"We stayed for 3 nights, good service and breakfast, dont expect too much but its the essentials you need to get you started each day. Location is convenient to get into Old Town and local transportation. Lacking in some amenities in the room such as a kettle, storage space and hair conditioner, otherwise good price for a basic hotel."

"I want to pat myself on the back for choosing this hotel; it was truly excellent. The location, service, cleanliness, and food were all impeccable. If you do choose this hotel, definitely include breakfast! You can see the ocean, and watching happy corgis stroll along the beach while you eat just makes you feel like a wonderful day is about to begin. The croissant was the best I had on the entire trip! The room had a bathtub, which was perfect for soaking away the fatigue after walking all over Nice. The bed was incredibly plush and guaranteed a good night's sleep, and if you're someone who hates being woken up by the morning sun, there are shutters on the window that you can close. The location is right in front of the sea; just cross the street and you're there. Place Masséna is about a 15-minute walk, and there's a laundromat about 5 minutes away. This is definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again the next time I visit Nice!"

"Good hotel close to nice airport. Location is what makes it being close to train station so quick to Monaco and Nice. Great to take a lime bike straight from outside the hotel down the promenade into central nice down the dedicated cycle path. Breakfast is expensive and no cleaning in multi night stays are drawbacks."

"The room was a bit small, and so was the bed, but it was perfectly fine for two girls. It's very close to the airport, and there's a subway station right behind the hotel, making transportation super convenient. The windows are very soundproof, so you don't have to worry about the noise from planes taking off."

"The location is incredibly convenient, with the airport right outside the window. It seemed like private jets were parked there. Despite being so close, the soundproofing was excellent; the airplane noise didn't bother me at all. The only issue was that getting into the upper bunk of the bed was quite difficult."

"This was a stylish hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay! Unlike in Japan, amenities like bathrobes, loungewear, and slippers weren't provided. However, I was grateful that the hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all L'Occitane products. The power outlets require you to push the plug firmly all the way in. I brought two types of adapters, but one of them didn't work with these outlets. There was a water dispenser in the hallway, which was really helpful for refilling my water bottle. The cleaning staff were very kind and flexible, for example, they were able to just exchange the towels when I requested it. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop right in front, a tram station nearby, and easy access to the ocean!"

"Had lifts, clean and beds were comfortable. Great that it has air conditioning, most accommodation in europe does not have it. Life saver in summer especially in the heat wave! We booked this place because they had laundry service but when we asked about it, they don’t have it and we were disappointed. Sound proofing was not the best as well, could hear other people talking, footsteps and doors slamming."

"Overall, my experience at Hôtel Monsigny in Nice was fantastic! My friend and I stayed for 5 nights. With the heatwave in France this year, air conditioning was crucial, and the AC in our room was incredibly powerful, making it very comfortable to stay indoors despite the muggy weather. The room itself was spacious, with plenty of storage and room to move around. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and provided attentive service. I stayed on the first floor and had to carry my own luggage up the stairs, which was a bit tough with heavy bags, but other than that, there were no downsides. The location is convenient for getting around, and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Nice."

"Great location. Parking is either on the street for a maximum of 2 hours, or in the parking garage around the corner for €25 for 24 hours. The service was top-notch. We received a room upgrade on arrival, which included breakfast. Luggage storage was also no problem. The hotel is very nice and clean, and all the staff were friendly. The breakfast selection was excellent; there was something for everyone (even gluten-free options)."
