"Superb hotel in a great location. Next to the old town and the port and less than a five minute walk to the main bus stops. Modern, clean and quiet bedroom with excellent facilities and a really nice breakfast offering. Staff are pleasant, friendly and very helpful. I stay in Nice regularly and often stay here and would recommend highly to anyone. All and all, great value in a very convenient location."

"I want to pat myself on the back for choosing this hotel; it was truly excellent. The location, service, cleanliness, and food were all impeccable. If you do choose this hotel, definitely include breakfast! You can see the ocean, and watching happy corgis stroll along the beach while you eat just makes you feel like a wonderful day is about to begin. The croissant was the best I had on the entire trip! The room had a bathtub, which was perfect for soaking away the fatigue after walking all over Nice. The bed was incredibly plush and guaranteed a good night's sleep, and if you're someone who hates being woken up by the morning sun, there are shutters on the window that you can close. The location is right in front of the sea; just cross the street and you're there. Place Masséna is about a 15-minute walk, and there's a laundromat about 5 minutes away. This is definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again the next time I visit Nice!"

"This hotel is really great! The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The facilities are comprehensive and modern, and the location is fantastic – right next to the light rail station, and very close to the airport. The view from the window is lovely and it's quiet, plus the windows open completely so you can enjoy the sunshine. I really love this hotel; the staff are efficient, they helped me store my luggage, and most of them speak English. I'm very satisfied!"

"The location is convenient for those flying from Nice to Paris, and then home. There's no fridge (I wanted to bring back cheese and sausage)), so you end up buying it at the last stop before departure). I agree that Nice isn't about the food, but you can't exactly treat yourself to the specialties from Grenoble and Avignon at home if you visited them a week ago."

"The hotel is very close to the airport, just a 5-minute walk to the tram station where you can take the L2/3 to the city center. The cleanliness is good, with daily cleaning service. It's great that the toilet and shower are separate. There's a curtain in the room that separates the bed from the washroom area. There's plenty of space under the bed for luggage, so it's perfectly fine for two people. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly; I asked for an extra blanket when it got cold at night. The only downside is that the blanket had a bit of an odor. The room doesn't provide bottled water, but there's a water dispenser on the 3rd-floor reception where you can refill your bottle. Overall, for this price point, I don't expect much more."

"This was a stylish hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay! Unlike in Japan, amenities like bathrobes, loungewear, and slippers weren't provided. However, I was grateful that the hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all L'Occitane products. The power outlets require you to push the plug firmly all the way in. I brought two types of adapters, but one of them didn't work with these outlets. There was a water dispenser in the hallway, which was really helpful for refilling my water bottle. The cleaning staff were very kind and flexible, for example, they were able to just exchange the towels when I requested it. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop right in front, a tram station nearby, and easy access to the ocean!"

"Had lifts, clean and beds were comfortable. Great that it has air conditioning, most accommodation in europe does not have it. Life saver in summer especially in the heat wave! We booked this place because they had laundry service but when we asked about it, they don’t have it and we were disappointed. Sound proofing was not the best as well, could hear other people talking, footsteps and doors slamming."

"Overall, my experience at Hôtel Monsigny in Nice was fantastic! My friend and I stayed for 5 nights. With the heatwave in France this year, air conditioning was crucial, and the AC in our room was incredibly powerful, making it very comfortable to stay indoors despite the muggy weather. The room itself was spacious, with plenty of storage and room to move around. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and provided attentive service. I stayed on the first floor and had to carry my own luggage up the stairs, which was a bit tough with heavy bags, but other than that, there were no downsides. The location is convenient for getting around, and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Nice."

"The hotel's location is in the city center of Nice, not too far from the Old Town, the train station, or the beach. The front desk and restaurant staff were very welcoming. Especially the gentleman in the white uniform on the first day, he was particularly enthusiastic and thorough, providing us with a map and explaining different attractions and itineraries. The hotel's cleanliness and breakfast quality are both good. They also gave us a non-smoking room. The room was a bit small, and the biggest issue was a strong paint smell, I'm not sure if it was newly renovated."
