Find 4-Star Hotels in Nice

I was so surprised to find a hotel in France that offers free tissues, disposable slippers, unlimited bottled water, and hot coffee! It's super close to the train station, just around the corner, which is perfect if you're planning to visit Monaco or other nearby places. The hotel breakfast was also delicious; every little pastry was perfectly crispy, and the yogurt was great. The only downside is that it can get noisy at night if your room faces the street, so it's not ideal if you're an early sleeper. Also, be aware that they require a deposit upon check-in, and you can only pay by credit card – no cash or Apple Pay. Finally, Trip.com customer service was excellent 👍

The facilities and services were good, and the rooms were quite large for their European scale. However, the service was extremely poor, bordering on discriminatory. We booked the same room type for three nights, but on the first night, the front desk only issued a room key for one night and required us to come downstairs the next morning to check in again. They said we could only extend our stay in the same room if there were vacancies (we showed them our booking confirmation, but they insisted that we had booked different room types for the three nights and had to check out and change rooms every morning?). We then contacted Ctrip customer service to communicate with the hotel. The hotel claimed that the front desk staff were new and unfamiliar with the procedures, and that this wouldn't normally happen (even if they were unfamiliar with the procedures, their service attitude should have been better). Ctrip's customer service responded very quickly and helped resolve the issue, allowing us to extend our stay for three more nights. However, we strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

The hotel room was quite spacious and clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The train station is a bit far, around 700 meters, which isn't very convenient if you have luggage. However, the airport tram Line 2 station is only about 200 meters away, which is very handy.

My stay at the Le Riviera Collection, BW Signature Collection was truly outstanding, and I would love to share my experience. The hotel immediately impresses with its tasteful design: modern, bright, and elegant, yet still warm and inviting. The atmosphere is relaxed, creating a sense of comfort and welcome from the very first moment. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay, from a very comfortable bed to thoughtful little details that made me feel at home. The location is also excellent: quiet, yet just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the city center, and many of Nice’s main attractions. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast experience. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from French pastries and fresh fruit to savory dishes, ensuring there’s something for everyone. What truly sets it apart, however, is the wonderful breakfast team. A very special mention goes to Claudia, Noreen, David and Emma, who greeted us every morning with a smile, genuine kindness, and remarkable attentiveness. The entire breakfast staff were equally warm, helpful, and professional, you could feel their passion for making guests feel welcome and cared for. They help you to discover attractions near by, just ask. The reception and service team were also excellent, always friendly, responsive, and eager to provide recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Nice. Their attention and dedication really enhanced my stay. In summary: the Le Riviera Collection is not only a beautiful hotel, but also a place that shines because of the people working there. I felt welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout my stay. Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to Nice. A highly recommended choice for anyone looking for a stylish hotel with excellent service and a breakfast team that makes every day start with a smile.

The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the Nice airport Terminal 1, and there's free train outside of the hotel to take me back and forth to the terminal. That's super convenient for getting ready to fly. The room are big and new, the staff are friendly, and the gym is small but have most that I need, plus a sauna that I can use anytime after workout. It's a perfect layover stop.

This hotel is located near the airport, so you might hear a bit of noise, but the soundproofing in the rooms is pretty decent. Right across the street, there's a bus stop that can get you to Nice Old Town in about half an hour, which is quite convenient. The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I'm not sure if it was a system issue, but I often saw a long queue of people waiting. The room itself was equipped with new and complete facilities, making for a comfortable stay. There's a rooftop pool and bar with a rather chic vibe, but the hotel rooms offer almost no sea view. If you're looking for a sea view, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Great location in the city center, less than a 10-minute walk from Nice train station. The hotel entrance is a bit small. We had an issue with a broken door lock, but thanks to Trip.com, it was handled promptly. The room was quite clean, but be careful of a sloped beam – we hit our heads on it several times. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, especially with the smoked salmon 🍣.

I visited the South of France during the hottest period, but the room's air conditioning could only cool it down by a maximum of 7 degrees Celsius below the outside temperature. On the plus side, the hotel offers complimentary umbrellas and mats to take to the beach, and it's incredibly close to the train station. The brunch spot downstairs serves generous portions and delicious food, definitely worth trying. Upon check-in, I received a perfume wipe as a gift, which was a nice touch and introduced me to a new product.

During the day, I loved sitting on the balcony, basking in the sun while gazing at the sparkling Côte d'Azur. In the evenings, a drink accompanied by the sea breeze was pure bliss! The hotel's service also deserves a huge shout-out; the staff were warm, professional, and even thoughtfully arranged a room with a fantastic view during check-in. The in-room amenities were excellent – the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom clean and tidy, and they even had thoughtful touches like an electric clothes drying rack. If you don't feel like venturing far, the hotel's own restaurant and poolside offer a wonderful ambiance. Plus, there are tons of dining options nearby; whether you're craving authentic Niçoise cuisine, exquisite French dishes, or just a simple burger or pizza, you'll find something within a few minutes' walk. Overall, while it wasn't the cheapest, it was definitely worth every penny. If you're looking for a romantic getaway in Nice, choosing this place is a no-brainer – you won't be disappointed!
