"Hotel is nice, location is great. There are a few things that should be resolved. Had a parcel delivered. They opened it in the name of security but it is delivered to a registered guest. They were painting the stairs and fixing wired and had quite a bit of works. High season is here shouldnt renovatiions be better planned. Room was hot, aircon was really not working well. Room was hotter than the corridor. Gave feedback and got a what do you want me to do look. Of course they checked but room remained hot. I get it that it is summer but inside room is hotter than public areas or outside. Nice is lovely, hotel has the structure to be quaint. For what it is at the moment, it’s a miss."

"Nice is so beautiful! If I come back, I'll definitely stay by the sea again. You absolutely *must* book a sea view room. Only a sea view room offers such a stunning panorama. Waking up to that view every day would be pure bliss."

"Unfortunately, on the day we arrived, the hotel informed us they wouldn't have hot water for the next two days and moved us to the Aston Hotel instead. It was in a similar location, but the facilities felt a bit older. However, they did include breakfast and upgraded us to a larger room."

They ended up giving me a 50 Euro credit on my bill. Overall, the front desk service was mediocre, and their problem-solving skills were lacking. I suggest the official website update their room type photos to accurately reflect what guests will receive to avoid similar misunderstandings. The sea view room faced a busy highway, so it was quite noisy. The hotel's private beach was also closed off with caution tape. Breakfast was disappointing, not much variety and didn't taste good. Would not recommend."

"I have a lot of praise for this hotel, especially its service. I had a spare phone, a relatively new one, which fell on the bed. I had already checked out and left my luggage at the hotel. When I came back from a day out, they immediately recognized me and gave me my phone. It is a very reliable hotel."
