the service is still OK! The room is also relatively clean and tidy."

"Very nice service, clean room and facilities in good condition. The position is great with only 2 mins walk to the train station. Convenient area with restaurants opening from 8am to 11pm. Best choice for train trip to suburb area around Nice. Cons: tea and milk provided is normal as in any French supermarkets. The layout of room is a bit tight. The bathroom may splash water out. Generally good hotel in Nice. Would recommend friends to visit as a safe choice in a normal budget."
